Chapter Three Of The Watch

Jackson POV

1 Year Later

" I think you're ready, Jackson. " I stared at the old man that I now know as " Father Time " completely overwhelmed. " R-really? "

I said stuttering. " Yes, you're ready to go back to your normal life, and not live here anymore. You are most definetely ready. " I was

so suprised at this statement. We were sitting here eating and next thing I know we were talking about me going back home. " Yes!

Wait... I said that outloud huh? " He chuckled at me, " I didn't hear a thing. " I smiled at the old man, he's become like a father to me,

he fed me and taught me and even taught me school scince I couldn't go back. " But, I must teach you one more thing. " I looked at

him confused, " I thought you taught me everything already? " He smiled at me, " Jackson, there are things not even I know how to

do. " I was so confused right now, he made the Time-Keepers right? " I thought you made the Time-Keepers? " he chuckled again,

" No Jackson, I didn't make the Time-Keepers. " He said. " No one made the Time-Keepers, one day they were just here. No one

made it. It's believed to be he hasn't been born yet to create it. " My eyes widened. " What?! How is that possible? No one can time

travel. " I said feeling overwhelmed by this, how is this possible I thought. " Yes, indeed not yet, but he is from the future. "

I guess it made sense. " Okay, so what do you have to teach me? " I asked. " How to fight and defend yourself, you will make

many enemies. You must learn to fight them. " I thought I would just use the watch but, ok. " Ok, when do we start? " He smiled.

" Now. " I was confused for a second. " Wha- " I then had a bag over my head and I couldn't speak.

Just as I thought it wouldnt be any worse I got hit in the head and then everything got really dark. I think I passed out. What

seemed to be merely seconds to me I was awake in a grey-ish room that had hardly any light. I saw a man sitting over in the corner

and my eyes widened. I was a bit sleepy but I would not go to sleep anymore. He looked at me and I swear I shrunk over a foot.

I tried to talk but I still couldn't. I felt something on my neck, it was made of metal and was very tight. " No, you can't speak, and

that necklace is the thing that won't let you. " I tried to move my hands but they were bound together behind my back. " Crap. " I

thought. " The only way you can get out is to fight it, with your mind. " I heard someone say, it wasn't the man but he sounded like

Father Time. I figured scince I was trapped I might aswell take his advice. I concentrated really hard and thought of speaking, I kept

trying and trying but I couldn't. " The longer it takes you to get out is the longer you're away from home. " The man said. " Think

about someone you care about, alot. " I heard Father Time say. I thought of my mother, and then tried speaking. " Why am I here? "

I said, my eyes widened when I heard me say it. Suddenly the necklace broke off my neck, allowing me to speak.

" Now you must get the restraints off. " I heard Father Time say, how is he talking to me? I can't see him. Burying the thought I

now was trying to get the restraint off. " Use your mind. " I heard Father Time say, I started to think of the restraints popping off my

hands, next thing I know i'm moving my hands in-front of me. I escaped, I thought. I looked around me and the man was gone and

sitting behind me is Father Time. " Why did you do that? " I asked. " Because I needed you to know how to use your mind. " He said.

All was not completely forgiven but for now i'll be nice. " What now? " I asked. " Now you are free. " I looked at him confused.

" What about fighting? " He looked at me. " You will find out soon enough. " He said but I didn't question it. I started to open my

mouth to talk and suddenly I was in bed, at my house. I smiled and started to jump up and down smiling and laughing. I loved it

there but I sure missed home. My mom walked in and said " You stay on the bed again? " She said laughing. I ran up to her and

her a hug. It's been a hole year! Wait... if it was a year then why isn't she suprised? I checked the date on my phone and it read.

8:00 AM 2016. Shouldn't it be seventeen? I was confused but didn't question it because I was home! " Mom, i'm gonna go out. " I

told her and she said " Be home in time for dinner. Someone special is coming over. " I smiled at her and nodded, " Okay. "

I was at my friend Joshes house and nocked on the door, and about thirty seconds later Josh answered the door and Gianni was

playing video games on the TV. " I figured y'all would be here. " I said and gave them bro-hugs and smiled. " Hand me a controller. "

I said and then we were all playing video games. It sure was good to be home.

* Three Hours Later *

I was heading home untill I saw a man sitting on the side of the rode, I went over to him and asked. " Are you ok sir? " and he got

up and smiled at me, " I am now. " just then everything went black. I couldn't see, feel, hear or even smell anything. Just black.

Ofcourse right when I get home this happens.
