ONE

11th February

"Do you, Kim Namjoon, take Kim Seokjin, to be your lawfully wedded husband and swear to stand by the vows you made?" the officiant asked as she looked at Namjoon and Jin standing in front of her, holding hands.

"I do." Namjoon said out loud and clear, with no hesitation.

The officiant then turned to Jin. "And do you, Kim Seokjin, take Kim Namjoon to be your lawfully we-"

"Yes, I do." Jin interrupted her hastily.

The crowd laughed a little and Jin smiled sweetly.

"Someone's in a hurry." the officiant teased.

Namjoon huffed a laugh and then looked at his beloved. "Love, you have to let her finish first." his dimples were exposed like mini crescents on his cheeks.

Jin raised his eyebrows slightly and then looked at the woman.

"I, Kim Seokjin, take Kim Namjoon as my husband and I swear to keep all the vows that I made." he said to her modestly and turned to Namjoon with a smirk. "Happy?"

Namjoon looked down, smiling in embarrassment while Jin just smiled back smugly.

'Snap' Jungkook's camera captured the moment as Namjoon's eyes trailed back to Jin's and they drowned in the other's eyes. A day as today was bound to overwhelm the love between the two, bound to strengthen their bond for life. And Jungkook knew that, because as he took pictures of the couple, he could literally see their affection and love for each other.

In Jungkook's eyes, Jin and Namjoon were the couple who became selfless in order to be selfish for the other. They were the couple who trusted each other with their darkest fears, secrets, insecurities-heck, even their lives.

'I would love to have a relationship like that.' Jungkook would always think, when he'd see them together.

He wasn't jealous.....okay, maybe a little, but he believed that there was someone out there for him, and that he just had to wait for the right moment, the right time.

"Now are we husbands?" Jin asked the woman anxiously.

The crowd laughed once more at his childish eagerness.

The woman smiled to herself. "I now pronounce you both husbands. You may kiss."

Namjoon gripped his partner's hands tighter, but Jin let go, and with one hand on Namjoon's waist, he pulled his face into a kiss. He was surprised for a moment, but then placed his hands on Jin's hips and returned the kiss.

Amid the claps and cheering, Jungkook was on a roll with his camera. His hands couldn't stop, he wanted to capture it all, everything. The kiss, their expressions of pure bliss and joy, Hoseok's wide smile, Yoongi's unnoticeable crying, the happiness on either of the Kim family's faces......he wanted to capture those moments in time, for Jin and Namjoon to relive once they were wrinkly old men with white hair on their heads.

Jungkook's mouth curved into a small smile behind the camera as he thought of that. He'd known Namjoon since the very beginning, they were childhood friends and lived in the same neighbourhood. Even though Namjoon was older by four years, they bonded pretty well. Soon, Hoseok and Yoongi joined their pack, and then he met Jin. Jungkook loved his friends, and is really glad he met such people in his life. He only wished the best for them.

During the after party, the five of them sat on one table. The cake was cut and dinner was served. Jin and Namjoon would chummily feed each other occasionally, making Yoongi frown in disgust, only to secretly smile at them later.

Jungkook still hadn't put his camera down. He was going through the photos he had taken.

"You should put your camera down now." Hoseok said from his right. "Eat first, or this is going to go cold."

"Yeah." Jungkook said back, but didn't put his camera down.

"You didn't get your girlfriend along?"

That caught Jungkook's attention. He placed his camera in it's bag and looked directly at the man beside him.

"She isn't exactly my girlfriend, Hoseok." he answered with a sigh and then began to eat.

Hoseok cracked a smile. "Oh? Not your girlfriend, eh?"

"Yeah- she's not." Jungkook replied. "We're just trying it out."

"Trying it out? Do you like her?"

"I am not sure. She was the one who asked me out, and I thought that it wouldn't hurt to give it a try." he shrug his shoulders and drank down a flute of champagne.

"Trying isn't exactly you, it sounds as though you're deprived of love." Hoseok waved his fork in the air.

"Well, maybe I am. Who knows?" he smiled jokingly.

"Jungkook, you're an adult, how about you think about this a bit more seriously, hm?" the other sighed and cut the meat on his plate. "So, how is she?"

"She's kind, I guess. We go out sometimes. She seems nice." Jungkook nodded his head at Hoseok.

There was silence between them. Hoseok raised an eyebrow. "And?"

"And what?"

Hoseok sighed and put a hand on Jungkook's shoulder. He smiled sarcastically and shook his head. "Nothing, never mind."

All of a sudden, there was a pat on Jungkook's left shoulder. When he turned, he saw a smiling Namjoon pointing in Yoongi's direction.

When Hoseok and Jungkook looked at Yoongi, they caught him staring at something at a distance. The man's face was so awestruck that his mouth was hanging open and his eyes didn't  blink once.

The four amused men looked at their friend in bewilderment, curious to know what had caught the monotonous one's attention. When they traced his stare, they saw a man at the other end.

Yoongi noticed the others and turned back to them. "W-what? Why are you all looking at me like that?"

They pretended that they weren't looking at Yoongi, and went back to eating the food and distracting themselves so that they wouldn't crack a smile.

Yoongi on the other hand, was in a fix. He didn't seem to care about why his friends were looking at him like that. What had caught his attention though, was that man who was sitting a few feet away from him, on another table.

He leaned back to Jin. "Hey, do you know who that guy is?" he casually pointed at the man he saw and tried not to be too obvious about it.

Jin smirked at Yoongi. "He's the dance teacher that our cousins hired."

"They wanted to do a dance for us, desperately." Namjoon accompanied Jin.

"Really? He's a dancer?" Hoseok piped from the other side of the table. "He doesn't strike as a dancer at first glance."

"True." Jungkook nodded his head. He looked at Yoongi and smiled teasingly. "But, he is handsome."

"Ooohh?!" Hoseok let out a low whistle and wriggled his eyebrows. "Looks like someone has Yoongi's attention."

The others started teasing him, but Yoongi kept denying it. "N-No! It's not like that!"

"Oh, it is like that! Don't deny it!" Namjoon nodded.

"Ah-N-no!"

The four laughed around for a bit and then fell silent again. But Yoongi was still distracted by that man. He wanted to know more about him.

'I don't even know his name.' the thought ran in his mind.

So, very subtly, he scooted to Jin and cleared his throat mildly to get his attention.

"W-what is his name?" Yoongi was shy, but he decided not to show it on his face.

Jin though, knew Yoongi. He knew Yoongi was shy when it came to talking to others, and it wasn't as though he took interest in people that readily either. He just wasn't that type of a guy. This was actually the first time he seemed serious and interested in a person he just saw.

Jin smirked and drank from his glass. "Go ask him yourself."

The most blank expression spread on the other's face. "Are you seriously just asking me to go talk to him?"

"You're the one who is interested." Jin shrugged his shoulders.

Yoongi looked back at the man and then turned to Jin again. "Can you not just tell me?"

Jin smiled mischievously and shook his head.

It bothered Yoongi. He tried to let it slide off and ignore the man, merely just a few feet away from him. But his eyes would deceive him and they'd trail off in his direction occasionally. He was indeed a very handsome man. His black hair was swept back and his small frame fit perfectly in the simple yet elegant suit he wore. His lips were plump and his cheeks looked like two small rice cakes, slightly blushed on the top. His features appealed to Yoongi, he couldn't help but think what kind of person he would be.

Just then, he laughed, the man talking with Jin and Namjoon's cousins, laughed. And that was it, that was the end of Min Yoongi.
