Four. I may have a idea for a prank.

Julia was taking walk around the camp after learning form alex that the supirse got cancelled last night but it was something related to the "lake swiming pool" said by alex.

As she saw Gwen photo stuck on tree and some soft toys arts and bracelet down as julia felt a Shiver run down her spine as she saw the photo she does not even know her met her but she couldn't help a feeling a sense of unease wondering if there was secret sinister going on the camp

Walking towards the tree as the sound of leaves crunching happen under her foot "good morning julia" she jumped slightly on surprise as ethan appeared behind her "Sorry, didn't mean to startle you," he said, his voice soft. Julia turned to face him, her heart quickening at the sight of him. It was almost embarrassing how easily he could make her heart race. "No, it's okay," she replied, trying to keep her tone casual. "Just lost in thought, I guess."  causing ethan to nod and lean against the tree

 "Gwen's disappearance really shook everyone up. It still feels eerie thinking about it." Ethan said guessing her question as julia nodded, feeling a chill run down her spine

 "you knew Gwen" she asked as ethan nodded, a pensive expression on his face. "Yeah, we all did since class 5th used to hang out together a lot before she went missing. It was like she just disappeared into thin air. Everyone was shocked." He explained 

 "I heard the news when I came to town everyone thinks she is dead" julia said causing ethan frowned, his jaw tightening. "Yeah, that's what everyone thinks. But there's never been a body found. It's like she disappeared off the face of the earth." Julia felt a pang of sadness at the thought of Gwen's fate, and the fact that there was still no closure or answers.

They stood there for a few moments in silence, lost in thought. Ethan cleared his throat, changing the subject. "Anyways, enough about Gwen. How are you feeling today?" 

Julia shrugged, trying to sound casual. "Fine, I guess. Still can't believe someone put something in my drink last night. It's pretty messed up." Ethan nodded, frowning. "Yeah, we're all pissed off about it. We're gonna find out who did it, though. Don't worry." Julia smiled weakly at his reassurances, but she couldn't shake the feeling of unease "do you know who spiked my drink" julia asked

"Not yet maya is asking everyone sorry making them answer her questions from staff to kids who think they can do" ethan said as julia "yo ethan help me with this" marcus called out "coming just a sec" ethan called back "got to go bye" ethan said smiling to julia as he left as julia waved bye

Then she heard her phone ring "great we got singal here" julia mummble as she saw her dad name on screen and she hesitated before answering with a heavy sigh she pressed answer button "Hey, dad" julia said, her voice tinged with a mix of annoyance and nervousness. "What's up?" 

Her father voice cracked through the speaker the sound of his disapproval and disappointed clear as day "julia where have you been? I've been trying to get in touch with you. Why haven't you answered my calls?"

 "I am at my summer job camp pinewood as camp counselor as you say business first" julia explained her father who scoffed on other line clearly unimpressed  "Business first, huh? That's a good one. I hope you're not just slacking off and having fun up there. You're there to work, remember." Causing Lisa to break her nice girl act.

"dad I am in forest with hardly signal there and don't pull this card on me you made it very clear the day you let me and mom you don't want us okay I am not like you never be don't make me be like you" julia said cutting call

She hung up the phone her heart was racing she knew her dad would be disappointed in her for talking back to him, but she couldn't help it. Her frustration and anger boiled over, and she felt tears prick her eyes. She took a deep breath, trying to steady her emotions. Part of her felt guilty for how she had spoken to her dad, but a bigger part of her was tired of always feeling like she had to live up to his expectations.

alice approached, a look of concern on her face. "Hey, are you okay? I saw you talking on the phone and then you hung up looking upset."

Julia sniffled and wiped away a tear, trying to compose herself. "Yeah, just a stupid fight with my dad. He's always so strict and expects me to do everything perfectly. It's just...exhausting."

 Alice put a comforting arm around julia's shoulders, her expression sympathetic. "I get it. Sometimes family can be pretty tough to deal with. But just remember, you're your own person, and you don't have to live up to anyone's expectations but your own Family can be tough, but you're not alone. We're all here for you. And hey, if you ever need to talk or vent about it, I'm always here to listen." 

Julia wrapped her arms around Alice, feeling a sense of comfort from the embrace. As Alice rubbed her back as julia saw Caleb coming towards the girl "oh look Caleb here" julia said to Alice as Alice look at Caleb with pout as he sauntered over, a cheeky grin on his face as he slung an arm around Alice's shoulders. "What's the matter, Ally-cat? Can't resist a little dose of my charm?"

Alice rolled her eyes, her lips curving into a reluctant smile. "You wish. As if I'd fall for your charm, you annoying idiot." Caleb mock gasped, feigning offense. Letting his arms down and keeping hand on his chest "How dare you doubt the power of my charm? I'll have you know, I've had the ladies swooning over me since preschool."

"Yeah, right," Alice said, her tone dripping with skepticism. "More like they all ran away screaming from the sight of your giant ego." Caleb laughed, clearly relishing in the banter. "Oh, you're just jealous because my charm is on a whole new level. Admit it, you're secretly in love with me." 

"Oh, please. I'd rather eat a whole jar of fire ants than admit that," Alice deadpanned, rolling her eyes with a smirk. Caleb clutched his chest in mock pain, acting like he'd just been pierced by an arrow. "Ow, that hurt, Ally-cat. My heart can only take so much rejection from you."

"You'll survive," Alice quipped, a hint of amusement in her voice. "Besides, your ego is thicker than a Snorlax. I doubt a little rejection can really hurt it." 

"You know, for someone who pretends to hate me, you sure do enjoy our little arguments."* "What can I say? They're my guilty pleasure," Alice said with a half-smile. "Someone needs to keep your ego in check, and it might as well be me." 

"okay okay you two stop before you two heat make out" ethan said coming up to him as caleb and Alice immediately sprang apart, their faces flushed with embarrassment. Caleb tried to play it cool, plastering on a suave smile as he spoke.

"What can I say? When two charming individuals like us come together, sparks are bound to fly," he said, his voice a low, seductive purr as with julia who had mouth open shock as Alice smack his arm and caleb yelped in pain, rubbing his arm where Alice had smacked him. "Ow, what was that for? You wound me, Ally-cat."

 "That was for not knowing the meaning of personal space," Alice snapped, her eyes narrowed. "I was just having a nice conversation with julia when your big head had to come barging in."

"My big head is part of my charm, and you know it, and besides, I just wanted to join the fun."

"We were having fun before you came along, but I guess it's not the same without your insufferable presence."

"In-sufferable? Ouch, that hurts. But I'll let it slide because you're so cute when you're angry." And julia who couldn't help but chuckle held back alice as ethan also chuckle

"Seriously, you two fight like an old married couple," Ethan teased. "Can't you just get along for five minutes?" Causing Caleb to scoffed. "Please, if Ally-cat wasn't such a pain in the ass, we'd get along great. But she has to go and be so damn stubborn."

"And you have to go and act like a giant jerk," Alice shot back, struggling against alice's grip. "It's like you enjoy pushing my buttons!"

"Guilty as charged. I do love getting a rise out of you, Ally-cat." Causing Caleb to grin at his words and before Alice say anything  "Alice stop wasting your breath on him" julia said controlling laugh 

Alice huffed hearing julia words as she adjusting her dress shooting a glare at Caleb, who feigned innocence. "Fine, I'll stop," she mumbled, crossing her arms. "But only because I don't want to give him the satisfaction of getting under my skin." 

"thank god" julia and ethan said at same "You two are insufferable," ethan told both of them the thing he maybe use to saying everytime to both of them "We prefer the term 'charismatic'," Caleb retorted with a smirk. "But I guess you wouldn't understand that, considering how dull you are." And ethan quickly smack the back of his head as Caleb helped rubbing back of his head "

Ow, man, what the hell was that for?"

"to remind you I am your brother" 

"Yeah, yeah. Brother or not, you're still a buzzkill."

 "And you're still a pain in the ass. Some things never change."

 "we should go" julia told them as they all nod as Alice and julia made a way back "try not to miss us too much,"caleb taunted smiling "Believe me, we won't," Alice retorted with a smirk. "We'll be too busy enjoying the peace and quiet without your loud mouth around."

"alice let's go" julia said holding her hand as both of them laug  they could hear the twins bickering again, their voices becoming fainter in the distance. "you two have sexual tension" julia said "What? No, we don't. Caleb is an annoying jerk, that's it." Alice said "You totally do," julia teased. "The way you two argue, it's like you enjoy the tension. I wouldn't be surprised if you two end up making out before the end of the camp season."

Hearing this alice ed her eyes  "Yeah, right. As if I'd ever kiss that egotistical idiot. He's infuriating and annoying, and I can't stand him. Also Stop trying to play matchmaker. I can't stand that guy. He's a cocky, arrogant, and self-centered jerk. I wouldn't go near him with a ten-foot pole." Alice said as julia nod "not going to do your job" julia said  "So, what's the deal between you and Ethan?" Alice asked, a mischievous glint in her eye. "You two seem awfully cozy lately."

"What? Ethan? No, there's nothing going on. We're just friends," julia said feeling nervousness "Righttt," Alice drawled cleary not buying it "Friends who flirt with each other nonstop, right? I saw the way he was looking at you earlier. That boy is smitten."

 "You're reading too much into it,"

It was midnight, everyone went to sleep in there respected cabin as then julia heard some screams as she slowly open her eyes as she looked around as she went to alice bed as she shake alice body to wake her up 

"must be Caleb making out with someone" alice said knowing her questions "why she scream like that" Lisa said as Alice shrugged feelings groggy from being woken up.

"Probably just another one of Caleb's conquests," she muttered, rubbing her eyes. "The guy's got a way of making girls scream his name, that's for sure." Alice said as julia titled her head "having sexy dreams about him* Julia tease as Alice rolled her. "Please. I wouldn't dream about that pompous jerk even if he paid me. He's not exactly my type, you know. Just the thought of it makes me want to throw up in my mouth a little."

"but seriously we need to check...." As the two got message from unknown as They checked their phones and saw a notification from an unknown number.

Hey there, lovely ladies," the text said. "Sorry to wake you up, but we couldn't resist sending you a little surprise." And later they sent a video file as Alice and julia look at each other as they hit play 

As the video started playing, they saw Caleb and Ethan in their own cabin, seemingly filming it themselves. Both of them were making funny faces into the camera, their voices full of laughter. They were clearly goofing around, having fun with the video.

"Dicks" alice mutter "but we have there number saved" julia mutter to her thinking about unknown number "they have extra phone and number to prank people and other bullshit reason as I said they are dicks"  alice said to her more over reminding herslef 

As a new message came "Sorry about that, girls,We couldn't resist sending a little late-night message." Message wrote "Stupid boys. Can't they just leave us alone for five minutes?" Alice huffed. "But at least they had the decency to apologize, even if it was in their obnoxious way." Julia asked as then she remeber something 

"hey btw did any message came from the unknown who sent a riddle about river" julia asked alice frowned, thinking for a moment before shaking her head.

"Nko, I haven't received any messages like that. Why? What's going on?"

 "nothing just curious, also I may have idea for prank" julia said smiling
