I heard a sound in the blank darkness and silence of the night. It was the sound of a drop. Her eyes glittered under the moonlight whose shine was giving some visibility in the invisible surrounding.
It took a while for my eyes to adjust in the dark. But I was still hearing the drops . The drops continued To be heared and a sound interrupted the background tip-tap sound.
"Why are you crying? " swati exclaimed .
I had no response. The water was running down my cheeks And swati was trying to make me out of the emotions.
"I wish your words be true"I said ,crying " but they are not so  "
"What makes you think so " asked swati.
"I have suffered it" I said with anger in my face "And who are you to question it  "
The darkness was still there to hide the expressions but don't you think that her eyes have adjusted in it too.
No one spoke a word but I am still hearing the words .Her word were ringing in my mind when I closed my eyes to sleep and the ringing stopped .
