Morros' POV:

Every time Bansha comes near me, I have a strange memory lapse. I don't remember what I've done, or what I've said, or any of it. It's almost as if I'm not in control of my actions, as if somebody's possessing me! Now Bansha is telling me YN's in the warehouse, but I can't find her anywhere. Where are you, YN? "Master?" Ghoul-Tar interrupts my thoughts.

"Ugh. Yes, Ghoul-Tar, what is it?"

"If Ghoul-Tar may ask, why did Master leave girl in Labyrinth? Master was mean, made girl cry, she cuffed too."

"What?!" I leap up and grab Ghoul-Tar by his collar, my eyes wild. "What are you talking about?"

"And some say Ghoul-Tar slow." The older ghost says, rolling his eyes. I let it go for the time being, and tighten my grip on his collar. "YN, Ghoul-Tar. She's in the Labyrinth?" He gulps and nods his head vigorously at me. I release him. "Thank you."

He looks at me hopefully. "Did Ghoul-Tar do well?"

"Yes, you did exceedingly well, Ghoul-Tar. You have no idea how grateful I am. I'm indebted to you."

Ghoul-Tar beams with joy at the praise, but then I see a shadow cross his face.

"What is it?"

"Bansha not be happy with Ghoul-Tar if she find out Ghoul-Tar tell you. She want girl gone. Ghoul-Tar don't, Ghoul-Tar like girl, girl nice."

"BANSHAAA!!!" I roar, finally putting two and two together. Ghoul-Tar quickly vanishes as she appears with the crystal, leaving me alone with her.

"You summoned me, mast"..

"Don't you dare master me! What is the meaning of this? How do you dare decide what to do with YN? How do you DARE control me?!"

"How did you?.."

"I figured it out." I say quickly.

"Ghoul-Tar." She says, her eyes narrowing.

"Never mind how I know. What are you playing at?"

"Calm yourself, master. Perhaps a song would soothe you.." She opens her mouth, but I stop her.

"DON'T YOU EVEN TRY IT!" I shout. Then I feel a haze begin to cloud my mind, but I don't give in. I'm so furious, it can't gain control this time. "STOP!" I bellow. The haze recedes, and I can think clearly again. "It was you! All this time, my forgetfulness, you were causing it!" I growl. "I'd kill you if you weren't already dead!"

"So what are you going to do now, Morro?" Bansha asks me threateningly. I notice that she doesn't call me master anymore.

"THIS!" I yell, blasting her with wind. The crystal tumbles from her grasp, and I snatch it up and use it to travel back to the Labyrinth. Once there, I begin to search for YN.

YN's POV:

You run wildly through the jungle in a blind panic as you're pursued by the huge creature you heard earlier. No powers, no protection, no Morro. Runrunrunrunrun. Don'tstoporIt'llgetme. Tears stream openly down your face as you try to escape, but the animal never breaks its pace. You, on the other hand, are exhausted, and your steps are beginning to falter. A noise from behind distracts you, and you trip, falling onto your face. You twist onto your back and raise your cuffed arms in a feeble last effort to defend yourself. You scream as you see a gigantic mouthful of drool-covered fangs and close your eyes, bracing yourself for the inevitable.

"STAY AWAY FROM HER!" You hear Morro shout, and a tremendous burst of wind sends the creature hurtling through the air. Its body smashes into a large tree trunk, and then the animal whimpers and flees.

"YN! Thank goodness I've found you!" Morro runs over to you and helps you up. He swiftly removes your cuffs and then embraces you.

"Stay away from me!" You cry, weakly pummeling his chest. "You're a monster!" You take another swat at him. He doesn't resist.

"Bansha is the real monster, YN. She's been controlling me." He holds you tighter, and runs his hand through your hair. "I'm so glad you're safe." He murmurs into your ear.

You slowly stop fighting him and rest your head on his chest. "Y-You didn't.. Y-You weren't?.."

"No, I didn't know. I would never want to hurt you."

You snuggle deeper into his chest.

"Does this mean that you forgive me?" He asks you cautiously. You glance up at him and nod. He looks relieved. "Good, because YN, I wanted to tell you that I"..

"Master!" Ghoul-Tar pops up beside you.

"Hrrr! What is it now, Ghoul-Tar?"

"Bansha come to find Master! She going to hurt girl!" He shouts urgently. There's a red flash nearby, and Ghoul-Tar visibly wilts. "Oh no. She here."
