Ragini comes back to her room and finds Laksh busy in his laptop. She searches for her mobile and Laksh notices it. He fears getting caught and immediately calls her.

Lak : Raginiii.. What are you searching?

Rag : my phone laksh. I've to call Karan. We both are going to do combined studies over video call.

Laksh clenches his fist hearing it.

Lak : how can you study using video call Ragini. Your mind will get diverted. Your friend is so stupid to suggest you this idea.

Ragini looks weird at him.

Rag : But Laksh.. I never said its his idea. Its my idea to help him over video call. Actually he invited me for combined studies to his house but I can't as I've to make dinner for you so I said we could study using video call.

Laksh gets angry hearing that he invited her for his home. All the bad thoughts crossed his mind and he fists his palm.

Lak : what's this Ragini? How can you trust some random guy to visit his home? Glad that you denied it. Btw it's already late, if you video call now I'll get disturbed right, It's better you study alone.

Laksh said trying his best to take her mind off Karan.

Rag : oh if that's the issue then I'll go to study. Btw laksh don't say bad about Karan. He's my best friend. I didn't like the way you said about me not being safe in his house.

Saying so she finds her mobile and finds it switched off. Laksh is fuming as Ragini for the first time after marriage disagreed to something he said and that too over another man. He felt his body heating up in anger.

Rag : oh.. How's it switched off?

Lak : HOW WILL I KNOW?

Laksh barked at her startling her. Ragini tried talking with him but he switches off the lamp and gets on bed in order to not shout at her more. Ragini felt weird at his behaviour but leaves to study seeing him closing his eyes. Once she leaves he immediately sits up and pulls his hair out in frustration.

Ragini goes to study and calls Karan. She apologizes and says about her phone being switched off without her knowledge. Karan recalls someone cutting his call for the first time and the next time it goes switched off. He can understand what happened and clenches his Jaws. However he knows Ragini's feelings for Laksh and if she gets to know about it then there are chances for them to get united. So he decides to let it go and hides his suspicion from Ragini. Ragini teaches him via video call while karan admires Ragini.

Next day :

Ragini comes out of washroom after freshening up to find Laksh all ready in his formals. She gets shocked and looks at the time. The clock showed only 7.

Rag : laksh.. What happened? Why did you get ready so early?

Lak : I've important meeting in the morning and I've to leave soon. Your driver is back and you can go with him.

Rag : But Laksh what about your breakfast? Or give me 10 minutes I'll get atleast some fruits and milk.

Lak : no need.. You don't have to worry about me. You have lots of people to trust and worry about. Please concentrate only on your studies and your friends. I know to take care of myself.

Laksh replied rude and leaves the place while Ragini gets hell confused at his reaction. She goes to kitchen but she doesn't feel like eating. So she too gets ready and leaves for her institution with empty stomach like Laksh.

At institution :

Karan greets Ragini and sits besides her but Ragini just smiles faintly at him. Karan finds it weird. Soon the class starts but Ragini couldn't concentrate even a bit. She's worried whether Laksh had food or not. Soon lunch break comes but Ragini didn't move from her place. She tried calling Laksh but he didn't pick her call.

Kar : Ragini. Why are you sitting? Come let's go for lunch

Rag : no Karan.. You please go.. I'm not hungry.

Kar : Don't lie Ragini. I'm sitting next to you and can feel your stomach growling. I think you didn't even have your breakfast. Come let's have something. Whatever is bothering you just throw it away and eat.

Rag : I can't throw it away as you say as it's about my laksh.. He left without having anything in the morning. How can I alone have food without knowing whether he ate or not.

Mar : what's this stupidity Ragini? If he is hungry he'll eat. Why are you troubling yourself for someone like him who doesn't care about you?

Karan said irritated at the amount of concern Ragini has for Laksh over herself.

Rag : Shut up Karan. What do you know about my Laksh? If there's anyone who really cares for me in this world then it's only my Laksh.. And I'll say it hundred times too. So you better leave from here before I say something to you. Right now I'm very angry at you for uttering nonsense about my laksh.

Ragini burst out at Karan unable to hear his harsh words for Laksh. Finding him not moving, she herself leaves the place while Karan hits his fist on table in frustration.

Ragini is seen roaming around outside the institution when her phone beeps. She takes it and gets happy seeing Laksh's message. She opens it and the message reads " I'm about to have my lunch. Did you have yours? If not have it right now".

Ragini chuckles at his concern filled order.

Rag : idiot.. Can't even say that in a sweet tone..

She smiles leaving to get herself something to eat.

On the other hand Laksh finds that Ragini has read the message. He too was starving from morning as he felt guilty for the way he behaved with Ragini without any fault of hers. He recalls calling his mother to check if Ragini had breakfast to find that she neither cooked breakfast or lunch. He smiles and keeps the mobile aside and starts leaving to the canteen.

In the institution after their fight neither Ragini or Karan spoke with each other. Ragini is upset as Karan bad mouthed Laksh while Karan felt Ragini stupid to run behind someone like laksh who doesn't deserve her.

Both raglak comes home exhausted. Ragini goes to get freshen up while Laksh who reached early than her was already chopping vegetables in kitchen. Ragini comes there and completes the remaining work. Both felt awkward to speak. Ragini is worried that laksh may once again get angry on her while laksh is still confused about his feelings. He decides to talk with omi to sort out his feelings. After dinner he leaves to garden with his mobile while Ragini goes to study room. He dials omi and he picks up the call.

Omi : hey lucky.. Finally you remembered me.. How are you? How's your job?

Lak : yeah I'm fine.. Job is also good. What about you?

Omi : as always.. Since you are not here I feel lonely.. I miss our crazy night outs and parties a lot... But what to do? You have become family man now.. I can't disturb you..

Lak : family man? You know my family will last only till swasan returns right?

Omi : you are still in that mindset? I thought you would've changed..

Laksh gets curious that how did Omi notice the change in him but decides to ask him indirectly.

Lak : what do you mean by that? What change are you talking about?

Laksh acted clueless.

Omi : uh.. You stupid.. You think I didn't notice how you took ragini in when the whole family ditched her? How much you care for her that everytime you decide something you think whether it's comfortable for Ragini from sending her to institution to arranging transportation for her. The way you care for Ragini has already set major husband goals for people out there.

Lak : oh come on.. just because of this you say that I fell for her? Seriously Omi. What's wrong with you? Ragini is my responsibility.. Of course I've to take care and think about her comforts.. Where's love in this?

Omi : you fool.. Ok leave all that.. Why were you so concerned when Ragini was ill? I remember you being so tensed that you couldn't concentrate neither on your work nor on your health just because of a simple fever for her.. If this is not love what it is.. Don't lie that you did all that thinking her to be your responsibility. You very well know that you didn't think about the thing called responsibility while taking care of her... It was your genuine care for her.. You can't tolerate even a single scratch on her.. That's the reason you stood against your own family for her.

Omi's words starts sinking in him slowly..
Omi : fine.. You name that one has responsibility too.. Then answer this.. Why did you take my bike and still didn't return it when the driver is already there? Its because, You wanted to be close with Ragini without your knowledge but your idiotic mind couldn't understand this. Answer this only one question can you see Ragini in someone else arms as girlfriend or wife?

Laksh imagines Ragini hugging Karan..

Lak : NOOOOO...

He shouts involuntarily..

Omi : see there came your answer.. You fell for Ragini long back.. It just you who couldn't figure it out.. Sort out your feelings before it's too late.. Ok.. Bye.. Good night..

Laksh cuts the call and his mind is filled with lots and lots of questions. He kept pacing to and fro not knowing what to do. After spending some time in the garden he felt quite refreshed and leaves to his room. On the way he found Ragini studying in the study room. His legs stopped without his knowledge and he stands at the door watching her or rather admiring her from far.

A cute hair strand kept falling on her face disturbing her studies. Ragini's irritated face was so cute that he smiles simply watching her. Uttara watches Laksh admiring Ragini and gets elated. She rushes to inform others. Others too watches it  and gets happy to see the progression. At a point Ragini gets really frustrated with her hair strand. Laksh approaches her and takes a clip from the nearby table.

Ragini gets surprised seeing laksh there. While she looked clueless  at him he comes close to her face. Ragini sucks a breath unable to handle the proximity. She watches with a widened eyes when Laksh slowly moved the hair strand behind her ear clipping it with the clip. While moving his fingers came in contact with her cheek sending chills down her spine. They both looks into each other's eyes and share a deep eyelock. That's the moment Laksh understood that deep inside, it was always Ragini whom he loved and cared. He realizes that he can never tolerate Ragini with anyone be it Sanskar or Karan. He is surprised that he didn't feel any such feeling when swasan marriage was fixed. He was sad and upset but it was bearable and it was not that difficult for him to endure. But seeing Ragini as someone's bride made his heart break into pieces. He realizes that Ragini has already found her place in his heart and no one can ever even think about replacing it. While Laksh is lost in his thoughts, Ragini's cheeks heats up with his continuous glare.

Well well... sorry for this clumsy realisation but this is all I could come up with.. So please forgive me first..
