TWO

11th  February

Once Jin and Namjoon's cousins had given their performance, they dragged an embarrassed Jimin from his seat  and introduced him as the man behind the dance.

"Hello everyone, my name is Park Jimin-"

The crowd cheered for him, but Yoongi was just staring at him, having the man's voice ooze through his head like honey. But his face had no reaction whatsoever.

Jimin laughed shyly. "Ah- thank you everyone." he smiled once more and then looked directly at the couple of the evening, indirectly at Yoongi. "Jin and I have been friends for only a couple of months now, but we've been quite good friends actually. Having a friend like you, it has been one of the greatest things that has happened to me. And I am really happy for you today, to be be marrying such a great man. So, I just wanted to raise a toast to you-" he got his flute of champagne up and the others followed suit. "May you always remain happy and blessed. I wish you both a lot of happiness for the rest of your lives."

Clinks of glass filled the hall and soon, more friends rose their glasses to the couple. Some with sorrowful stories, some with joyous ones and some with embarrassing ones as well. Which all soon summed up to the dance for the night.

Jin and Namjoon were first to move to the centre of the hall. The music was smooth and slow. The two moved at their pace, in each other's arms, their foreheads touching and their eyes closed. They smiled lightly. Knowing that they had each other, there wasn't anything to worry about and it was going to be like that for a long long time.

Jin would occasionally start laughing for no reason and Namjoon would accompany him by smiling and then kissing his nose or cheek. At an edge stood Jungkook, with his camera, smiling at the couple's cute actions.

Then, all of a sudden, the tone of the music changed to something more upbeat. And that was when the true dancers inside Jin and Namjoon came out.

They didn't know how to dance, but all they knew was that they were having fun. And it didn't matter if they looked a bit awkward or stupid, they were enjoying, and that was enough.

One by one, Jin and Namjoon dragged everyone up from their seats and onto the dance floor. At this point even Jungkook had left his camera to enjoy the fun in the moment.

Jin dragged Hoseok to the centre, and as soon as that happened, the chant 'DANCE! DANCE!' boomed over the sound of the already loud music.

He hesitated and gave a bright smile. "No!" he shook his head shyly.

Jin insisted that he should, and that made the overwhelming chant grow louder.

Hoseok finally gave in and handed his coat to Namjoon, and started busting out moves in freestyle.

That guy was on fire and the guests were going wild.

While everyone enjoyed partying, Jungkook went back to the table where they initially sat, only to find Yoongi sipping champagne.

"Come on!" Jungkook tried to hype up his mood. "Don't just sit there like an old slump, move your ass a bit!"

"No." he said back. "I don't dance."

"Don't you want to talk to that guy- uh, what was his name- Par-?"

"Park Jimin."

Jungkook chuckled a bit and straightened his belt and pant. "Ah- Park Jimin. Don't you want to take this chance to meet him?"

"No." Yoongi lied.

"Oh, you are meeting him." Jin's arm came over Jungkook. "And we are going to make sure you do."

"We?" Jungkook looked at him.

"Yes, we."

Jin managed to get Yoongi up and pulled him across to where Jimin was, he was seated as well, and was texting someone on his phone.

"Hey Jimin!" Jin called out to him.

"Jin!" he got up and they hugged. "Congratulations!"

"Thanks!" Jin pulled back and shook his hand. "Why aren't you dancing?"

"Oh! I was just texting a friend of mine to come pick me up."

"What? Why? Why are you leaving so early?"

"I have to go open the cafe early tomorrow, Valentine's is coming up, so every morning is a prep morning and the number of customers coming in these days is huge."

"Oh!" Jin looked back at Yoongi and pulled him up front. "Well, I just came over to introduce you to my friends, this is Jungkook-" he pointed at Jungkook. "-and this is Min Yoongi."

"It's a pleasure to meet you both!" he smiled and shook Jungkook's hand.

That smile was intoxicating. It wasn't healthy for Yoongi.

"Yoongi. Yoongi!" Jin called out to him. Yoongi snapped back to reality and looked at him. Jin swayed his eyes to something, when Yoongi looked, he saw Jimin's hand extended towards him for a greeting.

He hesitated but shook his hand. Jimin smiled at him.

Ah- that smile again, if he saw any more of that, he'd probably have to go get hospitalized. Of course, he didn't show it though. He found it cute how Jimin's cheeks would perk up when he smiled, they looked so desirable, he wanted to clasp them in his hands and just stay that way. And at that point, Yoongi realized that he was being dragged in a little too easily.

"You see Jimin-" Jin started. "-Yoongi is a very shy guy, but he loves to dance."

"What-n-"

"But sadly he doesn't know how to, which is why he's embarrassed." Jin pushed Yoongi to Jimin. "So, as a professional dancer, I was hoping if you could teach him a bit."

Jimin looked at Jin and then at Yoongi, smiling shyly.

"Jin-" Yoongi was at the verge of backing out, but then-

"Okay." Jimin nodded. "My friend will take some time to be here, so I guess I could give him a little lesson till then."

"Oh, that's great!" he gave a thumbs up to Yoongi, put a hand around Jungkook and started to back away. "You both enjoy, and we're going to go. Thank you for coming to the wedding Jimin!!" saying that they turned around and left.

"Seriously, Jin?" Jungkook asked him. "That was your idea of hooking Yoongi up with that guy?"

"Is there any other way you could have thought of?" he pouted back.

"Uh-"

"Yeah, see? You can't."

"You didn't even let me think!"

Back at where Jin had left Yoongi, Jimin puffed out a small restricted laugh.

"W-why are you laughing?" a perplexed and embarrassed Yoongi asked.

"Jin can be a handful sometimes, right?" Jimin looked at him, all knowingly. "You don't really want to learn anything do you?"

Yoongi pursed his lips a little. "No, I do not."

"I could sense it-you're not quite good at hiding emotions, are you?"

Yoongi felt his cheeks heat up a bit, but he blamed it on the party's atmosphere. "Who knows?" he said back, trying to sound confident. "So, uh- how long till your friend comes?"

"We've got some time."

Jimin did not mean to be, but he definitely felt like he was being a bit flirtatious. But he was curious about this 'Min Yoongi' guy. He didn't look like it, but he was a rather awkward person, and Jimin found that cute for some reason. Another reason was probably that he'd have some company while he waited for his friend to pick him up.

"Do you want to go to get some drinks by the bar?" Yoongi rubbed his nape. "Just to pass time?"

"Of course." Jimin smiled.
