Elektra

I ran to my locker as soon the bell ran for home time and of course Adrian was leaning on there. And thankfully there are still students around hurrying to get out of here so I have exactly 2 minutes before they empty out. I stepped in front of him and he smirked before he slowly slid over to the next locker. I quickly opened the door and Adrian started poking into my mind again, he's been trying to do that all day. And it's been really ticking me off. Not to mention how weird Olivia's acting and the fact that Cole thinks Luke is dead oh I have had rough day.

"Let me in..." Adrian whispered right in my ear and I growled at him.

"Leave me alone." He kept prodding at the wall surrounding my thoughts and I sighed.

"Come on please." I stared at him surprised.

"Did my ears deceive me? Did you Adrian Roth, the most pompous, thick headed man I've ever met just say please?" I mocked and he rolled his eyes then scooted closer.

"That's how desperate I am. I need to know what you know other wise I can't help you." He said seriously but his face is literally inches away from mine so now I'm a fit nerves on the inside. I once used to dream about kissing those lips... But now it's just so wrong. I packed my school bag and just chose to look at anything but his eyes.

"I never asked for your help. But if I ever do need it I'll call you." I said then began to walk past him and he grabbed my arm forcefully.

"Promise." He's eyes are pleading me but I know not to trust him. No way never again.

"Promise." I whispered to him but held on for what felt like ours. We just stared at each other trying to find... Something. I don't know what but I'm looking.

"Hey pussycat." You've got to be joking. I looked away from Adrian to see Scott strutting down the hallway. With his 'gang'. This time though no Jared or Matt, they're finally using their brains. Adrian let go of me and for a second I thought he might of just sank away but no he leaned there casually but his are eyes shooting daggers at Scott.

"You never used to let me call you pussycat."

"You think I let him. He does it to piss me off."

"There's that reason yes but there's also something else." Adrian said suspiciously the. Suddenly he grinned and chuckled to himself. I chose to ignore him and watch the king of fools stroll proudly towards me really offending the school uniform. Collars up, a few buttons undone to show some of his chest, wears the school's blazer nicely, sort of. And yet he can get away with looking like this. Looking like he couldn't be bothered to take off his uniform so he slept with it on.

"Dear Gods I'm out of here." I mumbled ready trot on but Scott apparently as usual has something to say.

"So how many guys have you given yourself to?" Scott sniped and I froze in my spot keeping my back facing him, either I can turn around and kill him now or walk off as if it didn't affect me.

"What did you just say to her?" Adrian spat out venomously which kind of made me feel good inside. But it's completely unnecessary.

"What's she to you?"

"Everything so if you insult her again..." I turned and realised how close Adrian had gotten to Scott. Right at his face and he was really genuinely upset. Cut out the genuinely, he's probably looking for an excuse to hurt someone.

"Adrian don't." I ordered and he looked at me all smug.

"I can take care of myself Elektra."

"I'm not worried about you I'm worried airhead over here." I head gestured to Scott and he was ready to come up with another smart remark but held my hand up to shut him up. "Save it for a rainy day. I'm too tired." I yawned then just casually walked off. I could have handled the situation better. Acting like a total badass but at recess today I got myself into some trouble. I don't know what happened they appeared out of nowhere and attacked. I'll explain later, right now I have a wolf driving my car and a wolf walking towards me to meet me at my car. I haven't told Luke yet so this should be good.

"What is it you wanted to show me?" Cole asked me as he walked with me to the car park.

"That would ruin the surprise." I said in a dull exhausted tone and he noticed.

"You alright?" I nodded then we got to my car where Luke sat in the car and smiled at me then when he saw Cole he quickly got out of the car. Cole stared at him wide eyed and his mouth fell open in such horror. "Luke? But... You're meant to..."

"I'm not. I don't know why the Pack is thinking that." Luke said then gazed me for a split second before back at the shocked wolf.

"Where the hell have you been man!? You could have called! Or sent a fucking text message!" Cole growled furiously and I stared at him surprised then took a wary step back. "Answer me you dick head!" He sounds like some pissed off rejected girlfriend so I had to smile. Luke stood amazed and surprised by the rage he was getting from his best friend then snapped out of his shocked faze.

"I was at Elektra's place." He said and Cole looked at me then perked a brow then smiled in realisation.

"Oh." He looked back at Luke and Luke chuckled. "You were... For the whole weekend."

"Not for the entire time we did need to eat and have toilet breaks." I said opening the car door smirking at Luke. "Right Luke?" I teased and Luke curled his lips in, his eyes glaring at me playfully. Cole coughed awkwardly so we both looked at him as his expression was clearly amused.

"Come with us Cole we'll explain everything." He said and I snapped my head in his direction.

"Everything? Even about me?" I asked and he nodded acting confidant but that didn't help my confidence. "He's not going to try and rip to shreds is he?"

"Why would I do that? Wait... What?" He's still a little clueless. It should be obvious by now that I clearly have an ideas of what they are.

"Come on wolf man lets go." I sighed I sat down in the front seat while they stood there staring at each other. Cole was staring at Luke dumbfounded and then was smirking like an idiot. I peeked into his thoughts and found out that he was bugging Luke with questions about what 'did' with other on the weekend.

'We only slept with each other. N... No Cole we didn't bang who even says that anymore!?' I cracked up laughing and covered my mouth when Luke whipped his head in my direction then looked away embarrassed.

'Are you going to tell him about our little... challenge'

'What challenge?' Cole asked then freaked out that I was talking to them through their mind.

'Elektra... Please let's just talk about this later.' Fine... He into the front seat and Cole sat in the back but leaned in between us.

"What's going on?"

"We'll explain but don't tell anyone else yet." I told him then glanced at Luke to see if he agreed and he nodded staring ahead. I looked to see what he was watching and I saw Adrian, then he disappeared in a flash.

"Having a play date are we?" I yelped in surprise when he appeared at my window and I don't remember opening it. Luke grabbed my thigh tightly and I felt all mushy inside when he did.

"Sorry Adrian, you're just too cool for us." I remarked dully then looked at Luke who was shooting daggers at him. Cole sat uncomfortably and I urged for Luke to drive.

"Meow pussycat." Adrian purred and glared at him.

"Scott's human so I'm not aloud to kill him, but nothing really is stopping me from kicking your ass. In other words... Don't call me pussycat." He winked at me then stepped away from the car.

"Meow Elektra." He whispered and I growled.

"I will kill you."

"By the way if you get impatient of Luke not pleasuring you, my phone number is still same." Ok how the hell would he know anything like that? Luke stiffened beside me then started the engine and sped off. Really, really fast.

'Luke slow down.... Please.' I said in his head and he seemed to calm down and more importantly slow down.

"So what's this challenge?" Cole asked out of the blue after a few seconds of awkward silence. I giggled then turned on the radio to listen to Michael Bublé.

'Now you say you're lonely'

I let the wolves talk through their mind like for awhile, mainly until the song finished then Cole tapped my shoulder and I turned my head towards him.

"You know Elektra I would gladly loose the challenge, anyway I could be part of it?" He asked and Luke smacked his head but at the same time smiling. Especially when Cole started cursing and whining like a... Dog.

"It's no fun if its easy." I responded then glanced at Luke and gave him a sideways smirk. "I do like it hard." Luke's hands tensed on the steering wheel and I saw his knuckles turn white. Cole seemed confused then smiled in realisation and smacked Luke upside the head.

"What the hell is wrong you man!" I burst out laughing at his outburst while Luke rubbed the back of his sore head.

"I'm a gentleman." Luke finally answered.

"But I'm not a lady." I interjected and he sighed.

"How was your day?" Where do I begin with that? Recess was horrible! "Why was it horrible?"

Earlier today:

The bell rang for recess making that annoying alarm sound which I really want to complain about and everyone cried in relief. It's recess if it was the bell for home time that would be much appreciated. My mind is filled with head aching thoughts like say Olivia's strangeness, the so called death of Luke then there is the one heart aching thought of Luke. I wonder what he would be doing now, what could he do? He wants to see his pack, he wants to make peace but... I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. It just seems too easy thinking that we could just talk this all out. And with the vampire vermin practically controlling them there's less of a chance of harmony. I just want to be with him, to comfort him and cuddle him... Spend our time trading kisses and melting into each others touch. However no I'm here worrying about him doing something that might kill us both. Meow... The sound of metal scraping against metal rang somewhere around a corner. Sound of a sword, possibly silver and a long sword. The smell of Gucci perfume stunk the air but I continued walking only much slower than before. No footsteps but there is definitely someone following me, more than one. I heard a huff of a masculine breath and the scratching of someone's head. Then a hand pulled my ponytail and I acted quickly and swiftly. Whipping around moving my arm over the attackers then face palmed him face, hearing a crack of bones. I broke his nose and he fell back but a female attacker dressed in black fighting gear and her hair chocolate brown and tied up into a bun leaving her fringes as curtains on her face. She had a dagger flying at my face but I caught it by it's handle before it stabbed me in the eye and I flung it away recklessly. I eyed at the three attackers with the seconds I had to spare before they made contact with me again. Broken nose boy, neatly cut brown hair with a side fringe and black army paint on his cheeks with a long black trench coat. African-American guy my age, eyes hidden behind black glasses and head shaved with a bit of stubble, also wearing black fighting gear and in his hand a metallic sword. Oddly enough not silver. Soon enough the girl got her black whip off her belt and whipped it on the concrete ground to seem more threatening. I stood there watching the three of them trying to figure out who they were.

"Do I know you?" I asked them and they glanced at each other confused then glared back at me.

"She's stalling." The broken nosed boy said then they all charged at once. I rolled my eyes which was a mistake because these people are fast. Wickedly fast so I turned around and ran, walking up a tree to flip backwards and stand behind them. We all froze when a group of girls came out from around the corner of the school building.

"Hey Elektra!" One of them called out waving at me and I smiled and waved back but because they didn't seem to notice the trespassers I made it my decision to pretend they weren't there. "Oh a warning Scott is spreading rumours about you sleeping around." The year ten girls whispered to each other trying to act normal but it was obvious of what they think of me.

"He's right I have been sleeping through maths and science." I smiled and they giggled.

"You're not the only one." Another said then they waved goodbye and continued walking and I shot a bored glance at the three stooges. Then I realised what they are I quickly ran at the girl and before she could defend herself I took hold of her wrist and pushed her sleeve up. Revealing lots of tattoos...

"Just as I thought, you're shadow hunters." I said gazing up at her and they made no movements and looked at me fearlessly. "Reckless ones at that. And I'm sorry I haven't been such a good sport but I do not fight strangers. Unless they're vampires but in which case they usually introduce themselves as an act of superiority. Now good day I have classes to go and naps to take." I said politely smiling and she stared at me surprised with her pretty brown eyes. Her lips covered in red lipstick, now a little smudged in the corner. I let go and turned around walking away but I mumbled under my breath. "Three, two... One." The broken nosed one jumped at me from behind but when I turned around Claire was there giving him a bone crushing hug.

"This one is so hot!" She squealed as he struggled against her deadly grip.

"Claire let go of him." I giggled and the other two hanged in the back giving each other blank stares. Then the girl faced me.

"We know what you are." She stated seriously an do didn't doubt that for a second.

"Yes and now you know that I don't like talking to strangers with swords." I head gestured for Claire to follow me but this girl shadow hunter doesn't give up, she attempted to shove me blocked and pushed her hands away. "I told you I don't fight strangers." I snapped. "What do you want?" I growled.

"The monster killing innocent mundanes. We believe it's you Miss Orfanos." Eek I hate it when people use my last name. I take it after my dad, I've had someone make fun of me because it means Orphan in Greek. I shuddered in annoyance then narrowed my eyes on her.

"Just call me Elektra. Actually don't call me at all, I don't know who you think you and quite frankly I don't care." I said softly then yelled out furiously. "Get your facts straight before you decide to attack someone!" Then I looked at Claire and whispered in her mind to teleport us out of here.

"We ended up in the textile room because Claire wanted to show me a dress she had made." I said to Luke as we drove and he chuckled at the last part.

"I'm so confused." Cole stated staring at Luke in complete confusion.

"Should I tell him now?" I asked Luke and he smirked at me.

"Not while I'm driving, and please don't smirk like that." I looked at him confused.

"Like what?"

"Mischievously..." He said awkwardly then Cole said "he's finding it too much of a turn on and the last thing I want to see is him jumping you right now. So please stop, otherwise I might jump you instead." I laughed then stared ahead.

"So what are Shadow hunters?" Luke asked me.

"They're half angel half human, there's a whole history behind them and the angel Raziel. They hunt down demons so I don't know why they attacked me." I yawned and covered my mouth with the back of my hand then Cole screamed behind me. Luke pushed hard on the brake and we halted to a stop. Then we turned around to see Claire sitting next Cole and smiling 'flirtatiously' at him.

"Double dating!" She squealed excitedly and I rolled my eyes while both wolves shifted uncomfortably in their seats.

"What the fuck!" Cole yelled out and I cracked up laughing when Claire scowled.

"It's impolite to swear." She said seriously then pinched his cheek. "You're such a cutie." She leaned in really close and Cole scooted away from her.

"Keep your hands to yourself." He warned.

"Oh I see you're saving yourself for marriage." She squealed and I cracked up laughing then turned up the radio. I glanced sideways at Luke who has a small smile playing on his lips. Probably happy that Claire has found her new favourite. "Hey Lukipoo!" She squealed hugging him.

"Spoke to soon." I murmured under my breath.
