90: Suigetsu and Hanabi Go to The Hospital
[OP: "Pale White Horse" --The Oh Hellos]
Day 71:
Sakura wanted to leave right away, but Shine told her that one night wouldn't make that much difference--at least none they could be sure of, and they should give Momo time to work on making the right gear for them.
Then she pacified her by saying she'd portal them part of them way there, to the rock spires. Then it would only take them a day or so to walk the rest of the way.
Of course Sakura wanted to go right inside and not to the spire, but then Shine represented to her how foolish it would be to charge in without knowing what they'd find, and when they could easily get exposed to something then and captured. They couldn't even be sure the rock spires wouldn't be patrolled by people, but it was a lot easier to hide there, and then the scouts in their own team could have time to get a bead on the situation.
Well, it was only one more day, so Sakura finally accepted it--and she couldn't have changed it if she wanted to.
Shine then told her she thought it was admirable that she was so worried about Tsunade and that Shine herself was also worried about her, and she understood why it was hard to wait, but they had to be smart if they wanted to help her in the best way.
That helped a little...
Sakura was disliking Shine less and less with time, and that annoyed her, but there seemed no way to stop it.
Strangely, she had the idea that Shine was also disliking her less and less, as if her annoyance with her had just worn itself out.
The fact is, we can get used to almost anyone, and even people who drive us crazy at first can be tolerated with enough time and the right attitude towards making the best of it. But more than that, Sakura was the type of person who, once you got past her rudeness and short temper, was rather unobstructive, so she was easier to like if you just weren't surprised by her bad qualities anymore. And most of the team had gotten to that stage by now. Even Shoto didn't really find her so grating anymore and felt sorry for her, since he knew if Aizawa or All Might were in trouble, he'd have been very worried, and he supposed Tsunade was the same for Sakura.
Momo felt even worse for her, but the only way she had to show it was to prepare as quickly as she could.
Tenten wished she had something for this in her scrolls. Momo was always outdoing her on the usefulness with tools scale.
Everyone else wanted to prepare for the problems in Stone but had no way to. They didn't know what to expect.
Early in the morning, Shine said she'd portal them there now and reminded everyone not to do anything reckless. Then she opened the door.
It was startling, really, how fast they'd accepted the change of plans. No one had ever wanted to see this Village again--but, as Gaara pointed out, when your comrades were in danger, you put your preferences aside.
* * *
The rock spires didn't appear to have any spies on the edge of them, but Temari said the bandits would be fools if they took over the Village and didn't place guards at least at the nearer end of the spires, so she was sure they'd be waiting.
The others didn't doubt it, so now the question was, what to do?
"This is like Jericho," Shine said, after they'd all gathered quietly in a circle. "It seems impossible to penetrate it, but there might be a way if we'd just put our faith in God and our heads together. Though I'm not sure blowing trumpets and marching is likely to work this time."
"If you're going to reference things, can you explain them first?" Suigetsu grumbled.
"Big city, huge wall around it, basically like a fortress in the time of the Bible," Dabi said flatly. "Fell down after they marched around it for 7 days, and they killed everyone but for one prostitute and her family 'cause she helped them."
"Hey, too bad we don't got a wringer," Camie said. "And way proud of myself for knowing what that slang is."
"It's in movies--it's not that hard," Bakugo said.
"Shut up." She shoved him.
"Well, we have Tsunade," Shine said, "but as she said, she won't be able to contact us again, unless we find her... Now the thing is, I could bring her here, but, if we intend to save the entire village, that is the stupidest thing I could do."
"Why?" Sakura asked. She'd just got her hopes up when Shine said that.
"Isn't it obvious?" Shine said.
Sakura looked at her blankly.
"If Shine pulls Tsunade out and someone sees it," Momo said, "with how strange the portal looks, they'll know for sure someone came to rescue her, and they'll be ready for us. There's a chance they still haven't noticed we're here, unless they had someone like Karin or the Hyugas who could see all that."
"That's all a good point," Shikamaru said. "So how do we get around it? Karin, you got anything for us?"
"I can tell you I sense some very odd chakra from here," Karin said. "But too much of it for me to pinpoint what's the odd part. There's so many people. If I could do get close enough, I could tell you more. I can say that there's at least half a hundred more of them than there were when we left, just by the sheer amount of increased energy I can feel, but I'm not that exact at this distance, so it's likely more than 50."
"Do any of them feel very strong?" Gaara asked.
"Again, it's hard to know, but nothing like you, Lord Gaara, or Sasuke or Naruto," Karin said. "What I sense might be the level of most of the rest of us or less, but that's a lot of people."
"Let's think about this," Shikamaru said. "Not all of us are suited to melee fighting. Most of us are more precise, one-on-one or small groups. If the bandit tribe is bigger than 50 people, we're too outnumbered, then. Some of you can handle a larger amount of people, but there's the possibility of hurting civilians if you use your big attacks in Village, so realistically, you'll have to hold back. The bandits likely won't care about that, so we have to expect they'll be willing to kill us, and we can't kill them."
"We can't?" Suigetsu said.
"Isn't that against the rules?" Shikamaru said.
They all looked at Shine and Wally.
Wally looked queasy. "I...uh...Shine?"
Shine put her hands together. "I've made exceptions to that rule only for the inhabitants to the world, since you have more freedom than we do, and only if it must be that way. If I give you permission to kill in self defense, you must swear to me that it will only be if you know you could not win by subduing them. That's a rare person that can't be subdued or reasoned with in some way. But there could be madmen in this tribe--I've seen such before--so I know there's a chance that killing is the only way to stop them. We're not unrealistic here, but Wally and I will not kill, and I think it's best if you heroes don't either. I know you won't anyway, but, Touya, you also. Our authority is too big to compromise like that."
"I figure I won't need to anyway," Dabi said. "My fire will scare the living crap out of them if I can just melt some rocks or something."
"I understand what you're saying," Gaara said. "And I also would only kill as a last resort, but I have no idea what kind of corrupt people these bandits may be. They are not usually seen as sympathetic criminals in our society, even by our standards. Rogue shinobi sometimes are just out of luck, but bandits are thieves and scoundrels who kill the weak who can't fight back. That's worse than just being kicked out of your Village for any number of reasons that might not have been as bad as they seemed. By now we know that Villages lie about why they exclude."
Yes, they all knew that quite well.
"Let's also think about this," Shine said. "One of my close friends in Remnant was a bandit at one point: Raven Branwen. She's a good person, now, and a smart one. She had more standards than others of her type, but she still did terrible things because she felt she had no other place in the world, and many people under her were the same. They took them in because they had no one, but then they had to do things they didn't like. Her own brother was like that, till he left the tribe later, but he had the chance to make a clean break, and many of these thief groups don't let you do that. My point is that you can't assume they are all terrible people. Some of them no doubt are, if they'd do a thing like that, but some may just be unable to leave. If you're going to incite a fight, especially a very loud one, you could be jumping the gun, as we say where I come from. I want you all to use your heads with this one."
"Well that's all well for you," Temari said, "because you can read someone's intentions like they have them written on their forehead, but, while I'm not unable to judge a person's character, I doubt I could do it that well. And they get a great shot in while I'm thinking about it."
"You've all seen me in action," Shine said. "How do I learn someone's intentions?"
"You ask them," Sai said.
"And that's simple enough for someone to do, isn't it?" Shine said. "Most people will tell you the answer to that if you push them hard enough. You figure it out from there. If we can work out a deal with any of these people, I intend to negotiate a surrender."
"We're getting ahead of ourselves," Shikamaru said. "We don't even know if they're weak enough for us to scare them. It doesn't seem like it. They may want us to surrender if they don't kill us all."
"Or try to make us join them," Wally said. "That's what they do in movies, if you're good enough. It's happened to my buddies a few times. It's good fun. You get to win their respect over, then."
"That sounds horrible," Tenten said. "I'd be insulted by it."
"You'd be wise to play along if they capture you," Shine warned her. "If you seem sympathetic to them, they may keep you alive long enough for us to find you. If you mouth off, they'll probably kill you. I hope you realize there is a chance we could get captured at any time once we go in there. We need more information for sure... For the Promised Land, they sent out 12 spies, but I think that's too many. Many just two... I hate to say it this way, but then, if they get caught, at least we're only two people weaker."
"As harsh as that sounds, that's just how shinobi think," Temari said. "So you're fine. I agree...but which two? I'm not subtle enough to spy, so me, Gaara, and Kankuro are all way too easy to recognize."
"Anyone who was important in the war is likely too easy to recognize," Shine said. "Because if they've recruited any of the Stone themselves to help them, or any of the bandits were near the war or in it, they'll know who you are and that you're not supposed to be here."
"I see," Suigetsu said. "This comes down to us then, because all of you were in the war but us, Just for a short time, by then, most people were dead or off the battlefield where we were at."
Karin cringed. "I don't know how good I'd be at spying like this. I mean, I can find information on people but..."
"I'd prefer you stay with us," Shine said. "You're the best at knowing if someone is coming or gets attacked. Jugo is not able to fight, which makes him too vulnerable for me to risk sending him in there with just one other person."
Everyone looked at each other.
Then Hanabi put her hand up. "I can do it."
"Absolutely not!" Hinata cried. "You're just a child! I can't let you do that."
"It's not up to you," Hanabi said. "Listen to me, I know you're gonna say I don't have the chops for it yet. But I think that's just why you should send me in. I'm a kid--no one will think anything of me wandering around the Village. And I wasn't in the war, so no one will know who I am."
"Aren't you forgetting that your eyes are too easily recognized?" Dabi said.
"You have to get close for that," Hanabi said. "Can't Momo just fix me up with something that will hide my eyes a bit?"
"I could try, but I'm very against the idea of you doing this," Momo said firmly. "You're too inexperienced. It's not right to risk your life and not someone's who could defend themself."
"I can defend myself fine," Hanabi said. "If these guys are just punks, I'll be better than them for sure."
"You've never killed anyone, have you?" Dabi said. "You think you could defend yourself like that?"
"If I had to..." Hanabi sounded serious, which gave some of them chills.
True, she was old enough to be a Genin, and that wasn't really something that she'd never be expected to do--they knew it, but they'd gotten more used to protecting her and to thinking of this as a peaceful mission, and it made them suddenly drift back to the shinobi way of viewing her age and talent. [I hope I don't need to say that this represents the ninja way of thinking, and not me actually saying that teen-aged girls should be expected to do this.]
But Shine was thinking.
"Shine...I don't know about this," Wally said. "Sure, some of us use sidekicks her age to fight crime, but we don't send them into the lion's den alone like this."
"Not alone," Shine said. "Suigetsu could go with her. He can hide anywhere, that's one thing, and she would know it was him. He's hard to capture, too. She's right that she's not a threat to them, in their eyes. She's too young to seem like a spy...and some people are easier on young kids. They won't be as likely to jump to killing her if they do notice her... It's risky, but any of us are at risk. If it's about who's the least likely to get caught, it might be Hanabi."
"And I can spy good," Hinata said, "using my eyes. I can find Tsunade. Her chakra is easy to figure out."
"Couldn't we just send medics in?" Sakura said. "We could just say we're there to help."
"If someone in Stone tells them that you left already, or any of the bandits recognize you as one of us, that's no good," Shine said. "I think they'd not be looking for Hanabi to be there by herself, but any of us would raise certain alarm... Suigetsu might get by, though. If he loses that sword."
"What? No way," Suigetsu said.
"It's too easy to recognize, Suigetsu," Shine said. "Just use a different weapon for right now, and you can have it back once you're done spying."
Suigetsu pouted, but it was good sense, and he knew it.
"Hanabi..." Hinata sighed. "I don't want you to."
"I'll be okay," Hanabi said. "I've been fine before. Suigetsu and I worked together when we had the training match, and I think we can manage it. I'd love to finally do something important."
"The kid has more guts than most of the adults here do," Dabi muttered.
Clearly, he was worried. He and Hanabi were kind of like siblings at this point--if his real sister had been as spunky as her instead of being docile like Fuyumi was.
Dabi and Shoto both liked people who had more backbone, apparently.
"Neji wouldn't like this one bit," Hinata insisted. "I know I can't stop you, but I don't like it. And if anything happened to you, I'll never be able to forgive myself, or Suigetsu."
"Hey!" Suigetsu said. "I'm not letting anything happen to her on purpose. If she doesn't do something stupid and reckless, she should be fine. She's supposed to be smart, right?"
"I hope you're right about this," Wally said to Shine. "I see where you're coming from, but I don't like it."
"I don't either, but the fact is that what I like is not necessarily good strategy," Shine said. "And though sending her in is risky, it's not a sin, so we must consider it a valid choice, even if we don't like it."
"So what do you want us to find out?" Suigetsu asked.
"Make sure you scope out any person who doesn't seem to be Stone Ninja, naturally," Shine listed it off. "Try to find out where Tsunade is, if you can without raising suspicion. You could pretend to be sick if it's safe enough to do so. Don't touch anything that could have germs on it if you can help it. Don't eat or drink anything there. If you see anyone using strange jutsu, of course we want to know about that, but do not engage unless you have to. Try not to act unusual either. Don't look people in the eye. If they look at you, act like you're feeling ill and drag your feet or your arm like it's locking up. If they're on edge over the plague, that ought to do it. I assume that paralysis will look the same, whatever is causing it."
She paused. "Did I forget anything?"
"Yes, see if you can find out about what happened to the Tsuchikage," Temari said. "He's either dead, sick, or captured, and if they think they can use him as a hostage, I'd like to know. Though that's a joke at this point for us."
"Temari, we'd have to consider it," Gaara said. "He's still a Village leader, and it hurts us if he dies."
"Well, sure, but I'm still not going to be itching to help him," she replied tightly.
"Learn to forgive, Te-Party," Dabi said.
She glared at him.
"So, people, places, Tsunade, the Kage, and any signs of poison," Suigetsu said. "Just normal, everyday day stuff to learn about without anyone getting antsy about it. Got that, Mini Hyuga?"
She glared at him. "Stop it with that--but then, I should have a code name. I mean, if I have to talk to you, and someone hears it who remembers us, it would be bad."
"That is a good point," Suigetsu said. "What should we call you? Maybe Tiny, or Little, or Mouse."
"Call her Caleb and you can be Joshua," Shine said. "The two good spies."
"Caleb is a man's name," Momo said.
"A) Some girls have boys' names, and B) no one in this village will know the difference," Shine said.
"True," Wally said. "It's kind of cute. She's not a big, burly guy. It's like calling the big guy in Robin Hood Little John."
"If it helps," Shine added, "when Caleb was, like, 85, he still wanted the land with giants in it for his inheritance, and he said he was just as spry now as he was when he was a young man. That sounds like Hanabi to me."
"I'm fine with it," Hanabi said. "No one will know it's a guy's name anyway. Who's Joshua?"
"The leader after Moses," Dabi said. "Sadly, that's what he's most remembered for, that and the Jericho thing."
"He was a great leader," Shine said. "A bit more pragmatic and less mystical than Moses, because everyone has their own style, and they did well under Joshua's lead. He was devoted to the Lord, that's the thing."
"And this is who you want Suigetsu to be?" Karin said.
"Why not?" Wally said.
"Why are you arguing the names?" Shikamaru said. "We're wasting time. I'm sure they'll find us out here if we don't hide."
"Relax, fahm, I got you." Camie blew a cloud of smoke over their team.
"But that won't last," Shoto said.
"Everyone gotta be a hater," Camie said. "Hey, what do the rest of us do while they spy?"
"Wait for them," Shine said. "And if you could send us a note periodically, just in case they find you before you can get back out here, and then we'll know to come get you if you don't come back after that."
"Okay," Hanabi agreed. "Now we should have a disguise."
"I think I have something." Momo held out a packet. "If you wear masks or cloaks, it might be pretty easy to notice you're hiding something, but at home we have these special contacts that can change what your eye color looks like. These ones will make them look black, and since more people's are black here, you'll blend in more."
"Nice." Hanabi opened them.
It was harder to put them in than she thought, but finally she got it right. And it did make her look very different.
[Hanabi without disguise design using LoveNikki--It's hard to get any designs in the app that woud look like Hanabi, so this is the best I could do. And the one with her disguise isn't quite how I envisioned it, but I don't have a wraparound scarf piece.]
Since her hair was brown, she looked more like Stone anyway than her sister. Lots of them were brunettes.
Suigetsu really just had to ditch the sword to look more ordinary, but he also changed clothes into something less brightly colored.
He also hid his hydro flasks in a bag.
Karin and Jugo were a little worried. They were pretty sure Suigetsu could take most fighters, but what if the contamination was in water? What if he touched it?
"Just don't touch any water," Karin told him.
"Whatever," Suigetsu said in reply, shrugging.
Since the party things had been a little...weird between them.
At least, Suigetsu felt like she'd been on edge in a different way that he didn't understand, and Karin felt that Suigetsu had been talking to her less.
They weren't exactly sure why, since nothing that much had happened, but it was uncomfortable.
"Be careful." Jugo at least was the same. "And don't run your mouth."
"Jugo, you sound like a mama goat or something," Suigetsu complained. "Tell the kid that."
Hanabi was wrapping her head in a scarf to hide her face a bit more. "I'm going undercover," she said.
Hinata worried she was not taking this seriously.
"You have 3 hours before we start worrying," Shine said.
They saluted before Wally rushed them to the edge of the Village to drop them off before anyone could see them.
Karin had herself poised to catch whatever happened as soon as possible.
Shine sat down on a rock and put her head in her hands in a much more defeated way than one expected.
"I'm sorry, Hinata," she said, sadly. "I hate using Hanabi for this. If it was one of my siblings, I would never want to agree to it...yet, I couldn't stop them either, I suppose. Still, I know what it's like to want to protect your younger siblings."
Hinata felt bad enough already, but seeing Shine get so down about it just made it worse.
"I guess she was going to do it of her own volition," she said. "You can use anyone you want. I just...well, I wish for things that I can't do, that's all. I can't keep her off the field, but I wish I could. I don't know why I worry about her--she's so much braver than I am."
"No," Shine said, looking up. "You're brave in different ways, that's all. She's not braver, and part of her bravery is she simply doesn't have a sense of danger enough yet because of inexperience. I think it's all right...but if it turns out she gets hurt, I'll never feel right about it, any more than you will, though I know it's worse for you. I hope you don't think I'm taking it lightly... Ah, being able to put aside emotion sometimes and then make decisions like this can be such a double-edged sword. I wonder if I was too quick to decide." [I'd think Shine was alone in this, but I recently watched Young Justice, and season one Robin has the same dilemma, so I guess I'm not the only one who pictures a leader with this conflict.]
"You have to be the only person I know who can do that and then feel guilty about it immediately," Wally sighed. "Most people just choose to keep the emotion out of it completely and only feel bad once it's over. Come on, Honey, it's done now."
Shine sighed.
"What is her problem?" Naruto said. "Hanabi is pretty tough. She'll be okay. And Suigetsu is with her too. He's all right."
"It's just a thing with family, I guess," Sakura said. "I didn't think Likstar-san really took that much notice of the risks we were taking, but maybe she does sometimes. I guess she likes little kids more anyway."
"Hanabi is not that little," Ino said. "I don't know why I feel worse about her. We were the same age as her when all this started, but I feel worse when I'm the one who's older and more experienced, I guess."
"Ahem." Temari nudged Shine. "Should we hide or something?"
Shine looked up, "Yeah, yeah, we should," she said. "I'm sorry, I should pull myself together. Not sure why this is getting to me right now. Usually I'm so focused..."
"Everyone gets burnt out," Wally assured her. "But yeah, need to hide better than this. You can keep an eye on them too, you know, to make sure nothing happens."
"True," Shine said. Her eyes lit up. "So far, nothing...I think."
Hinata had the same impression using her eyes.
They all hurried to hide in the caves of the rocks, and Camie made some more cover so they could have time to make camouflage jutsu.
* * *
Hanabi and Suigetsu started off well enough, sneaking into the Village. Wally had gotten them inside without the guards ever knowing what happened.
Hanabi's sharp eyes picked out that many of the guards were not Stone Shinobi because they didn't have the headbands...but it wouldn't be that noticeable if you weren't close to them, not to most people. By the time any visitor got to the Village gates, it would be too late for them to run.
But no one noticed that she and Suigetsu had just appeared in an alley, thanks to Wally.
Wally could have checked out the Village himself, if not for the chance that someone would probably notice him eventually if he sped around it like that, and he had to move too fast to really look very closely at things.
The inside of the Village was vastly different from before, however.
Where there had been different people in the marketplace and walking along the streets, now they were dead quiet. The only people in sight were ones who must have had no homes, and they hid in corners.
The shops were abandoned or closed.
The only people they saw who were not hiding must have been bandits. They had no headbands, and their clothes were not like the Stone's; they wore more travel-like clothes, with too many places to store weapons. Most ninjas only kept theirs in one pocket or pouch, but they had them all over, though they concealed them partially. Hanabi could pick them out though.
They did cast a look at her and Suigetsu, but didn't seem interested in them for the most part. Finally, one of them did stop them.
"What are you civilians doing out here?" he said.
Suigetsu had a smartaleck response ready in his mind, but he figured it was too risky.
"Looking for a doctor." He tried to sound sick--he wasn't sure how to sound sick, as he didn't really get sick ever, but maybe it was like being dehydrated.
At the word "doctor" the man took a step back.
"You're wasting your time," he said. "The medics can't do anything for you people. Your luck is better just staying inside and away from anyone else."
"Tried that already," Suigetsu said. "It's not for sure. My...brother is sick."
"And my mother," Hanabi piped up, as she didn't think anyone would believe she was related to Suigetsu. "Please, isn't there anyone who can help? " She gave a doe-eyed look.
She was sure the man was a bandit, though...but he didn't seem to be a cold-hearted person; he looked a little uneasy. "Well, the medics being held prisoner might do something for the pain, but you're not part of the tribe, so not much chance. I feel a little bad for you people, but ain't nothing we can do about it. Just rotten luck for you. Be a nice little girl and go home before you run into someone less amiable."
"We haven't left our house since the invasion," Suigetsu lied glibly. "Are you all making us work for you now? Because I thought it was odd no one came banging on our door."
"If you're in the south side, it's no wonder, because that's where the most cases are, and you shouldn't be over here." The man backed up some more. "Just mind your own affairs. And don't tell anyone you came out here at all."
"So you're not gonna make us work?" Suigetsu said.
"Not if you're exposed," the man shuddered. "Just go home."
"Could you at least escort both of us to the hospital, so no one thinks about trying to take us in then?" Suigetsu said. "I mean, what if they don't believe us about being exposed?"
"Can't we just go see the medics and at least ask first?" Hanabi whispered. "They're still at the center, right? Isn't that on the way?"
"All right, fine," the man said. "But you stay far in front of me, all right? This business is very disagreeable."
He started to walk, and they walked after him.
Well, no chance of them sneaking away now, but he didn't seem that suspicious.
They heard him muttering to himself the whole way:
"Can't just take a Village without there being some plague. I think it's the jinx, personally. There's some curse on this place. It ain't natural. And I know the boss knows something about it, but no one tells me nothing, and now the people here are all like walking death traps for contagion. It's not fair. Couldn't we have robbed a nicer town?"
"Oh, life is so hard for him," Suigetsu muttered to Hanabi. "Can you believe this guy?"
"Big talk from the ex-terrorist," she hissed back. "He's not so bad. I thought they'd be worse, and if he's afraid of the plague, then are we sure they're immune?"
"If he's out here at all, they must be more immune than we are anyway," Suigetsu said. "Just like the others were saying, maybe some of them are and some aren't. The question is what to do about it."
"Maybe Tsunade will be at the medical center," Hanabi wondered.
"That seems too obvious, if they're worried about her escaping," Suigetsu frowned.
He wasn't wrong about that, because the medical center was all closed off, and many more people who they thought were bandits were hanging around it.
These ones wore masks, as they were afraid of germs.
"Hey, Roshi, what is this?" said one, a woman.
The man who'd escorted them shrugged. "More of the same, wanting medical care. I told them it was no use, but they insisted... Didn't want to bother to have a fight with such weak targets."
Suigetsu felt like he knew the one woman.
Zokei, one of them who'd escaped from them outside the Village, and she'd recognize him any second.
Thinking fast, he bent himself double like with pain. "Ow! I think I've been infected! I feel throbbing pain!"
He hoped that was really a symptom of the disease.
And it must have been, because they all jumped back.
Hanabi included. She actually wasn't sure if he was kidding or not.
But then he winked at her.
"Stay back from us," Zokei said, moving away. "Boss says we won't get it, but I don't want to get too near them anyway."
"I told you now," Roshi said. He hurried away. "I'm going back to patrol."
"Hey, don't leave us!" Hanabi said, but really she was hoping he would, and he ran off sure enough.
"Get the medics to take them inside," Zokei told someone else. "But I'm staying away from them."
"It won't help them much, but if you want to be soft on them," snorted the other bandit and went inside and yelled at someone.
Hanabi knew it was a long shot to hope for Tsunade, and sure enough, she didn't see her. One of the Stone medics appeared and they looked scared enough.
"Whatever your name is, you have some new patients," Zokei said.
