"As-Ashtrid?" Chase spluttered finding it hard to believe it was him.

He snarled at her for kneeing him in the nose. "You're Destroy?" She shouted completely baffled.

"What?" Memphis yelled as she saw Underdog coming her way before backhanding him and kicking him down, with her heel.

"Why-why are you Destroy? And for what reason?" She asked confused and curious.

Destroy or Ashtrid got up from the ground and held onto his nose, before breaking out into a chuckle. "You're so naive, Dianna."

She looked at him confused as did the rest of the villains and superheroes.

"When you were a superhero, you and your powers taken, all because of what? Leaked information." She stared at him confused.

"That leaked information was given to villains, but someone placed false allegations on you. You, the perfect superhero." Dianna looked to the side.

"What? Can't take the fact I said perfect and superhero regarding you?" He asked amused. "So, when you got your powers removed, I saw the potential those powers had and what good it could do for me. But I couldn't seem to get my hands on those powers." He seemed aggravated and irritated as he looked at Chase.

"Your powers were too strong. They were too strong for me to handle, something about your powers screamed complete and only made for one." He disclosed angrily.

"I had enough and needed more time for me to try and get my hands on those powers somehow. So you were out on probation. Your dad's trip was 'delayed' for three months. That's because of a certain someone intentionally made him skip his trip and made his wait a little longer." Dianna scrunched her brows upon hearing this news.

"I had everyone hate you for leaking those pieces of important information."

"I didn't leak-."

"I know you didn't, that's because I did!" He yelled as this caught everyone's attention, Ashtrid was the main villain here. He had caused this to happen?

Everyone had thought it was Turmoil. Turmoil even turned to him surprised by this newfound information.

"Why?" She asked tentatively.

"Because, your powers were so special. They still are till this day. They could run a city's lights for a century if needed." Her eyebrows shot up in surprise.

"Turmoil took the fall because of his stupidity." He spat as Turmoil scrunched his brows in anger.

"You made me spend time in a horrible place, Ashtrid. I was blamed for your stupid fault!" He yelled as Destroy rolled his eyes.

"But without me, you wouldn't have had this-." A strong blow was shot to his face as everyone looked up at Destroy and Turmoil in surprise.

"Screw you and your scumbag ways." With that Turmoil walked off. Destroy clenched his jaw.

"Hold on there, Turmoil. You wanted to show." Destroy's eyes glowed

"He needs to be taken down." Avery told Georgia who seemed to focus on Destroy.

"He surely does need his butt kicked."

"I got you on probation. Made you work with villains, look after them. Heck, even got you to break up with your boyfriend, Storm." Storm looked at the screen with curiosity and irritation.

Avery and Georgia had both blocked off any exits and ensured that the superheroes and villains were safely inside the hall.

"I wanted you to feel the wrath I had in myself when I knew I couldn't be a superhero — when I knew I couldn't be the head superhero. That's right, Daxton! I did this intentionally to ruin your little stupid daughter's life." Daxton gritted his teeth at his former friend's words.

"I ruined her life. I made her join the villain side and I'm glad." He smirked as Chase stared at him in disgust. "You moved to the villains side and you fell in the hole of darkness, ruthless and a cold lifestyle. Three years of your life being a villain. How does it feel, Chase?" Chase finally looked up as she threw a massive swing at Destroy's face knocking him off guard.

"I freaking left my family, you disgusting scumbag!" She grabbed him by the collar and threw another blow. "I became a villain and left my family, do you know what you did?" She furiously used her wind power to push him over as Demolition came at her but she knocked him off with her own powers. Anger getting to her.  

"I lost my rank. I lost my friends. My family. My love." She seethed. "You son of a-." She kicked him to the side as she pulled him up and threw him to the wall.

"I was surrounded by so many villains, that I didn't realise I was the biggest villain." She breathed out. "I will kill you, Ashtrid." She was ready to attack him when she felt her head spin once again.

She ignored it as Destroy started speaking once again, swiping blood away from his lip.

"You became more powerful as a villain, Chase. I practically gave you this-." She punched him hard.

"I never once disrespected you, but you do this to me in return?" She kicked him in the abdomen.

"Don't tell me what you did and what you didn't! You made me look like a coward!" He yelled throwing a fist at Chase who ducked at the right time.

"You were like family."

"I was the outsider." He seethed as he threw a punch brushing past Chase.

Chase found the ray gun teleported into her hand as she raised it up, Destroy slightly looking curious before walking towards her. Dianna steadied the aim at Ashtrid ready to shoot him, when she felt her head getting heavier and heavier by the second.

She felt her eyes become heavier as Destroy came right beside Dianna.

"Shoot the scumbag, Dianna!" Memphis yelled as the gun slipped from Dianna's grasp, as she slowly fell to the floor.

"Chase!" They all yelled.

"What happened to her?" Avery asked scared.

"The poison got to her system." Georgia licked her lips.

"Ah, the brave warrior's body couldn't handle it anymore. Such a shame." Destroy chuckled as if his injuries meant little to him.

Goodie looked at Chase. "Come on, Chase, get up." He whispered.

"Floyd! Come here." Floyd made his way to Destroy as he patted Floyd's back. "Do what she did to you. But worse." He whispered the last part as Floyd looked down at the pale looking Dianna.

He pulled her up as he started punching her, Chase not being able to retreat, she tried her hardest to fight back, but her body couldn't react.

"Chase!" Memphis yelled as Demolition held her back.

Floyd gave some pretty hard hits but not as hard as Dianna had given to him. The flashes of the injuries he had gotten from Dianna, triggered his form of anger as he continued to hit her. He even kicked her to the ground.

"We can't sit here idle." Evan spoke to his friends.

"It's Chase's orders." Logan directed back.

"I don't care. I can't stand to see her like this." Evan shook his head as Avery and Georgia knew they couldn't disrespect her order.

"Is that all you got, Floyd?" He hit her hard as she dropped to the floor, spitting out the blood from her mouth.

"Alright, Hyde, your turn." Destroy turned to his fingers not caring. Hyde hit Chase hard as she kept fighting the urge to black out. Her body was strong and everyone watching knew that.

"Case #ED281." He raised his fist. "I know what you did." He hit her hard as people winced at the sight. "I know it wasn't your fault." She tried to reason, coughing out some blood.

"You were a victim of Scandal's plot." She tried again. "I know what he did to your children." He stopped, faltering slightly. "He kidnapped them, if you didn't steal those artefacts and frame them on Memphis and I." He glared at her.

"I know there were precious details on there, Hyde." She felt light-headed. "I know it wasn't your fault." Hyde kicked her to the edge of the building as Chase looked down, feeling herself pulled up.

"I forgive you." Was only her weak response.

"Okay, I've had enough. Turmoil, Underdog finish her off."

"Georgia. Avery. Open this door, now." Evan demanded as they couldn't.

"I can't."

"Why not?" Cameron yelled.

"Because of orders."

"To heck with the orders. Open this door." Logan hit on the steel door.

Underdog and Turmoil smirked to each other. "Nice to see you again, Chase." Underdog smirked as he looked down at the pale, bruised girl.

Goodie stared at this in torment as he didn't know what to do.

"It'd be fun to destroy you once and for all." Turmoil smirked.

Floyd picked up Chase as the two grabbed two pieces of glass shard.

"No!" Memphis, Storm, Avery and Georgia yelled as the glass shard was jammed into Chase.

She gasped as tears started flowing down her face in pain, her body dropping to the floor automatically, her eyes open in horror, before closing as tears flooded down her eyes.

The doors opened as Avery and Georgia ran out, Evan, Storm, Goodie, Logan and Cameron running up the steps.

Logan and Cameron seemed to knock out Demolition and Hyde. Goodie and Daniel took out Turmoil and Underdog as Daxton found himself face to face with Destroy, who tried to make an escapade down the stairs, punching Ashtrid hard across the face.

Evan rushed to Chase's lifeless body.

"No, no, no. Wake up, Dianna." He saw her lifeless body not move as blood flowed from her lips. Her dress stained in her blood.

"Chase!" Storm yelled as he held her hands, the villain power surging through her was lagging slightly.

"She needs to go to the hospital!" Memphis yelled as everything felt like it was in slow motion.

How something from her usual day job to getting attacked by fellow villains had changed Chase's life. How she became a victim of an attack and ending up in this critical condition. How her life turned upside down from being the ruthless villain today to becoming the destroyed superhero she was once.
