~Chapter 2~
(Y/n) left her room. 'So... Where are they waiting?' She thinks to herself. "Are you lost, madam?"A maid asks.
"Well no... But, do you know where the family is at?"She asks. "They're in the living room."The maid says. "Uhm... Can you take me there? Please?"(Y/n) asks.
"Of course. Follow me, madam."The maid says. (Y/n) follows the maid to a room near the dining room. A group of people are there.
"Ah, (Y/n). It's great to see you. Haven't seen you since when you were still a toddler."Says a man, Charles Wagner. He shook her hand,"It's great to see one of my father's closest friends."She says emotionally as she shook his hand.
"(Y/n), I want you to meet the family."Charles says leading her towards the group of people. "(Y/n), this is my wife, Nancy."He says walking over to his wife. "Well, Charles was right. Haven't seen you since when you around 2 or 3. And look at you now! All grown up and a proper lady!"The wife, Nancy says.
(Y/n) shakes her hand,"It's very nice to meet my parents closest friends. If they were still alive now, we would've all been happy to see each other."She says. (Y/n) met everybody in the family, even the staff who was like family to them. But there was this one last person they hadn't introduced yet.
"Now, last but not least, I want you to meet my son, Lucius."Charles says. A boy, seemed around her age, jet black hair that was gel to the side, dark brown eyes, and pale skin. He had slightly dark circles under his eyes. He a white dress shirt, a black vest, a grey patterned tie tucked in his vest, black dress pants, and black shoes. His face was neutral.
Everything seemed to stop in time but slowly everything went. (Y/n) could hear whispers and voices and so could the boy, Lucius. (Y/n) knew exactly who he was and so did Lucius. She scowled at the sight of him. His face kept neutral but in his eyes showed hatred. Then everything went back on the track of time. The whispers and voices were gone.
(Y/n) forced a fake but kind smile,"It's very nice to meet you."She says in hesitation. Lucius didn't say anything but glare at her. "Lucius is about the same age as you but a year older, (Y/n)."Charles says. She nods,"Well, it's a great pleasure to have me here, Mr. and Mrs.Wagner. I'm glad you have offered me to stay with your wonderful family."She says bluntly.
"You can just call us by our first names, (Y/n). And soon, you will be part of our family."Charles says kindly. (Y/n) blinked a few times when he said she will soon be part of the family. And looked away from them,"Well, if you excuse me, Charles, Nancy, I have to go back up to my room."Was all she said as she went back to her room.
Lucius watched the girl walk away. Hatred still in his eyes. "Lucius."Says his father. He looks at his father and tried his best to calm down. "I want you to be nice to (Y/n). She lost her parents at a very young age, so try to be a little nice to her. Try to be friends with her."He suggests. Lucius hesitantly nods.
'There goes my plans to kill her. But that doesn't mean I won't try to kill her...' Lucius thinks. He then walks away to his room. When (Y/n) gets to her room, she sits down at her desk, and takes out her journal and begins to write.
Sunday: September 23, 1984
I let all of my staff go. Today was my chauffeur's last day. Xavier, my chauffeur, drove me to the Dante Manor. When we arrived, we went up to the front door. I rang the doorbell and we waited. When the door opened, we went in. Xavier gave my luggage to the head butler, Alastair. Before Xavier left, we both said our final goodbyes. When he left, and when the black car drive away, I felt as if the last of my family were gone.
Alastair took my luggage to my room. I unpacked and when I finished, Alastair comes to my room telling me the family had wished to see me. I told Alastair to tell them I'll be down to see them. He nods and left. I went to my mirror to check myself up. I left the room.
I was at lost at first, but one of the maids helped me find my way. She took me to the living room where the WHOLE family was. Including all of the staff. I met my mother and father's closest friends, Charles and Nancy Wagner. I met everybody, they all seemed to my taste to be my 'later' victims. But, there was this one, this one person that I didn't like very much about.
He was the son of Charles and Nancy. His name was Lucius. The second I saw him. Everything went by slowly. I could hear voices and whispers, not from the family, but from souls. What I saw, flames surrounded him. Blood was splattered all over the walls. His face emotionless. But I all I saw was hatred in his eyes. I heard my father, Satan, say something,"My dear, say hello to your little rival..."
I scowled when I looked at him. Then everything went back to normal. Flames and blood all gone. We just glared at each other. I bared a fake smile and greeted him. He wasn't very much of a talker. He was only a year older than me. I then excused myself to leave to my room. And here I am, writing how much I despise that Lucius man. I... I have to find a way to get rid of him. I have to find a way to kill him before he kills me. And then there's Isaac. I'm going to have to get rid of both of them.
Damn it... I already have too many on my hands. Do Charles and Nancy even know he's the son of Lucifer? Well, it's they don't find out. But if they do... They'll probably put him into salutary... Then... It'll just be me an Isaac against each other! Yes! Just have to find a way to frame Lucius... And not get caught by him nor his family.
Perfect... Alright, Lucius and Isaac, let the games begin. Because I'm taking the throne.
She finishes writing her final words in her journal. She closed it and smirked to herself. She then felt a presence with her in her room. She knew exactly who it was. (Y/n) turned her chair over facing the direction of her door. At her doorway stood the quiet boy with the stoic face.
