I woke up the morning after the wedding. My mind kept wandering to the night before, and how Lexi had hurried me away from my table.

I'm telling you Melanie. They don't want you to find out.

Will you leave me be?

No. I just want to get stronger. I just want my own form.

I was interrupted by the opening of the door, and Ales walked in.

"Hi Melanie! How'd you sleep?" She asked cheerfully. My heart began to feel guilt again. I was taking away the innocence of such a sweet girl.

"I'm sorry about Laurence." I said. Ales raised an eyebrow, but remembered once more what I was talking about. Her face fell.

"Oh yeah. It's ok Melanie. I understand. If I had to do that, I would." Ales explained.

If she had to do that?

Maybe she likes someone. That could interfere with the plan!

UGH! WHERE IS THAT POTION WHEN I NEED IT!?

Kill whomever she's talking about.

At that moment, Lexi came in, and tossed me the potion that would quiet down the voice. I drank it quickly, feeling happy about the voice disapearing.

"Thanks." I said, getting out of bed. Lexi shrugged, turning away. Ales looked up at me once more.

"Just wanted to remind you that we have to go soon. Possibly today." She said, walking out the door.

I got dressed and walked out into the living room, where everyone sat.

"So, we're leaving?" I asked. Sam and Ales nodded in unison.

"Yes. Aphmau, Laurence, Katelyn, Aaron, Travis... They're all waiting." Sam explained.

Travis? Who's Travis?

"Right. You haven't met Travis yet." Ales said at my confused face. I sighed, biting my lip.

"Alright we can leave... As soon as Lexi gives me the--"

"Here ya go." {Y/N} handed me the orange potion. Ales quickly glanced at the potion before looking away, and Sam raised an eyebrow.

"What's that for?" She asked.

"Laurence." I said si ply before pocketing the potion. Ales rubbed her communication amulet, staring at the purple heart. Sam widened her eyes as if remembering something, and she stood up.

"We leave in an hour." Sam said, walking out of the house.

Wonder what she's up to...?

"Ales, you remember how to make the potions for Melanie, right?" Asked Lexi. Ales smiled again, nodding.

"Yep! Thanks for teaching me all that new stuff, by the way." Ales said. Lexi smirked.

"No problem. In any case, Ales knows how to make more potions for that voice in your head. Take them, because if you don't, the voice in your head will eventually win. Trust me. I know." Lexi said. {Y/N} raised an eyebrow, but Lexi ignored her.

"Ok... By the way, where'd Sam go?" I asked. {Y/N} shrugged, and Lexi bit her lip.

"Not sure. But in an hour she'll be back. It's Sam, how could she not?" Ales pointed out. We all nodded in agreement as we walked outside and towards the portal.
