Did I do something to those people who wanted to murder me in the past? What should I do now? There is an intruder on this ship, it's either the worker or the guards here.

I wrapped my arms and scan the cabin which was set on fire. Who? When? Who is the mastermind? There is no way the boss would actually came here and murder me himself/herself.

We need a clue, a good one.

"Stella, let's go back. I will investigate this matter myself." Ethan taps on my shoulder with a worried face.

"No, even if I'm your wife, I can't always let your take care of my mess! I will do it this time." I gripped Ethan hand and gave him a smile.

He sighed but nod in agreement, I kissed him on cheek to thanks him. Half of the cabin nearly turned into ashes, the intruder must have stepped on the explosion bomb I used.

However, if the intruder did come in then why isn't there any scream when they come in...? It's either using magic or they used some unknown substances to activate the trap.

I scanned the whole floor to find if there were any powder on the floor. I went to open the window to let the light in. The light came from the sun make the floor turn glittery.

My second theory turned right, they used the magic powder to see if there any traps set in my cabin. I crouch down and swipe my finger across the wooden floor and rub my fingers together to feel the texture of the substances.

It was chalky....

I took the risk and decide to sniff it. There weren't any sort of weird smell but my nose could easily smell thing. The faint smell of wild rose pass through my nose.

The wild rose which can only find in the demon dimension where Ethan's war took place. This flower is beautiful yet deadly, so when someone said

Yah...don't be happy about that, they literally slapped your face with a smile. However, there was someone who sneaked the wild rose in the empire in my previous life.

The first wild rose that landed in Winchester was sold in the black market. Black Market was actually owned by Roman Harlequin who actually reported all kind of activities to the emperor. Once someone brought slaves in, they will be immediately arrested by the guards.

Spies will be placed inside the market and they will report their activities to Roman.

So black market in Winchester is legal, PEACE ARE ALWAYS AN OPTION.

However in my previous life, once Roman was killed by Edgar, the black market began to went wild as they soon sold slaves and dangerous stuffs.

The wild rose was brought in and Edgar began to learn about it. He soon figured the use of it then turn it into explosion.

But...there is another year before Edgar takes over....unless Edgar begin to makes his move.

The events now begin earlier then I expected. The kidnapping was not a coincidence, the fire too.

There is indeed bug planted everywhere. There is one on the ship, but who?

I searched for more evidences and clue until my hand went pass something, similar to fabric. I grab it and pull it my hand out from underneath the bed.

A fresh new piece of fabric...blue fabric with Graham empire logo designed on it...

Only the guards have this kind of uniform...the intruder is the guard but there are at least 20 guards. Edgar then is really serious, he's even planted his spies in Graham.

I quickly put the fabric piece inside then quickly sneak to Ethan's room.

"Stella? Did you find something?" Ethan stood up from his chair.

I smiled and show him the piece.

"Ethan, send your best and trustedguards to check every single guards's uniforms without letting them know."

"You mean you wanted to execute the 'Non alert' plan?"

"Yep, cause no one plan to alert the intruder, ya know. Because that would be dumb."
