Carl
I was walking in the woods today. I was going to this cabin I find last week when I wanted some space from being struck Alexandria since the walkers started. I was out here for months until Aaron brought me to Alexandria with the promise of being safe there. I wasn't used to being somewhere for a very long periods of time. It drove me a little restless just staying in the walls of Alexandria. I was always an adventurous before the dead started eating the living.
So, I have been going outside the wall for weeks now. I find this cabin, where I could just relax. I thought I was good at hiding the fact that I was coming out, but I heard someone following me. I sighed as I hid behind a tree, waiting for them to pass me. I jump on the guy and knocked him to the ground. I put my knife to his throat and saw it was Carl. He come with Rick's group last week. It was great to see another boy my age. Ron and Mikey was immature unlike Carl. He got more serious after he lose his eye. There was something I liked about Carl. He had such a hard life since this whole thing happened. I smirked down at him.
"How does it feel to be took down by a girl half your size?" I asked, grinning.
Carl flipped me, so he could be on top.
"I can hold myself just fine," Carl answered, smirking at me.
"Oh, really?" I asked.
"Yeah, I took you down, don't I?" Carl asked, smirking more
I had to wipe that smirk look off his face. So, I wrapped my leg around his and flipped him back on his back. He looked a little surprised at my actions.
"Oh, it feels so rude to think you think so low of me," I explained," It's almost like I don't think I can handle myself out here."
"You shouldn't be out here," Carl said," Walkers have killed people out here."
I got off Carl and said," People started dieing before the walkers happened, I'm tired of feeling struck behind walls."
I started to walk when Carl pulled me back to him. It felt kind of good to be this close to his chest.
"It's dangerous out here," Carl replied.
"I'm fine, I've been out for weeks," I told him, pushing him away from me," I have killed dozens of walkers by myself."
I walked in the direction of the cabin that was a couple of miles away from Alexandria. Carl stopped me a couple of meters from the cabin. I sighed as I looked at him.
"You're still following me?" I asked.
"I can't let you go by yourself," Carl answered," It's not safe."
"Fine, but if you tell anyone where I go to get away from everything," I explained," I'll cut your manhood off."
"Okay," said Carl, holding his hands up.
I lead him to the cabin. I walked in with him behind me. I walked upstairs to the bedroom I fixed up. I pulled a mattress to the side of the room facing the small window. I put it there be side I can see if anyone was coming near the cabin. You can't trust anyone anymore in this world. I grabbed one of the comics from the stack next to the mattress.
"You did all of this?" Carl asked, as he sat next to me.
"Yeah, I come here when I want a few hours to forget how crappy the world has become," I explained.
"Aren't you worried someone might find you here?" Carl asked.
"No because I built that," I answered," I put a string up to this bell and it lets me know if someone gets close to the cabin."
"What if they are already in the cabin?" Carl asked.
I was always good at making booby traps and devices for these two situations," I explained, putting my head on his shoulder," You worry too much."
"Well, I can't help it when it's someone cared for," Carl said.
I looked at Carl and asked," Do you like me, Carl?"
"Yes," Carl answered.
"Good," I said, before sitting on his lap.
Carl put his hands on my waist. I sighed.
"I tried not getting close to anyone after losing my parents months ago, but there's something I like about you," I explained.
I felt Carl's hand on my chin, as he pulled me closer to him. He kissed me and I was surprised at first, but kissed him back. His lips were soft and warm but he kissed me so roughly. He laid me on my back as he kissed me more deeply. After a couple of hours of making out, reading comics and just enjoying the quiet comfort of the room I built. We walked back, but as we got closer to the wall of Alexandria. Carl stopped and pulled me closer to him.
"(Y/N), will you be my girlfriend?" Carl asked, pulling a strand of my hair behind my ear.
"Sure," I answered.
Since that day of making out with Carl and becoming his girlfriend, we would sneak off to be alone together. Carl didn't like me going by myself, so he only agreed to me going out inside the walls if he went too. Which I agreed to because I liked spending time with Carl. I didn't care how long I had with Carl, I was just going to enjoy every second we had together.
