Seven. A photo hide to many secrets 

 Year 2018 summer

Gwen crawl of the window in middle of the night "okay come down we catch you" marcus said "I can take care of myself thank you" Gwen said as she got down and adjusted her dress "well thought to be the only gentleman of the group" marcus said "since when and what universe" maya told him as the boys chuckle "shhh my parents might hear you" Gwen said keeping fingers on her lips as they all got quite "what is going on inside? The message from you was bit alarming" alice asked to Gwen her question since all the group had since the message "well mom and dad are-"

Scene changed to alice and julia being around kids who was drawing as julia eyes fell on ethan who has not wore his shirt due to feeling hot and he was fixing the swing. "Someone looks impressed," alice said nudging julia shoulder causing her cheeks to flush red

"S-Shut up," she muttered, trying to hide her flustered state. "I was just caught off guard, that's all. It's not like I was thinking about him or anything..." 

"Sure, you weren't," Alice said smiling giving a look that she knows something that julia does not "Just couldn't help but sneak a peek, huh?" She tease "oh yeah same with you and Caleb" julia said to him quickly before she tease her more 

"What? What are you talking about?" Alice asked her "I mean come on I am feeling something is there" she said "nope there is nothing going to be between me and caleb" alice dismissed quickly "why you you know don't get along" julia asked her as she give crayon to one kid "well we had bad first impressions of each other" alice told her 

"Is it bad time to say Caleb was bit jealous yerstday when you talked to marcus?" Julia asked her srunching nose as Alice head snap to look at her "wait..he was what?" She said 

Caleb throw shirt to ethan face "every girl gawking at you" Caleb said as ethan got up as he chuckle "someone's feeling envious today, huh?" he teased Caleb. "Relax, man. There's no need to get jealous."

"I am also good looking i am your brother heck I am better then you" Caleb said with a pout causing ethan to laugh more  "oh, please! You're just saying that because you know I look better than you. We may be brother, but don't think that'll save you from my superior charm and looks," he teased jokingly. 

"but I guess your swoon over julia" Caleb told him causing ethan cheeks to flush red but quickly gather himself up "W-What? No, I'm not swooning over julia! I mean, she's cute and all, but I'm not interested in her like that," he said to her as Caleb kept hands on his hips and titled his head and before he asked anything "time for lunch come on and eat if you don't want to you can go to-'" before marcus finsh maya smack his leg and took the microphone 

"Let's go before angry maya sent us to hell" ethan said to caleb "well I think we already got that ticket' Caleb said to his brother scene changed to all of them except for alex eating there lunch after rest of the campers had there's  "did anyone got message or anything" Lisa asked

"No messages here," Caleb spoke up, his voice low. "At least not for me." He added "Same here, Quiet on my end." Maya said to them 

"No messages for me either." Ethan added, as julia looked around to see if alex is coming "where is alex" julia asked "He's still helping the kids set up for the scavenger hunt. He should be joining us soon," marcus said looking at the people helping around "and no like news article or anything?" Julia asked as Caleb face lit up "Actually, I did hear something disturbing recently, "The local news mentioned a series of mysterious deaths in nearby towns. Bodies found in strange circumstances, and no suspects." He paused, looking at the group somberly.

"Could this be connected to the Phantom?" Ethan mused his thoughts "every murder has a series to be plan like some death as teaser and this is like a trailer here" julia said to them "too much movie reference" maya said quitely "sorry habit" julia said 

"If that's true, he might be planning some kind of hunting season" ethan said as then alex came holding the phone "i got the message from the freaking unknown killer" alex said "the phantom" alice and Caleb said same time "what ever" alex to them showing hand guester as he showed phone to them and read the message out loud for the group 

'Truth or dare, pretty campers. Time for more fun.' Signed, The Phantom," 

"Okay how the hell this fucker knows the nickname we give the person" alice said in completely shock "It's as if this killer is always watching us," Ethan muttered under his breath. "They're always one step ahead, no matter what we do."

Time passes by as the camp counselors know the leader of the scavenger hunt teams was formed and the game already had started as Alice was keeping eye on her team she was feeling something or someone watching her from behind as she turned around no one was there the time passed as julia and her team won the match as she was happy as she hugged the kids who came to her first as she did not know ethan was looking at her smiling form unknowingly 

 He found himself admiring her infectious happiness, unable to take his eyes off her. "Julia and ethan kissing in tree" Caleb said in singing tone noticing his reaction "Shut up, Caleb," Ethan snapped back, giving his brother a playful shove Caleb started making kissing sounds 

 Later on "so it's a horror movie" alice told Julia as her eyes widen her eyes "Oh no, not a horror movie," she said hesitantly. "Why do we always end up watching scary flicks?" Julia expressed "well it's Friday 13, and what is a camp without a horror" alice said as Alice then checked her phone

"A picture catches many secrets the secrets we don't know, come in garden alone. Tell someone and they meet there end. Signed the Phantom" alice read the message mixture of fear and confusion coursing through her veins alice had to keep her mouth shut she knew she can't reveal the text 

Scene changed to alice and julia going to the movie as they both sat down "you watched the flim before" alice asked julia as she nod "me and my mom do horror movie marathon" she said "that's why I get some ideas what they can or can't not do even this things may not happen in real life" julia add as Alice nod "well uh I have to go to washroom bye" alice said getting up "okay take care" julia said as maya came to said beside julia 

Alice went her way to washroom as she quickly turned around and took the flashlight and turned it on and went into the woods "this is stupid this is stupid" she mutter all the way to the loction as she saw a box as she opened the box and saw a photo of Gwen family and behind was a letter 

"The daughter suffered to much pain from her mom and dad. She never knew her family will be broken like this. Even they seem perfect outside but inside the concept of imperfect is suitable for them or perhaps maybe not. Seeing the father and mother fight was too much so she asked her friends out but never told them to not make her worry. Perhaps she kept secret to protect her friends but not herslef" 

Crunch. The leaves crushed after someone step on it. But it was not alice she turned around and saw the killer with a mask and at the same time she got a message "What do you think of the surprise, Alice? Feeling brave enough to face your fears?" A shiver ran down Alice's spine as she realized that this mysterious person had been watching her the entire time. She felt trapped and alone the feelings she knows she might face the moment she left.

"what the fuck you want from me" alice shouted stepping back the killer step ahead slowly as Alice noticed the knife "what do I want...I want to see you suffer" the voice dropped by malice "I want to see your fear consume you and most of all I want to break you all just like how she was broken" 

"We did not knew anything we did tried to find her" she tried to come up with reason as she step back as the chuckled darkly circling her like the predator toying with its prey  "oh, it doesn't matter whether you were there or not," they said, their voice growing menacing. "You're all responsible in your own way. But I'm not here to discuss blame. I'm here for your torment. And trust me, it's going to be a long, painful night for you." 

"catch me if you can fucker" alice said and she started running sprinted away as fast as she could, her heart pounding in her chest. The killer pursued her relentlessly, closing in with every step. She stumbled and fell, scraping her knees against the rough terrain her hand was touching the blood she got up and contuined her run 

She could hear the killer laughter their step getting closer and close as they caught her as she used her self defence punched his gut and turned around to punch face but she got cut in hand due to knife

As she saw a  wall in front of her and tried to get up but failed but as the killer about to attack Caleb shot the guy leg as the killer retreated Caleb rush to alice side and hold her hand examining everything and slightly wincing at wound 

 "Are you okay?" he asked softly with concern looking at the wounds checking all over her as Alice nod weakly taking everything just happen "But that killer... they're unhinged. We need to get away from here." She said feeling her body pain as she was about to fall but Caleb kept her steady "what where you thinking to go like that?" Caleb said worried almost shouting "seriously i..we where scared thank god julia told me quickly..other wise" he took rubbed her arm as it tried to calm down her beating heart fast "you came to save me?" Alice asked knowing Caleb she knows who hates her might not do this but she is wrong

"Of course I did" he said as Alice hug him as Caleb hugged her back as Alice close her eyes years fall down "it's okay it's okay" he said softly rubbed her back in soft reassuring voice 

 "can you walk" he whisper ask as Alice looked at him nodding weakly her leg was trembling "I can try" she said to him  as Caleb nod as he gently supported her as they move away from the dreaded scene his arm around her waist guiding her as they came back "alice" maya said "I am so sorry" she manage to say as julia hugged her
