A few days later;

Jake went to MWA Headquarters to meet Steve.

"Mr Walker, nice to finally meet you" said Steve as they shook hands.

"Same here. Thanks for having me" replied Jake.

"Please, take a seat" said Steve.

"Thanks" replied Jake.

"So, let's get down to business. Are you sure that you just want to be here as a freelancer?" asked Steve.

"Yes. I want to move around freely for now" replied Jake.

"I see. This is your contract. You may read it and if you're satisfied, you can sign it" said Steve. Jake then takes a look at the contract. Once he was satisfied, he signed it.

"Okay. Now, are you interested in working with any promotion under the alliance?" asked Steve.

"Well, I've checked the details of every company in the alliance. I saw those companies are controlled by 2 big stables; Prest1ge and BulletProof. Are these do used to be against each other before?" asked Jake.

"Well, they used to. They fight for their rating and reputation. That time, Prest1ge members won't sign with any promotions run by BP while BP did the same with promotions run by Prest1ge. Some of their members even fought at the street" replied Steve.

"That serious? Then, how did it stop?" asked Jake.

"That's none of your business" said Hariz that suddenly came in.

"Now what?" asked Steve.

"Aliff said he can't make it tonight" said Hariz.

"What happened to him?" asked Steve.

"Well, he lost his passport while in Singapore. So, he's stranded there for a moment" replied Hariz.

"I see. Then, why don't you team up with Jake tonight since you both already known each other?" asked Steve.

"With this guy? Hell no" replied Hariz.

"What's the problem with that?" asked Steve.

"You know how tag team match works, Steve. It needs double the chemistry. Me and this guy totally have no chemistry. Why don't you just let me have a single match or something? Or maybe just let me bring back Coup D'etate or Southern Casual for tonight?" asked Hariz.

"Iqbal already have a match on scheduled. As for Haiqal, is he even here?" asked Steve in returned.

"Yes" replied Hariz.

"Okay, then. You may proceed with Southern Casual" said Steve.

"Okay, then. I'll see you tonight" replied Hariz before walked away.

"I see that he has problem with you" said Steve.

"More like trust issue. But, I can't blame him for that" replied Jake.

"I see. Anyway, thinks you good to go later tonight? I can set up your debut match tonight" said Steve.

"Yes. Who am I facing?" asked Jake.

"Our former MWA World Champion; Randy Gates" replied Steve.

"Sure. I'll see you tonight then" said Jake.

"Sure. I'll see you later" replied Steve. After shook hand, Jake left the office.

Later that night;

After arriving at the arena, Jake went straight to the locker room where he saw there is a wrestler already there.

"Ah, The Wanderer. It's great to finally meet you" said the wrestler.

"Thanks, mate" replied Jake.

"I'm The Phantom; FH Zrayne" said the wrestler.

"Current MWA World Heavyweight Champion, huh. Good to see you" replied Jake.

"Well, not as big as WWE Champion thought" said FH. Jake just chuckled. Then, the door opened and Hariz came in with another wrestler.

"Hey, guys. Meet our new friend, huh" said FH.

"Whoa, it's The Wanderer; Joe Marufuji. It's nice to meet you. I'm Haiqal. Haiqal White" said Haiqal.

"The Bladedge, huh. I heard a lot about you" replied Jake.

"A good things I hope" said Haiqal. Meanwhile, Hariz went straight to the shower to change into his wrestling gear. After putting on his leather jacket, he took out 2 title belts from his bag and walked out from the locker room.

"That's weird. I never saw our MWA Southeast Asian Champion walked out without saying hi to a new guy" said FH.

"Well, me and him had a bit of history during our time in Manchester United academy" replied Jake.

"Yes but he got kicked out for a reason that now I know it's not true" replied Jake.

"I was framed by the same person a few years ago. Thanks for that, my football career is over and I spent 1 year in prison" replied Jake.

"Ah, that's case involving your girlfriend that time. Then, why did Hariz ignored you?" asked Haiqal.

"Because when he got framed, everybody in the team including me sided with Delaila. After he left, nobody knows where is he until we saw him made his debut in One Championship" replied Jake.

"I see. No wonder he never talks about anything related to his football career" said FH.

"That's true. And I don't blame him for that" replied Jake.

Later on;

"The following contest is scheduled for one fall!"

"Introducing first. From Sepang, Selangor. Weighed in at 246 lb; Randy Gates!"

"And his opponent. From Tokyo, Japan. Weighed in at 245 lb. The Wanderer; Joe Marufuji!"

Ting! Ting! Ting!

The match begins with both wrestlers performed a series of chained wrestling. Gates then tried to hit Joe with a German suplex but Joe countered it by twisting Gates' hand and snapped his finger.

Meanwhile at the catering area;

"He's good" said FH.

"Of course he is. He was trained personally by Naomichi Marufuji himself" replied Hariz.

"You both are childhood friends right?" asked Alpha.

"So what?" replied Hariz.

"Pegi la cakap balik dengan dia. Amende la ko ni" said Alpha. (Go and talk again with him. What the hell is wrong with you)

"Suka hati aku ar nak cakap dengan dia ka dak. Menyibuk ja taw" replied Hariz. (That's none of your business)

"Dah kenapa korang plak bertekak?" asked FH. (Now, why did you both quarell?)

"For no reason" said Zuwe. Hariz and Alpha just chuckled. Meanwhile, Joe and Gates are changing blow in the match when 2 MWA wrestlers; Fiq Cadonna and Ikmal McDonns get into the ring and attacked Joe.

"Hey, those two are not supposed being part of that match?" said Zuwe.

"Where's the security?" asked FH.

"Don't need them. I'll go and knocked some sense into them" said Hariz before quickly dashed out with a baseball bat.

"He does care about his old friend after all" said FH.

"Well, that's The Island Sniper for you" replied Alpha.

Meanwhile, Fiq and Ikmal continue their attacks when suddenly;

Hariz quickly gets into the ring before hitting both Fiq and Ikmal with his baseball bat.

"Buto pak ang dok kacau match orang pasaipa? Anak haram!" yelled Hariz before tossing both Ikmal and Fiq out of the ring. He then went to check on Randy Gates.

Later on;

Jake just walked out from the locker room when he saw Hariz at the parking lot.

"Thanks for saving me just now. Never thought that there would be an off-script moment here" said Jake.

"I didn't save you. I went to help RG. He's a damn good friend of mine" replied Hariz.

"I see" said Jake.

"Just for you to know, Fiq is a Liverpool's die hard fan while Ikmal is the same for Manchester City. I'll watch my back if I were you" replied Hariz. He then puts on his helmet before starting his bike's engine. He then rides away from the arena.

Later on;

Jake is lying down on his bed when he gets a FaceTime request from Cora.

Jake: Hey, Brie... And my no.1 woman disciple; Carla.

Cora: Isn't that what I am?

Jake: No. You only become my disciple because Shawn forced me to accept you while Carla and Christian are one because I want to accept them.

Roxanne: Heh, I know that I'm special.

Cora: Whatever. By the way, I heard that cheapshot by those two just now is not part of the script.

Jake: That's true.

Cora: The BOD will let it slide just like that?

Jake: No. Steve told me that they will face the consequence.

Roxanne: Involving your old friend?

Jake: Maybe not. He has a match for the One Championship Heavyweight title against Anatoly Malykhin.

Cora: Why don't you try MMA? Maybe UFC will sign you.

Jake: I don't think that fighting in prison is part of MMA.
