Bonus Chapter/Scene #2...In which Melody finds out about Seivon being saved by some "mysterious girl" from sea and her being fed-up with it since of her disbelief and her crush on Seivon since before.

"She didn't show up again, Mel...I am sure she would come.  She wants her pendant back I am sure.  I need to see her again.  Her striking features that make me want to admire her so endlessly and gaze at her beauty that my eyes could not linger off." Seivon was ranting again.  He was day dreaming again.  I hated it all. 

Why couldn't he see the truth?  I'll face the truth and facts: I like Seivon River.  But it not just like as in friends it was the other like, the like where you have a massive crush, but I know if he gives me a chance it will be something.  And Ashton figured it out.  That how stupid he is.  Ashton, the dumbhead who do anything for me.  I was afraid he was going to say something, but he came up on day and said to my face,

'You like him don't you?'  I was shocked and that when I realized truly.  I liked him more than an average crush and he always keeps talking about the girl who saves him these days.  It just irks me.

"Seivon... She is probably not going to come." Maybe I was harsh, but that was reality.  She didn't care for him at all.  That just sickens me.  How dare someone like her deserve him.  He so sweet and do anything for her and look what she doing.  She not returning?  But why?  Why is she doing this to me?  She causing him to not even glance at me at all.  The only time is when he moaning about her.

"What?" He looked shocked I even dared to suggest that.  "Of course she is.  She said she would return.  I remember it clearly!" He shouted in rebuttal.

"Maybe your head made something up.  It happens a lot when people are unconscious.  Besides it has been two years."

"Oh so now your the expert on unconscious states!" Seivon muttered bitterly.  "If it didn't happen...Where did I get this?" He held up the necklace that was suppose to be hers.  Even that I hated.  It was so beautiful and shined so lovely.

"You found it in the water?" I shrugged.

"It is fine you don't have to believe me.  But I am going to go again.  Also Ashton mentioned something about wanting to talk to you.  Give him a chance and listen, will'ya?"  Chance?  Chance on what?  He always being crazy.

"Umm sure."  But instead of seeing Ashton, I sneaked out following Seivon.  He stood at the beach lonely.  His parents are gone and now he is desperate for her.  She saved him.  If only I did.  Then maybe he would fill the same as me.  It is like that book I read once.  The prince was saved by one and he failed to realize who he liked when he saw both her and the other girl. 

He went with the girl he didn't know and at the last moment he realized it was the other one who he liked, but it was too late.  Seivon is my prince.  But too him I am his friend.  If our fairytale is just us as friends that is all that matters as long as he is happy.  But I just hope that girl do not ever come....

I walked on the other side of the beach and that is when I gasped.  There was a girl unconscious in the sand.  And around her neck was a necklace similar to the one Seivon held.  This could not be his dream girl could she?  Her head laid in the sand as the girl's silver hair scattered in an elegant way. 

Her hair was unique being as if ice was in it, but that is impossible in this weather.  Her eyes opened and that is when I hid.  She looked around and tears fell from her face as she sat down on the sand. 

"Zen.....H-how could you?  Now you made me realize I have no more feelings or emotions and I am completely numb.  Everyone just hurts everyone.  Forget you...I have been so... so stupid...stupid, stupid humanics.  I hate them all." Then she closed her eyes and laid her head on the sand once more. 

I crept away from her.  Quick I must make sure Seivon doesn't see her.  But then it was too late, he was going towards her.

"Melody, come quick.  Some person in unconscious." He didn't know her.  Was it not her?  Oh phew.  I waved my arm at Ashton who came peering at her intensively.  Whoa....Was he liking her.

"Oh yes.  Who is she?" Ashton asked.  That was not a normal question.

"Oh you interested in her?  Or are you crushing..?" I grinned and he looked shocked at my question and turned a pale red.

"Why?  You jealous?" He joked, but I shook my head laughing back.  That is silly.

"I do not know who she is but I just found her."  That a lie.  I found her but hoped you wouldn't recognize her, so I left.  "Hey..." Seivon softly shook her.  "Are you okay?" He actually looked concerned.  Oh no.

The girl of silver blue hair yawned and rubbed her eyes.  "Oh?  What is it you want?  Be quick, I have things to do that does not have to do with your type."  She glared at us and I felt the air thicken and turn icy cold. 

They just wondered what was her problem.  And what does she mean our type?  She not racist is she?  But then again we all appear white...so who knows.

"Who are you and are you okay?" She looked annoyed with something or was it us.  Her eyes were silver blue and her hair shined icy blue.

"Kaisa.  Now leave." She told us coldly.  What with her?  I wanted to figure out, but it was useless.  She got up and left us alone.  And I knew it was not the last time we would be seeing her.

"Was that your rescuer from two years ago?" Ashton asked my question that I was afraid for the answer.  Wait what if she was actually her?

"What?" Seivon looked shocked.  "No.  I never seen her before until today.  Besides the girl who saved me has violet hair and marine blue eyes.  And her name starts with a M.  If I saw her I will know."  I looked down, after that incident all hope that we might be together disappeared.

"I wonder...." Seivon muttered looking in the distance across the sea.  What was it about her that bothered him I didn't know.  But he seemed to know a secret about her, or it at least crossed his mind.

"Look are you sure you are okay?" She looked sad almost, but at the same time she didn't hold any emotions to express that.  "Maybe we can help you.  Did you get shipwrecked?"

"..." She said nothing, but then she went on her knees and started digging in the sand.  I gasped.  That was unexpected.  But then she dug more and more, until there was a giant hole.  She threw herself in it and proceeded to bury herself.  Alive.

"Wait!  Stop!"  Ashton yelled,  "You don't want to do that!"

"Please....Whatever happened, it may be bad, it may be hard, but you could get through it.  It be alright.  Trust me, I know what it is like to go through something." Seivon muttered sadly.  He would know.

The girl looked at them warily, as Ashton helped her out.  But she remained motionless and limp.  She was actually really pale.  Maybe she needed to see a doctor.  But before anything could happen a man came running with his hair black tied up in a...Was that seaweed?

"Kaisa?...Kaisa!  Look he does not know what he is talking about.  You are amazing, not childish.  And if you are childish, it is a good thing.  He is the one at lost, not you." He was shouting to the world like he didn't care who heard him.  He was tannish with small arm muscles. 

He appeared to be a bit skinny, but he did some sort of sport.  Swimming maybe?  He had long finger nails and had some tattoos with a weird symbol on his body.  It probably meant something.  I could not help, but eye him up.  He was attractive...but way too old for me.  Shame.

"Miza..." The limp girl muttered.  Ashton set her down on the beach softly.

"Oh!  What were you doing?" The man faces us, and with his bare chest, it was hard not to ogle him.  If only he was younger, then maybe I could forget Seivon and...Oh Mel stop it.

"Found her collapsed on the beached, then she tried to...burry herself in the sand.  Does she have a doctor.  I just want to make sure she is okay.  And she is a bit cold on the skin,  so maybe..."

"Oh!  Yeah of course.  Dearest fellows of this dashing country's population, thank you.  She does.  It be fine....  Don't you worry you fine humans.  I mean you are quite fineeeee." Then he takes the girl and walks off. 

My mouth was hanging opened and I starred at him in shock.  Seivon eye's were wide and Ashton looks just concerned for her.

"Should we let her stay with him?" I laughed, and shook my head.

I wonder what would happen next.

It wasn't until a few weeks later the girl registered to our school, and everyone kinda shunned her.  She always remained alone, but I wanted her to be included so I made it my personal mission to befriend her, with Ashton too, of course.
