Lizzie the Angel and Izrak the demon had been dating for a month or so now. Time passed by quickly and still there was dissection between the ranks. 

Everyone had still been arguing all this time and Lizzie's sister had told everyone about Izrak killing the innocent.

Izrak and Lizzie attempted to calm things down but to no avail. Lizzie's sister and The other Demons including Izrak's brother desperately wanted war. 

Their anger was slowly starting to get the better of them. The Angel's were not used to being angry for long as It isn't in an Angel's nature to be angry with someone for long.

Secretly though Lizzie was  glad all this was going on which meant no one would notice or find out about her and Izrak but at the same time she wrestled with her conscience. 

She couldn't let Izrak take the blame but at the same time she understood why he was doing it. She thought about what she  would do in his shoes."You'd do anything to protect your family no matter what the cost."

It broke Lizzie's heart seeing everyone fighting..It felt like so long ago, When they were working in harmony and learning to trust each other.

In the meeting place Izrak assured her this could all be fixable.

Lizzie looks at him getting increasingly frustrated. "How?! How are we going to fix this?!..It's all a mess! The Demons are all baying for blood and The Angels are no better..They are becoming someone they aren't."

Irzak looked slightly taken aback. "Someone like me you mean?.."

Lizzie strutters. "I..Yes that's exactly what I mean.."

Izrak turns around. "Well I'm sorry that I'm such a bad influence on you and the rest of the Angel's then.."

Izrak attempts to fly off when Lizzie grabs his hand. "Izrak wait..I didn't mean it not really.. I'm just really stressed right now."

He turns around and sighs annoyed. "And I'm not?.."

Lizzie swallows. "I want to fix this I do.. but I can't do it without you.."

He nodded. "I know but there is absolutely no need in blaming me, For gods sake we're supposed to be a team."

Lizzie hung her head sadly. "And we are..I'm sorry."

He attempts to fly off. "It's too late."

She yells after him as he takes off and falls to her knees. "Izrak wait! I LOVE YOU!"

He circled back around and landed and he kneeled down at her level. "I love you too but we need to stick together from now on.."

She smiles with tears rolling down her cheeks. "I promise I will.. and from now on I'll listen to you.. I'm sorry"

She lays her head into his chest as he says. "I'm sorry too..Everything's going to be okay..I promise."

From that point on Lizzie was filled with a little bit of hope. Hope that everything would work out and hopeful for their relationship no matter what any Angel or Demon would say.

But at the same time she had that tiny bit of nagging doubt that all this that was going on..With the war and everything could possibly break them apart.

She looked up at him and stared deep into his eyes. "What has he turned me into?.. One minute I'm a strong independent woman and in the old days I'd know exactly what to do but now I don't..Is this what love is?."

She soon realized this was the true meaning of love and that she really was head over heels in love with this guy regardless of his nature. She saw things in him that no other Angel or Demon had ever seen in him.
