YN's POV:

You feel a massive shockwave sweep over the entire ghost ship, and the force of it slams into everyone on board, releasing Bansha's freeze spell and freeing all the fighters from their curious stasis. Everyone pauses in momentary confusion and looks around.

Cole is the first ninja to spot you. "Hey YN, glad to see that you're-" He sucks in a startled breath. "Oh no, not you too!"

The other ninja turn to look at you. They each utter a shocked gasp.

"YN, are you.. Okay?" Lloyd asks tactfully.

You sigh. "I guess. I'll manage to.. Cope somehow. But my powers. I-I can't.." You hang your head dejectedly, unable to finish.

"That's it. We're doomed!" Jay bursts out.

Lloyd elbows him sharply. "That isn't going to make her feel any better. Trust me, I know trauma." He then turns to Cole. "Cole, you were a ghost not long ago. Do you think that you can help YN find a way to use her powers again, if it's possible?"

Cole nods. "I can try, Greenie."

Lloyd looks around. "Where's Morro?" He asks.

Morro materializes into view, his eyes hooded. "Here." He hunches his shoulders over slightly, an anguished expression on his handsome face. "It's all my fault! All of it!" He suddenly explodes.

"Yes, it is." Kai mutters.

"-But we forgive you." Nya continues, looking sharply at her brother.

Kai shrugs. "Eeh."

Morro nods slightly, accepting Kai's words. "I was selfish. I only thought of seeing my mother again. I never should have taken YN-"

"-Your mother?" Kai whispers. Then his face softens. "-Then it all makes sense now.."

Nya hugs Kai. "Okay, now we've all forgiven you, Morro."

"Thank you, Nya." Morro moves closer to you and takes your hand. "I'm.. So sorry, YN. I know that you couldn't possibly forgive me after everything that I've done, but maybe-"

"-You idiot." You interrupt. Morro goes silent, waiting for you to finish. "I've already forgiven you, you great big windy ninny!" You give him an affectionate look and squeeze his hand. Well, as much as a ghost can to another, anyway.

"I'm glad that you're here, YN." Morro says softly.

"I'll say!" Jay bursts out.

"Excuse me?" You reply.

"-Yeah, YN. He was frantic." Lloyd continues.

"Mmhmm. Really worried about you." Kai finishes.

Morro glares at them and growls. The guys smirk back at him.

"What am I missing here?" You ask, looking to Cole for an answer. He shrugs and produces a slice of cake from his.. You're not sure from where, exactly. The ninja don't have pockets.

"Uh.. Cole? Where'd you get that from?"

Cole grunts and shrugs again, taking a bite out of his cake blissfully.

"We're in the middle of an epic battle, Boulder-brain!" Jay reprimands.

"I know that, Zaptrap!" Cole hisses back at him.

"How'd you all make it together as a team for so long?" Morro asks, bemused.

"Because we all share a common goal-" Zane begins, at the same time that everyone else replies, "Because we are united in trauma."

Zane blinks and nods his head. "That works as well." The nindroid concedes agreeably.

"Aren't you all getting a little distracted, guys?" You ask, steering the conversation back on track. "We need to stop Bansha!"

"-And just how do you plan to do that, ghost-girl?" A familiar sneering voice asks from behind you. You whirl around and reach for your weapon.
