Mrs Anne is a bubbly young woman overflowing with dreams and ideas.  She encourages freedom and independence, and her classes are literally just "here's a new way to do this, now go create art!"  She doesn't care if it's good or bad, pastel or paint, pencil or crayon; she just wants you to express yourself.
