A/N I completely forgot about Lily. So much drama had happened in MD, I forgot about her. 

Also, Laurence most likely didn't die, but it's possible... Youtube comments scare me.

Me: All right, time for comments!

YouTube person: I CANT BELIEVE LAURENCE IS DEAD!!

Me: H-H-He's dead...?

You get the picture.

If he becomes evil, hopefully he won't, I DONT HAVE A BACK UP SENPAI!!!

Oh well. Laurence will probably be cute evil too. Maybe it'll make him even cuter.

Melanie's POV

I looked out the window, a pain in my head. I must've slept longer then I thought.

"Mornin' sleepy!" I turned and saw Lily smiling at me as she handed me a glass of water.

"Hey Lily. How'd you sleep?" I asked, swallowing the water. She shrugged.

"Alright, I guess, but how did you sleep? One minute, you're making out with your ex, and the next, you've been hit upside the head and are out into a coma!" Lily exclaimed. I stopped swallowing and raised an eyebrow.

"I was not 'making out' with Laurence. I kissed him, and that's it." I assured her. Lily rolled her eyes.

"Whatever. Come on, you missed breakfast, and we're at Scaleswind, so we have four days to find the potion." Lily said, grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the bed. I realized I was still in the wedding dress.

"Sure, but first... I'm gonna change." I decided, shooing Lily out.

I looked in the drawers for something to wear, and I found something. I pulled on the white jean shorts, and the light blue tank top. I grabbed a white jean vest and put that on, and I put on a pair of light blue sneakers. I was ready for lunch.

"Come on, Lily, let's go." I said, urging her to follow. She did, and we walked to the cafeteria. I stopped in front of Laurence's room.

"You go ahead, Lily. I'll catch up with you." I said. Lily smiled and skipped away.

I looked at the door, and stepped forward to open it. The door swung open and out jumped Laurence, landing on top of me. His hands pinned me down by the shoulders, and his legs spread out beside mine... Like a cat pouncing a mouse.

"Oh, Melanie... Hehe... Sorry." Laurence said, blushing intensely. I smiled, reaching up to peck his lips.

"It's ok. Come on, I'm hungry." I said, standing up and grabbing his hand as I led him to the cafeteria.

Lily and I walked outside as we waited for Laurence to finish eating. I looked up and noticed the guy with the purple cloak leaning against a wall.

"Hey! What are you doing here?" I asked, running to him with Lily following me. He looked up, but I couldn't see his expression.

"Oh, hi. Long story short, this dog is practically attached to Aphmau." He explained.

"Hello! Who are you?" Asked Lily curiously.

"I-I'm-- who are you?" Asked the guy with the purple cloak. Lily grinned, taking his hand and shaking it.

"I'm Lily!" She cheered. He let out a small gasp.

"D-Did you say L-L-Lily?" He asked. Lily nodded.

"Yes." She said. I swallowed.

"I'm Aaron."

What?! I've known him for the past month, and he just met Lily, but yet he tells her his name?!

"That's a nice name!" Lily said, tilting her head to the side.

"Not as nice as Lily." Aaron said. Lily blushed.

"Thanks." She said. I smiled, walking slowly backwards so I could join Laurence.

Shadow Souls. Ever since that day I was almost turned, they gave me the creeps. Along with the fact that Jadyn was dying from them, my experience with those creatures weren't all that pleasant.

"There are so many!" Nicole cried, biting her lip in worry.

"Nicole, let me go to them." Laurence said. I turned and faced him, creasing my eyebrows together.

"Y-You're not really thinking of..." He nodded, locking eyes with me. I frowned.

"Let me go with you." I said. Laurence closed his eyes and sighed, knowing he wouldn't be able to stop me.

"Ok. Stay close." He warned. I nodded as Nicole handed me a sword. I turned and motioned for Lily to stay behind. She nodded, and Aaron was able to hide her behind him protectively.

Laurence and I walked out and started to fight. I saw Laurence become a Shadow Knight again, his eyes becoming red, and his complexion turning into a pale grey.

But then, something strange happened. Laurence faced the biggest Shadow Soul of them all... And he didn't attack. He didn't even make a sound.

Instead, he turned around.

His eyes were bright balls of red, no longer normal. The blue I used to get lost in was now long gone.

"L-Laurence...?" I asked nervously, trembling.

Laurence turned his head, staring right at me. His eyes were filled with pure hatred. I couldn't just kiss him like last time, because he had his sword out, and I had a weird feeling that if I did, he would stab me before I get to it.

Laurence glared and pounced. I closed my eyes tight, waiting for it.

Nothing.

I opened my eyes and saw a familiar head of black hair with his sword out. Laurence was on the floor, knocked out cold. Lily gasped when the person turned around with a worried look in his blue eyes.

"Jack?!"

A/N TALK ABOUT CLIFFHANGERS, HUH? 

I really hope my little Laurnie heart will be ok. I'm not sure if I should continue with Laurnie, or just write what I was originally gonna write. You guys are all up for a HUGE surprise that I've been planning on for the past two weeks. Now, I just have to wait until Wednesday to watch the new MD episodes and figure out how to do it.

Btw, the sad UP song is playing again... *sniff*
