        I really do not want to go to school.  Just hoe would I face anyone with everything I said at that party?  What if they asked if I did the supposed task?
       I lied, but then I could pretend I did to someone I did not know.  Regardless, Kaisa's was thrilling to see and watching Mivozene's reaction was golden.
      However, it saddens me a bit that Ashton looked like he was in pain.  I wonder why....Wait does Ashton and Kaisa?  No.  Actual.  Way.  I am celebrating.

        I stretched my arms and I got out of my bed.  When I am older, I will make sure there is something so mermaids can turn into a mermaid just by taking off that item and touching water.  And if they touch water when they have that item on they will still remain a human.  Let me tell you, having to run away whenever water accidentally goes on me is annoying and tiring.

        "Mina!!" I heard a few loud banging knocks on my door.  Good morning to you too Mivozene.

         "I am here and awake what do you want?" I opened the door to a Mivozene's whose dark eyes were shining brightly this day.

       "Nothing come on we should go if we do not want to be late."  He says shrugging.  Wait he cares?

        "Since when in the great sea, did you ever care about going to school?" I narrowed my eyes at him.
      Hmmmmm fishy...

         "Since I found something worthwhile I do."  Oh no, what does he enjoy now?  It better not have anything to do with me or Seivon for that matter.

         We headed to the school grounds together as in brother and sister.  If someone looked at us they could tell but the fact we avoided each other made it impossible.  We were siblings with corrupted lives. 
        He was suppose to wear the crown, he was suppose to be the stronger one, the one always going hardcore on everyone.  He was suppose to be the more older one , the one that would protect me and always be on my side but... Corruption happened.
       I was suppose to be the nice, sweet, silly, fun, childish and playful one.  The one that is too innocent for her own good that is never told the truth.  Yeah the last part is true.  They always hid the deeper truth and I had to go digging to find it, but some things still main mysterious.  I wonder if we came in together, would people will realize the truth?
       Will Seivon finally understand who I am?  Preparing for anything--the good and bad, we walked forward.  We arrived and Mivozene kept following me wherever I went.  Now I finally knew what this was about.  He is making sure I do not go off anywhere doing anything he does not approve of.

       "Miraaaaaaaa!" Melody waved frequently at me.  I smiled back.  I took a couple steps forward, I heard him walked the same amount.  I went right, so did he.  I went left, as did he.  I stopped, and he did.  I groaned as I was few feet away from them.

      "Are you serious?" I yelled as soon as I was by them.

      "What?" He acted so innocent, and it was a pain.

     I rolled my eyes.  "What is going on?" Kaisa looked between me and Mivozene.

    "Stop following me everywhere I go!" I exclaimed, giving him a very murderous and irritated glare.

     "Oh that...Why?" He asked as if he couldn't understand why I didn't like that, "I just want to make sure you do not do anything that some will not approve of." He gives me a mysterious look.

     "Oh just leave me along.  Go bother Kaisa, you seemed to always do it when you were younger anyway." I sighed.
      And then just as those words left my mouth I realize where I was at and who was around me.  I am stupid now they would know I lied.

       "Please do not bring me into this, he is already annoying enough...." Kaisa muttered, turning her face away from him.

      "Younger?" Malseania appeared out of nowhere and as sly as ever she smiled oh so, with such deadly sicknessing sweet smile.
       "What do you mean by that?"  And of course she asks a question like that.  Why was she even here?
        They broke up, she is suppose to proof and disappear from this story to never be seen again.

       "Oh I just heard that they knew each other when they were younger." I actually came up with quickly which was surprising.

       "So you and Kaisa are pretty close or is there something else that brings you all together?  I mean you, Mivozene, and Kaisa." She smiled slyly.  What was this girl planning and what does she know?
       If I did not know any better, I'd say she knows about mermaids.

       "No." We all said at the exact same time.  Did they think it was suspicious? Probably.
Did I care?  No. 
      They would not figure it out.  If Seivon cannot then no one will, but if he knows then others will too.

      "Come on we should head to class." I muttered yawning.  I wanted to change the subject as quickly as I could.

      "Wait...Melody!" Seivon called out just as we were about to go inside, "I need to.....get my textbook to my first class.  Just come with me." As I watched him leave I noticed in his hand was in fact his textbook to his first period. 
     But I thought he just...What?  I was confused, but I guess I will worry about it later.

       It was science first period and it was not until ten minutes into class when Melody and Seivon came in.  All that for a textbook, huh?  But he had his textbook with him and what are they talking about?  Is it me-- my other self?  He might be mad at me...
      I did tell him to never speak to me again.  Then again I really wish I did not interrupt him.  But would I- my heart would be crushed if I let him continue.

      My head was on the desk and we were suppose to be reading the section two of chapter 5.  Keyword being suppose.  Boring, boring, boring.  Useless, useless, useless.  Just boring information that I do not care for. 
      Humans should do this, humans should do that, humans should conserve, humans using fossil fuels, humans and environment.....Okay that is something everyone should focus on.  Especially with the ocean.

       "Sorry we came in late, Mira." Melody whispered to me.  "What are we doing?"

        "Uhhhh....." I know we are reading, but I feel like the teacher said to do something else.  Too bad I can not remember.  "I have no idea."  Melody gave me a blank stare.
         "You should know by now some subjects I do not pay attention in."

          "But you need to pay attention now." Melody tried to emphasize, "Especially around this time."

         "Yeah, Mel is right, I suppose with exams coming up soon."  Seivon says as well.
        Those are tests right?  I hope my mermaid thoughts of human things do not fail me now.

       "After our short 2 week summer break, we have them." Melody explains dryly,
       "I know, this lovely place called school decided to do right after summer break."

          "Whose smart idea was that I don't know," Seivon sarcastically said, "But that means you should pay attention.  And if you want...I could help you." Seivon offered again, which made me almost want to instantly accept.

         "Quick question:  What is summer break?" They gave me a look.  I must of look more stupid than Seivon right then.

      "It is a period of time during the summer where we have no school.  It is at the end of the first semester.  It is like two weeks and then we go back for the remaining months."  Two weeks of Mivozene? 
     What am I going to do....
Quick ask Kaisa.

     "Kaisa did you hear we have something called summer break!  Let's celebrate then!" I turned to Kaisa and cried out in joy.

      "Miracine I think you are the only one who did not know."  Ouch.  That really hurt.  Like an electric eel shocking you. 
       Have you ever felt being shocked by one?  You do not want to.

       "Don't make that face you look stupid when you do." Kaisa muttered.  Stupid?  Does she know the definition of stupid? 
     Seivon is one who is.  Well when he thinks with his stupid side of his brain.  Academically he is intelligent, socially yeah he is stupid.  So unfortunate.  I know.

      "I cannot tell if you are insulting me or not." I told her with my arms crossed.

      "I suppose I am." She states plainly.

       "Am what?" I stare at her in disbelief.

        "Am.  Just am."  I gave her a blank stare.  Why is she being confusing all of the sudden? 
   I looked around me....Ohhhh.

There was an awkward moment of silence.

       "I have an idea!" Melody shot up with excitement.  I was surprised the teacher was seriously not giving them any attention of how loud she was.
        She practically was screaming.  Well to be fair, I sleep through half of my classes and they do not care.

         "Oh not another terrible plan of yours." Seivon groaned slightly.  He flicked his hand to his forehead and sighed.  He shook her his and had an uneasy expression on his face.

         "Why don't we all do something christmas or summery together?" Melody smiled and grinned so happily. 
         It wasn't an idea that we expected for her to say.  It was Melody after all.

       "Sure.  Why not?" I told her, "What could go wrong?"

       "Mira....Mira...." Kaisa told me in a worrisome voice, "A lot of things could go wrong.  But you do not know what could happen.  Something that could be unexpected you know."
        Kaisa these days is always talking in riddles.  She paused for a moment before turning to Melody.
        "I am afraid I will not be able to come.  I have things of my own to take care of....I'm sure you understand."

        "Or instead of staying here...We can go somewhere where snow falls.  I actually want to experience christmas in the winter like we used to." Seivon decided with a smile.

       "As in travel outside the country?  But that is crazy!" Melody stared wide eyed as I stared at them.  Out of this country?  Even be somewhere besides the pacific ocean?

       "Wait but that means-"

         "It is all on me." Seivon decided to the point where he was putting his hands up as if he was surrendering.

         "Rich people..." Melody rolled her eyes.  Rich wait that means... Holy salmons! 
         Seivon from his parents and it would make sense considering he was there.

        "I am not!" He argued in defense.

       "You know I hate it when you do that right?" She huffed, crossing her arms.

        "Just this once.  I hate being stuck here with this heat for summer.  I wonder what it is like for it to be cold around this time?" He closed his eyes thinking.

      "Fine just this once," Melody let him, "but where to?"

       "We will figure that out on-" All of the sudden the bell rang.  We all got up and headed out.
         One we got our stuff and was out of the classroom, Seivon finished his sentence,  "I was going to say we will figure that once we meet with Ashton."

        "What?" Ashton comes up to us after hearing his name?

        "If you could go anywhere where would you go?" Melody asked Ashton.

       "North America." Melody's eyes popped out of her head.  They widened as she looked at him in horror.

       "Why would you want to go there?  I heard it is so dramatic and people fight over petty things and can't solve issues because of political idioticy.  Plus they seem just kinda snob like."
        She lowered her head, "But all of the books I read always take place over there...If that is the case what if I find my own over there."

       "Don't be cliche.  None of those things obviously happen." Kaisa spoke up.  I was surprised. 
      Wait North America is in the Atlantic...
     Does that mean she has been there?

     "How would you know?" I looked at her.

      "Wait you believe everything Ashton said?" She raised her eyebrows in which Ashton said a Hey.

      "No not necessarily," I shook my head, "I wonder if you been there.  You have right?"

       "I suppose I've been nearby... on a........ cruise.  Yeah so I guess I have." Kaisa smiled nervously, so she never stepped on land then.

       "Wait you're going Mira with them?!  Are you sure you can?" Kaisa looked at me with concern.  I knew exactly what she was doing.  She was trying to get me out of it.  She was thinking about my brother.
        If she worries about my brother so much, she should just marry him.  That is a little joke, that would be a nightmare.  Even if I joke about it, I would hate that.

       "I can do things for myself, what do you mean?" I frowned as I crossed my arms.

        "Wait until he hear this and he will be irked...." I heard Kaisa mutter under her breath.  Of course she muttered that.  If she wants to start a fight bring it on.

      "I got three words for you Kaisa.  Do.  Not.  Care." I gave her my best smile.

      "I know you do not, but someone else will and many others." Kaisa told me, sighing.

        "You seem so familiar with the part of the area we might go." Seivon tells Kaisa knowingly, "If you are so worried, you should go."  

        "Like I said I am going to be with family." She simply stated again.

       "Oh I am sure wherever we all go it be close enough for you to go instantly." Seivon tells Kaisa with a look.

       "What do you mean she be able to go where ever we go instantly?" Melody suddenly asked.  Why of all people did he have to question things? 
       If anyone Seivon should.  If anyone should wonder, it is Seivon.  If there is anyone I want to find out it is Seivon, not Melody.  Honestly, Ashton should also be confused as well, but he said nothing.

        "I have no idea.  Besides it is Miracine, she says things that does not make sense all the time." I glared at her and decided to be nice. 
         I hit her in the head.  She groaned.  I smiled in triumph.  The others looked at us and shook their heads.

       "You done fighting now?" Melody yawned stretching her arms in the air.  But as her arms went into the air I notice something- or someone in the distance. 
       My lovely brother: Mivozene.  Just perfect.

     In the distance I heard him walking towards me and forward.  I heard his leather shoes that went up to his knees hit the floor after every step he took.  He walked as if he was the most important person and every should be aware of who he was. 
      He wore attire that was always posh and set for looks.  His hands were crossed and the corner of hip mouth was lifted up only so slightly.  He came closer and closer with every step.

      "Kaisa do not.  Please...." I almost begged her and she closed her eyes.  I looked away from Mivozene and turned my attention to Kaisa.

     "You know what will happen if you go through this?" She asked me and she spoke like there was something else that was going on.  Of course no one tells me anything.

     "What do you mean?" Mivozene is just going to be mad that is it.  Unless something else is the case?

      "Going out of the region?  You do know what would happen if you do that and not to mention when are you going to start doing the fated."  Kaisa exclaimed as if I was crazy, but I wasn't.
     She has a gull to say all of that here.  I also do not want to mention anything about fated things.  I do not want Seivon for that matter to know about that.  What if he thinks of me different if he finds out?

      "Well hello....dearest." Mivozene interrupted at the perfect time.  Sweet, sweet Mivozene.

       "Mivozene," Kaisa tells him, trying to get me in trouble because she apparently has nothing better to do, "Mira said that she-"

        I cut her off smiling.  "Did you know starting today there is a two week break period called summer break."  Kaisa muttered something under her breath, but said nothing out loud.  I mentally sighed out of relief.

       "Summer break equals no school?  Yeah baby!" He exclaimed which was odd for him.  He usually talked posh and stern with seriousness in his voice.

        "Okay and what are you doing here?" Ashton stared at Mivozene clearly not wanting him there.  There seemed to be some hatred going around, but I was not involved.

        "Just seeing my....Mina." He said smoothly.  I glared at him to the point where I was about to hiss.

       "You know him?" Ashton scoffed.  He must of really had something against him.  I thought I already told them, he was my brother.

       "It doesn't matter." I responded, it would be best if he did not interact with me.

       "Yes." He told him and I gave them the 'are you serious' look.  "I am just making sure you are fine.." Oh how he is so worried about my safety is what I love about Mivozene.

       "Why do you must feel like you have to watch whatever I do?" I rolled my eyes.  Oh I was annoyed.

         "That is easy.  It is because you are-" I stopped him by nudging his arm before he said anymore.  I do not want to be compared with him.

       "That was rhetorical.  I am going to go..." I sighed, "See you tomorrow morning." I told Melody and the rest of them.  "I will look forward to it..."

       "Wait tomorrow morning?" One of them exclaimed, "What do you mean?"

         I shook my head, "Did I not tell you, Mivozene my annoying brother."

        Mivozene gasped, "That's not nice after all I do for you..."

       I scoffed and looked away.

I just hoped for two things:

      Mivozene would not find out and Seivon would find out about who I am.
