Eddward is the first to wake up and he decides to cook breakfast for Kevin and George to thank him for his hospitality for letting him stay the night. The swimmer makes his way to the kitchen but George is already sitting at the table as soon as he  hears  footsteps approaching the kitchen he quickly shoves what he was holding into his pocket. "G-Goodmorning son!" The older ginger says with a nervous laugh. The tall boy freezes and gives the man a confused look. "Oh...sorry I thought you were Kevin!"
"You seem nervous George... Not that it's any of my business, but is something wrong?" The Raven haired boy says and Kevin's father frowns. "No, well kinda. But don't worry about it I will handle it." The man says. "Okay then but just know if its something that will hurt my pumpkin I will hold you responsible." The swimmer hisses and George shivers knowing that even though Eddward is only a teenager he has the potential to ruin lives.

Kevin wakes up and the bed is empty he sits up and rubs his eyes and throws on his glasses. He then gets out of bed finally and smiles knowing today is finally prom. He heads downstairs to the kitchen where both his father and his boyfriend are. Eddward is cooking breakfast as George is reading the paper. "Ah! Goodmorning son!" The older ginger looks up and smiles. "Goodmorning dad!" The boy says with a smile and he looks over to his lover. "Goodmorning pumpkin." The swimmer says with a calm tone. "G-Goodmorning Eddward." The ginger boy says with a blush. He sniffs the air and smiles. "Bacon and eggs mmmm" and with that his stomach growls. Kevin sits down at the table and him and his father talk about current events before plates are placed in front of them. "Pumpkin after breakfast I'm going to go to my house to get ready for today, you stay here and I meet me at my house at 5pm, you wanted to take pictures right?" The tall boy says casually and Kevin blushes. "Y-yeah Eddward...." The young redhead says. "Good I will see you then." And with that the swimmer walks out the door.

At 4:55pm Kevin opens his door so he can head over to his date's house but when he opens it, Eddward is already standing there all dressed up in a tux and without his hat but the way the Raven haired boys hair is styled you can barely see his scar and Kevin is not sporting his hat either. He feels his face get instantly hot and he swears he sees Eddward's cheeks dusted lightly in a shade of pink. They both just stare at each other for a moment and then a limo pulls up in the street in front of Kevin's house. "Ready pumpkin?" The swimmer says holing his hand out for his boyfriend to grab. "Wait hold on boys!" George calls out and runs up to the front door. "Just one pic okay?" He says holding out a camera. The boys pose for a photo and Kevin's dad is satisfied with it minus one thing "Eddward...you didn't even try to smile." The older ginger says with a frown. "Sorry George, but I believe you said one photo. Besides, I loathe taking photos." The tall boy hisses. "Well, have fun boys!" The man says with a smile and pats his son on the back. "See you dad!" Kevin says happily and then they get in the limo. Eddward is immediately attacked. "DOUBLE CUTIE THANKS SO MUCH FOR LETTING ME JOIN YOU IN YOUR LIMO!" Nat says while throwing himself at the swimmer and he instantly pushes him away. "I let you join cause you CALLED ONE HUNDRED TIMES IN A ROW EVEN AFTER I BLOCKED YOUR NUMBER!" The tall boy snaps. "Hey kev!" Nazz says with a grin as she sports her beautiful pink flowy prom gown and "prom court" sash. "Hello Nazz! You look beautiful!" He says with a smile. "Thanks dude! Sorry that my date is giving yours a hard time." She says with a giggle as Eddward is still yelling at Nat who keeps trying to take photos. The ginger laughs too. "It's okay but why did you bring him?" Kevin says with a confused look. "He called me crying the other day saying he couldn't go to his own prom cause his boyfriend had to go away that weekend to visit a college. So since I didn't have a date I asked him if he wanted to come to ours. At least it will be more interesting this way!" The blonde says with a giggle.

They arrive at the local garden which has a lake, a bridge, a walking path, and beautiful flowers everywhere. Kevin sniffs the air as all the scents of the various flowers fill his nostrils. "Wow! This place is so beautiful!" The bubbly girl says as she twirls around on her dress.
"Well looks like I'll be the one to take the pictures." The tall boy says pulling out a camera. "HOLD IT MISTER!" Liane's voice makes them all jump. "Aunt Li?" The swimmer says with a confused tone. "Yes! and I shall take the photos cause I'll be dammed if I don't have decent photos of my own nephew!" She walks over and grabs the camera from her nephew. "Now everyone smile!" The elegant woman says making sure to put emphasis on 'everyone' while glaring at Eddward. The swimmer rolls his eyes and grins as Liane tells them different poses and takes some of just Kevin and Eddward. She's taken easily 500 pictures at this point and smiles as she goes through them. "They all came out so good! I can't wait to print them out!" Liane says with a smile. Nat walks over and slips her a hundred dollar bill and whispers "This is for any pics of Eddward's ass." The elegant woman takes the bill and shoves it back into Nat's face and he walks away, sobbing.

They all get back in the limo and Kevin can't help but notice how clearly annoyed his boyfriend is. "I-Is everything alright Eddward?" He says but he already knows the answer. "Just peachy." The swimmer says with a clearly sarcastic tone. "I-I'm sorry..." The ginger says and Eddward leans in "you better make this up to me tonight pumpkin." He whispers in the redheads ear and he grins as Kevin just turns red.

They arrive at the hotel where prom is being held and walk in all together but Nazz is quickly pulled away by everyone wishing her luck and Nat then ventures off to takes some photos of asses. "Well I guess we should find our table..." The ginger says. They locate their table and sit down and it's obvious that the swimmer is still annoyed. "E-Eddward I'm sorry you're not having any fun...." The redhead says with a frown. "That's not it pumpkin." The tall boy says. "Oh..." Is all the freckled boy can say before Eddward grabs his hand up pulls him up. "Come on pumpkin let's dance." They head to the dance floor. Kevin laughs and smiles as he has fun dancing with his lover. "shit he's too cute." Eddward thinks while feeling his face get hot. The next song is a slow song and the swimmer pulls his lover in close. "T-Thank you Eddward I'm having a lot of fun today." The freckled boy says and looks up to the Raven haired boy with a huge smile. The tall boy then leans down and kisses the ginger as they dance slowly. He pulls apart slowly after the song ends and looks down half lidded and smiles back at the redhead. He then instantly let's go as soon as he sees a bloody nosed Nat staring at them. "GOLDBERG!" The swimmer screams and chases after the teal haired boy who is screaming  and running for his life.

Nazz and Kevin then just look at eachother and shrug then dance together as friends. They are interrupted by an announcement "attention parties of the prom court please proceed to the previously designated area, we are about to begin!" Nazz smiles "that's my cue!" "Good luck Nazz!" The ginger says with a hug and she then walks away. Eddward finds his lover once again and joins him back at the table as they await the results. "Hey where did Nat go?" Kevin asks with a concerned voice. "Seriously, do not worry about it." The swimmer says nonchalantly. The announcer speaks again "please everyone welcome peach creek high's senior prom court!" All of the most popular and prettiest/handsome girls/boys of the school stroll in with their dates at their side. "Oh phew I was nervous you killed Nat..." The redhead says with a sigh of relief. "Well I was about to but then Nazz would have been a witness and I know you would not be thrilled with losing her." The tall boy says with a grin and the freckled boy gulps not knowing if his boyfriend is serious or not.

"And now everyone it's the moment you have all been waiting for! Peach creek high's senior prom queen is..." Kevin holds his breath and waits for what feels like forever, "Nazz van bartonschmeer!" The redhead jumps up and cheers for his bestfriend!

Nazz and the prom king have their dance and quickly the night is coming to an end. It's time for the final dance.

"Pumpkin, there's something I need to tell you." He pulls the ginger closely to him and looks him deeply into his eyes. The ginger looks up into Eddwards blue eyes.

All of the things that I want to say just aren't coming out right

I don't know where to go from here

"I know in the past you've worried about me running off like your mother. I pushed you away a few times selfishly I even left this school for a year. Geez, you keep making me sound like a love sick nerd. Pumpkin...." He stops what he's saying for a moment and pulls his boyfriend in for a hug while still dancing.

He makes it so he it looking into the redhead's eyes again.
"Kevin it's just that I wanted you to know I'm in it for the long haul. I will no longer abandon you or selfishly push you away. I have loved you far too long and I love you far too much to ever see you hurt again."
Kevin's emerald eyes fill up with tears and Eddward wipes them away. "Those are the only tears you are allowed to cry pumpkin." He kisses the gingers cheek and twirls him around and the redhead smiles. The tall boy Keeps his eyes on his lover the whole time.

Kevin's holds the swimmer  closely to him. "And Eddward I promise to always remain by your side."

The song ends and the boys stay on the floor holding eachother until they are the final ones there. Eddward then leans into Kevin's ear and whispers.
"Now are you ready for the real fun?" He gives a smirk.
