A/N I couldn't wait to upload, so I decided to upload right now! Also, I will be skipping to Episode 38 so we can get all caught up.

Melanie's POV

I squinted as I saw a small boat start to dock. The sun was in my eyes, and I could barely make out Aphmau, along with another figure. Aphmau quickly jumped out of the boat and ran up to Dante and I, out of breath.

"Dante, Melanie... Levin and Malachi were kidnapped, and I think I know who did it!" Aphmau said, a sad look overcoming her face. I widened my eyes.

"WHAT?!" Dante and I cried in unison. Aphmau nodded, taking in a deep breath. She explained everything, along with giving Dante some papers that belonged to Malachi. Aphmau joined him, running to Levin's house so she could tell everyone the news.

I ran after Aphmau, following her, until I spotted Laurence. He was leaning against a tree, looking down at the floor, while Ales tried to console him. Laurence gave her a quick peck on the lips, and she turned to join Aphmau, wiping her mouth on her way. Luckily, Laurence didn't notice. I walked up to him.

"Laurence?" I asked. Laurence looked up at me, and glanced at the man who came with Aphmau.

"I know him." He mumbled. I furrowed my eyebrows together.

"What?" I asked. Laurence sighed.

"I know him. Just know that." He said. I nodded, turning away. But before I could leave, Laurence mumbled something.

"And you do too." He said. I swallowed nervously, continuing after Aphmau.

I climbed the guard tree, trembling from our meeting before.

Why would Michi do this?

Cause she's a--

No language.

You know, we could find Levin and Malachi and kill Michi ourselves.

No. We are going with the others, and that's final.

I glanced up and saw Garroth's armor, his diamond sword hung up beneath it. My old armor stood along next to it with my diamond sword. Laurence's armor stood to the right of Garroth's, and Dante's stood to the left of mine. I sighed, memories of Garroth lecturing me running through my head.

"You gotta keep those blue eyes wide open, Mel. If you wanna find adventure, love, whatever it may be, you'll have to keep your eyes wide open."

I blinked back tears, and heard someone behind me. I swung my head around and saw the man that came with Aphmau.

"Hello." He said. I wiped my tears and smiled.

"Hey." I said.

We stared at each other in silence, until he broke it.

"You don't remember me, do you?" He asked. I raised an eyebrow, my smile fading.

"Wh-What?" I asked. He pulled his scarf off, revealing his black hair and green eyes.

Oh my Irene... It's him... It can't be... HE DIED!

"VLYAD?!" I cried, the tears returning. He smiled slightly, nodding.

"Where--What--Why--?!" Vlyad came up to me and pulled me into a hug. I hugged back, my tears dripping down my cheeks and onto his shoulder. He was taller then me, despite me being older.

"Melanie, I became a Shadow Knight. Don't. Tell. Anyone." He ordered. I nodded, still sobbing.

Wait, does he even know...?

"Vlyad, Garroth and I found out that... We were twins. So that makes... Me your older sister." I explained. Vlyad pulled away, swallowing.

"You are?" He asked. I smiled, nodding.

"Yeah." I said. Vlyad pulled me back into his grip, hugging me again.

"I'm helping you. We are going to find Garroth, and bring him back." Vlyad said into my ear.

"I am never letting go of you, little brother." I said, crying into his shoulder.

"Never."

A/N OMIGOSH MELANIE FINALLY REUNITED WITH VLYAD. 

Technically, he's her younger brother too.
