Title: Letters to Konoha

Summary:
Mysterious letters keep delivering themselves to the citizens of Konoha. All the letters have the same pattern on the wax seal; two quills crossed over. No one knows who's sending the letters, all they know is that it's a girl and if they send a letter with the same wax seal, she responds.

A lot of people have made somewhat friends with the mystery person, the village even gave her a nickname, "Valentine".
People have requested to meet Valentine many times. Only problem is, this girl isn't in their world, she's in somewhere completely different, and she has no idea that she's been pen pals with a ninja village for over 5 years.

That was the first thing Kakashi heard as he stepped into his apartment. His eyebrow twitched at what he saw before him. Today really wasn't his day. First his 'rival' comes along to try and challenge him. Again. Only this time he was more persistent. Then he is told by the Hokage, he has to test ANOTHER three academy fresh Gennin. Then he gets sent on a mission with a very stuck up client. And now he comes home to a 10 year old, red headed, girl, collapsed on the floor, rubbing her foot that she banged on the corner of his coffee table.

This really wasn't his day...

Another string of curses came from the girl as she sat up, still rubbing her foot. She mumbled something about... Vikings? Kakashi wasn't to sure. The girl paused and looked up, finally noticing kakashi who was still standing at the door with a very unamused expression.

She blinked at him before standing up and rubbing the back of her head sheepishly. "Hi there" she said to cheerfully for Kakashi's liking. "Sorry to barge in like this." She glanced from side to side at the small apartment, littered with orange books and papers that were scattered across the floor.

"Nice place you got" the girl said awkwardly as Kakashi just stood there, re-thinking his life choices.

Eventually he sighed. "Look I'll just get to the point. I haven't had the greatest day. I'm tired, hungry and just want to go to bed, so if you could just tell me who you are and why your here, then that would be great."

The girl blinked at him again, slightly surprised. "Huh. Well that's a new reaction. I was half expecting you to shank me or something."

Kakashi gave her a look that basically said he was 110% done with her and everyone's shit today.

The girl raised her hand in defence. "Sheesh, calm down dude." The look intensified.

"Alright fine!" She walked up to him and held out a hand. "The names Merlin, and I'm here because I can't read while running!"

Title: Under a Black Flag

Summary:
It's the 1700s! The golden age of piracy! And captain Levi Ackerman is an infamous pirate that has taken to the seas. He, along with his crew, are on a mission: to kill any and all Titans.

But one day the crew come across a wreckage; leftovers from an attack by a Titan ship. While sailing passed it they pick up some surprisingly alive guests, all of whom belong to the navy.

"Well you're certainly not the fish we were hoping to catch." Said a man from the side, seemingly unfazed by the way the navy captain sputtered again, feeling another surge of seawater rise up in his throat. As he vomited the water back up he caught a glance of a black flag. He froze finally understanding Krista's panic before he went under. This was not the rescue he had hoped for.

"The hell's a soldier like you doing in the middle of the sea?"

The captain's heart hammered in his chest, thumping against his ribcage. He used the little strength he had left to force himself up into somewhat of a defensive position. Unfortunately, only succeeding in tangling himself up more into the net.

"Put me back" he coughed out dragging himself onto his knees.

"In the ocean?" One of the Pirates asked skeptically, she was a young girl with red hair tied into 2 short ponytails. She looked nothing like a fearsome pirate. "Why on earth would you want to be put back?"

Before the officer could give another painful reply, another pirate spoke up. The pirate captain.

"If you're that eager to die darlin', you could just ask nicely. We can kill you just fine. But I believe my friends here asked you some questions." The pirate stepped forward, eyes gleaming and placed the tip of their sword to the heaving soldier's throat. "What's a pretty thing like you doing in the middle of nowhere?"

Summary:
"Heather you know you it too dangerous for you to fight back! You're-" her mother paused and so did Heather. A small air of silence came between the two.

Heather turned to her with a glare. "I'm what mom? Powerless? Helpless?" She mocked turning around fully. "Not my brother? Not you? Not dad? Quirkless?" She continued, her anger finally reaching the max. "The list could go on!" She finished.

Her mother realising how this could escalate spoke in a more calm manor. "I'm just trying to keep you safe-"

"Because I can't defend myself without a quirk right? Isn't that what it is!-"

"Yes! That's exactly what it is!" Her mother finally snapped and another pause went round the room.

"Just get out." Heather finally said through clenched teeth. Her mother didn't complain.
