Steven entered his mother house with Derrick who had Sage, even though she was taller then him, he still was holding her up. Carmen walked in behind them, and shut the door. She hold an ice pack on her face.

"What the hell?" Mama Lorraine said from the kitchen when they walked in.

"Hey mama." Steven went to give his mother a hug, but she walked straight to Carmen. Steven mouth dropped.

"What happen to you?" Mama Lorraine asked Carmen.

"Stevie." Derrick said and smirked as he put Sage in a chair. Mama Lorraine glared at Steven.

"What you do? And why is this hoe in my house?" She pointed at Sage, who had her head on the table.

"Umm see we have a situation." Steven said as Derrick pulled the Kool-Aid pitcher out he refrigerator. He grabbed a cup and pour him some.

"What kind of situation do we have now?" She looked at Steven.

"She needs to be in the dungeon until I figure out what I'm going to do with her." Steven said. The dungeon he speaks of is a small cave in his mother back yard, that she uses when she needs to hide something. Steven was all to familiar with it, because when he was little his mother used to lock him in there for days, if he was bad in school.

"Hmm that could work, but I have something built over it. You know that Stevie." Mama Lorraine went back to her pot on the stove.

"Well what the hell am I suppose to do with this girl?" Steven asked his mother.

"Kill her." Derrick and Mama Lorraine said at the same time.

"Hell no that's a murder charge." Steven said.

"He got a point mama." Derrick said.

"Nobody going to be looking for her ass, she have no family." Mama Lorraine said.

"Wait, we can turn her in to the police for what she did to India." Carmen said.

"Nah, she will tell the police where I'm at. They already looking for my ass, because of her." Steven shook his head.

"Man we fucked either way." Derrick shook his head also.

"Just let me go, I wont say anything to anyone." Sage said weakly.

"Bitch please." Mama Lorraine said as she fixed Carmen something to eat. She placed Carmen plate in front of her. As Derrick and Steven mouth dropped.

"Why you didn't fix ours?" Steven asked his mother.

"Because you have two hands you can fix it your damn self." Mama Lorraine said.

Steven shook his head. His mother never show this much interested in any girl he brought home. Plus him and Carmen not even together, and she acting like they were. He know what his mother doing, and it will not work. He heard his cell phone ringing, on the table. Derrick looked at it, and at him.

"Who is it?" Steven asked from the stove. As he fixed him a plate of Rice, Lima Beans, and Baked Pork Chop.

"April." Derrick said as he answered Steven phone. "Hello...Duh I know I'm not Stevie...He not here...Because I got his phone...Bye."

Steven sat down at the kitchen table beside Carmen.

"What she wanted?" Steven asked.

"A booty call." Derrick said. He went to fix his food too. Steven shook his head, he sure wasn't in the mood for that today.

"You going to catch something one of these days, with your loose ass." Mama Lorraine snapped at Steven.

"I'm a man, with a big sexual appetite. You can't blame me though, dad was the same way." Steven shrugged.

"That's why I left his ass at the alter with two middle fingers in the air." Mama Lorraine said. She turned to Derrick. "Any words about Indy yet?"

Derrick shook his head sadly, "Nah not yet. I'm going back up there after I finish eating. I took leave from work."

"She's going to be okay." Mama Lorraine said.

"I hope so." Derrick said.

Before they left Mama Lorraine house. Steven and Derrick tied Sage up and placed her in the basement. Mama Lorraine promise to look after her. Knowing her she would forget she was even in the basement. Steven hope she don't do that.

Carmen, Steven, and Derrick walked in India hospital room. A nurse was in there checking her.

"Has she woke up yet?" Derrick asked the nurse. She shook her head no.

"She should be waking up soon. Her face not pale anymore, so she's better then she was before." The nurse said.

"What about the baby?" Derrick asked.

"Umm I don't know about the baby, I don't deal with the babies. I can take you to see her if you like." The nurse looked down at her chart.

"Okay, I like that. Y'all coming?" Derrick asked Carmen and Steven, who made themselves comfortable on the chair.

"Sir only you can come since you the father. Not to many visitors can visit the baby. She's in NICU. Only one person is allowed back there at a time." The nurse said.

Derrick nodded and followed her out the room.

"Has she gain weight since she was placed in here?" Derrick asked the nurse.

"I'm not sure. But here you are. If you need to ask more question her doctor is in the room." The nurse said and walked away.

Derrick looked down at his daughter. He had tears in his eyes as he stared at her. She's so tiny.

Baby in Media

Derrick stayed in the room for awhile until he went back in the room India in. Carmen and Steven sat on the chair watching TV. Derrick went to sit by India hospital bed. He grabbed her hand in his.

"What y'all watching?" Derrick asked them.

"Teen Wolf. It's a rerun." Carmen said.

"I liked the first season best." Derrick said.

"Me too, now I don't know what they got going on." Carmen said. Steven was on his cellphone. "How's the baby?" She asked Derrick.

"She's good, just very tiny. They wont let her go home, until she is like 6 pounds." Derrick shook his head.

"Awww that's good." Carmen said.

"I wish I had some chocolate or something. I'll shove it down India throat. That would wake her ass up." Derrick said, and Steven laughed.

"You did that last time when somebody came in my house looking for me and India was there all alone, and she got jumped by them dudes." Steven said.

"Hell yeah. I'll be back. She waking her ass up today." Derrick got up out his seat and walked out he room.

"Is he really going to shove chocolate down her throat?" Carmen asked Steven. He nodded. He moved closer to her and rest his head on her shoulder.

"I'm sleepy." He said then yawned. He looked up at Carmen and she looked down at him.

"Go to sleep then." Carmen said. Steven laid down across her lap. "Wait, I didn't said on me."

"Too bad." Steven said. The door opened and Derrick walked back with a Milk Chocolate Hershey bar.

"Who going to help me hold her mouth open?" He looked at Steven and Carmen. Carmen pushed Steven off of her and walked over to India and Derrick.

"How about you hold her mouth open and I put the chocolate in her mouth." Carmen went to wash her hands.

"Good idea, but if she bite me, I'm beating your ass." Derrick said to Carmen, who just rolled her eyes.

She opened the candy and breaking it off into small parts, as Derrick open India mouth slowly.

"Steven we need your help too, go get some water. Don't want her to choke." Derrick whispered. Steven went to fix the water.

Carmen feed India the candy and Derrick move India mouth up and down so she could chew it. Steven pour a little bit of water in her mouth. Carmen feed her more chocolate, Derrick move her mouth so she could chew. Steven pour water in her mouth. He pour too much because India started coughing really bad.

"Oh shit, my bad." Steven said as Derrick hold India up, and Carmen patted her back.

"Really y'all, y'all trying to kill me." India said as she hold her chest glaring at them. They all just stared at her.
