An hour later Steven was in his kitchen cooking while Carmen was still in the bedroom. She laid down on her stomach staring at the headboard, wishing she could get swallowed into the swirls on the headboard. She never had the good life growing up. Her mother and father never had the marriage a married couple suppose to have. Her mother and father slept in separate bedrooms, and didn't talk to each other. Carmen remember her mother bringing another man into their home and her father going crazy. Her mother had call the police on him and gotten him arrested for abuse. Her father did a year in jail and got off on probation. Her mother even threating to take Carmen away from her father, with Carmen being her father's only child and Carmen was his heart, her father stayed away and only seen Carmen when her mother allowed it. Carmen and her mother never had the relationship, Carmen and her father had.

Carmen sighed as a tear slipped out her eye. She wiped it and buried her face in the pillow. She wish she  had some type of friend. She had none, people often consider Carmen a weird person, because she barely talk. She only talk when someone talks to her. That's not often.

There was a knock at the door, and Steven walked in carrying a plate and a soda can in his hand. He sat the plate and soda can down before walking back out the room closing the door behind him. Carmen lifted her head and looked at the plate that was sitting on the table. Her mouth water at what was on the plate Hash Brown Potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausages links with toast. He cooked all that? Carmen thought in her head. She sat up in the bed and grabbed the plate of food. She begin to eat and opened her favorite soda, Sprite.

After she was done she walked out the room and walked in the kitchen to put her dirty dishes in the dish washer and walked back in the room she was using. She looked down at the T-shirt she have on. She really needed more clothes. She sure wasn't about to go talk to Steven about it. She sighed and got back in the bed, soon sleep claim her.

Steven walked in the trap house and was greeted. He nodded his head and went to back where he counted his money. The door open and Sage Carr walked in with a smile on her face.

I thought that was you." She went and kissed his cheek. Sage and Steven had a sex only relationship, they both was cool with it.

"What's up." Steven said as he got the money out the Ziploc bag.

"Nothing,  I think we have a snake on the team." Sage said and Steven looked at her.

"You lying?" Steven shook his head.

"Why the hell would I lie to you?" Sage glared at Steven.

"Shit, I don't know, we will worry about that later, let's count this money." Steven said to her, and Sage nodded.

An hour later Steven had 10 stacks in a row with rubber bands around them, with 5k in each stack.

"Damn we a little short this week. You going with me to Florida to pick up the other products next week?" Steven asked her.

"Nope, I got shit to do, better go ask one of your hoes." Sage smiled.

"I just did." Steven smiled back. Sage glared at him and walked away. "I'm just playing, come back." Steven yelled after her, but she stick her middle finger up.

Steven shook his head, he remember when he first met Sage, it was at strip club, he told her if she come work for him. She could give up the pole, and that what she did. She was working for him every since, plus having a sex only relationship. She even gotten pregnant one time, but had a miscarriage. That hurt Steven, because he really wanted a baby at the time. Now that he thought about it he was happy he didn't had a baby by her. He don't know who else she been fucking, besides him, and the baby probably wasn't his.

Another knock came at the door and PeeWee Nicks walked in.

"Wassup Stevie, I been wondering if I could get a little extra?" PeeWee

"A little extra what?" Steven asked him.

"I need more pills." PeeWee said.

"Nah I gave you extra last time and my money not adding up right. You popping them shits bruh?" Steven asked him.

 PeeWee was known to be a pill popper, but Steven hope he wasn't getting extra from him and popping them.

"Nah I'm selling them, they sell good where I'm at?" PeeWee shook his head.

"I'm out of them." Steven said, "But I'll have more next week. I will see what I can do then." Steven said.

"Thanks bruh." PeeWee walked out.

Steven shook his head and sighed, this was not going good, as he thought it would be. Today of all days PeeWee wanted to try him. He was thinking real hard about getting cameras in the trap, but he trusted his workers and people who come to him for a sell, but the way PeeWee be acting he wanted to start questioning everybody. He don't play about his money.

He grabbed his money and walked out.

"Aye y'all got ya'll cut right?" He asked everybody in the front room. They all nodded. Steven nodded too, and walked out. Time to go to his safe, plus the bank.

"Steve?" Sage called walking out the house.

"What's up?" Steven stood by his car.

"Maybe we can hook up later." She said.

"I'll call you." Steven said and got in his car.

Sage watched as he drove away, and looked around her before she got in her car and drove away.

Steven walked in his house and looked around, Carmen haven't came out the room all day seem like. He walked to the bedroom and peeked in. Carmen was sleeping with her back to him. He close the door lightly and walked upstairs to his room. Not even five minutes later his alarm beep, and he heard footsteps walking up his stairs.

"Yo Steve." Derrick appeared in Steven bedroom.

"Damn nigga what?"

"Man it's India, the girl done went crazy! She cut up all my shit, and now she threating to kill me." Derrick hold his chest.

"Where that black son of a bitch at!" Steven and Derrick her before the footsteps walked upstairs. Derrick hide in Steven closet.

India appeared in the doorway, and Steven smiled at her.

"Hey Indy." He waved.

"Where his ass at Stevie!" India yelled.

"Who?" Steven asked scratching his head.

"Don't play dumb with me! You know exactly who I'm talking about, but don't worry about it though. His ass want to cheat, I can cheat too. I'm about to go get me some dick right now!" India said.

"I wish your ass would." Derrick said coming out the closet.

"That nigga been in the closet the whole time?!" India yelled.

"Umm can y'all not do this shit in my bedroom please. Take that shit to the den, nah fuck that, go outside by the pool." Steven said.

"Who you about to go fuck India?" Derrick asked her angrily.

"None of your damn business. I'm tired you fucking around on me, and I'm pregnant with your baby." India said with tears in her eyes.

Steven just shook his head.

"How far along are you again?" Steven asked.

"Shut up Steven!" Derrick and India said at the same time. Steven close his mouth.
