Allison's POV

"L-Levi," I cried as my hands were shaking while it was slowly holding Levi 's body full of blood that fell down on the floor.

I screamed his name as his eyes were slowly closing. 

"Levi! Hold-on, okay?!" I held his hand and rubbed his hair. I placed my other hand on his face and pleaded with him through my stare. The tears in my eyes also fell down on his face.

"A...Ali," he called as his lips twisted out in pain.

"Let's bring him to the hospital! Now!" I ordered and screamed again.

Harley lifted him up and brought him with his hands. The blood kept on flowing on the floor as we rushed to bring him up to the van.

I never thought that he would save my life. He put his life in risk just to save me from my sister. The hell! I would never forgive myself if something happened to him. 

Boss Rom led my parents to the hospital as well. The other Vigilantes were chasing my sister from running away. However, I couldn't help not to worry about Levi. I was on his side while Harley was driving for us. He was holding his breath heavily as his hands twirled on mine.

"Levi! Please! Hold on!" I cried again. The tears in my eyes never ended to stream down.

The car stopped in front of the emergency area. I quickly opened the door until the nurses came into our place with the sketcher they brought.

They lifted his body. I was biting my lips to stop it from trembling and my nails were grinding together as I stared at them, bringing Levi in the emergency room.

Sh*t! Not this time. Not him, please! I could not bear the pain if I lost him. 

Tears were streaming down my face as I followed them inside. Harley was on my side. He kept on rubbing my back to comfort me. He invited me to sit down in the waiting area beside the emergency room.

I only put my hands on my toes and looked down. I felt wasted right now. My mind could not think properly.

"Ali!" I heard the footsteps running to our place and the voice who called me was from Boss Rom.

I lifted my head up and stared at them. The worry in their eyes was evident but I only gave them no emotion at all.

"Your parents are resting in a room from the second floor," Boss Rom stated.

I made a fake smile. "Thank you."

All of our eyes turned when we all heard the click of the door from the emergency room. The doctor showed up from inside. I quickly stood up and walked towards him. He removed his mask and faced me.

"How is he?" I asked while my face was wearing the worry inside me.

"He lost his blood too much and there's a bullet buried in his back. We need to have a blood donor for him as soon as we pulled the bullet through the surgery," the doctor answered.

"The hell!" I cursed but Harley was silently comforting me after he followed at my back.

"We will bring him to the isolation room for now before the surgery."

"Thank you, Doc."

He nodded and walked back inside the emergency room. I was massaging the side of my head to hide how wasted I am.

The door of the emergency room opened again. This time the nurses and the doctor showed together with the sketcher where Levi was peacefully sleeping. I tightly closed my eyes and the fist of my palm. I could not take to see him like that. I'd rather be in his place than seeing the important person in my life suffering because of me.

"He will be alright," Harley assured as he  tapped my shoulders. I leaned back and placed my head on his shoulders for a moment.

The doctor allowed us to go into the isolation room. After a moment, I saw myself beside the  hospital bed of Levi. He was wearing his hospital dress and different kinds of apparatus were inserted on him. He was peacefully sleeping with his oxygen in the mouth. There was also a bandage rolled over his head.

I was wearing the mask and hospital dress as I entered inside. I held his hand and stared at him.

"Levi, are you crazy? Why did you do that? Why did you risk your life for me? Don't expect that I would thank you for saving me because I don't like you to be here right now! " I preached even though he could not hear me.

I bit my lips as I tried to control the tears from streaming down again.

"Fight for yourself, okay? I'll be waiting for you. Please! Levi." The tears eventually fell down again. I couldn't believe that the person who I can lean on in my weakest point was the reason for those cries right now.

Boss Rom also entered inside. We both remained silent to the point that the sound of the machine behind the bed was echoing in the room.

"They are still chasing and investigating your sister." Boss Rom broke the silence.

"Don't stop to trace her. She needs to pay from what she did." The fire in my eyes was burning in hatred as I looked at him.

"Yes, Ali. I know. It's our job to do it. By the way, your parents want to see you." I kept my eyes on him for a moment while my lips were slightly opened.

"Thank you, Boss." I turned my eyes back to Levi and stood up from my chair.

I let Boss Rom stay at the side of Levi. I took a deep breath as I closed the door. I started to walk towards the room of my parents.

I knew that I was not ready to face them but I needed to know the truth. I needed to find my whole self because it felt like there was a missing piece in my life right now.

I clicked the door knob of the room and totally opened the door. As I showed myself inside, their eyes were directly looking at me. They were both sitting on their own bed.

I smiled a bit as I walked towards the chair in between them. In all honesty, I couldn't even burst out my anger at them because it's for the sake of myself and my family I was here beside them.

I sat down on the chair and crossed my legs. I did not give a word first and I let them talk about all the things they wanted to say.

"Ali. Darling. I… I'm sorry," Mom said and burst out her tears.

"We do not want both of you to be hurt. The solution of our problem is to separate your sister with you," Dad explained.

I crossed my arms under my chest and turned my eyes back and forth between them.

"Why did you hide it for so long?! It took almost ten years! And why did you let her live without our presence?!"

Mom cried over and over again. "It was painful for us especially for me when you woke up in the hospital then all of a sudden you cannot even remember us, your parents. I really did not know what I would do…"

"...You were so traumatic to the point that you do not want to see us. So, we decided to move Madi away from you. We decided to tell you that you were adopted. Madi left the orphanage after we came back. Everyone did not know where she went until through the years we found her, serving a fortunate family," Mom told everything even though she was having a hard time breathing.

I sighed. "My memories are not yet completely back."

"It takes time, Ali. Sorry for all the pain that we've caused in yourself. I know that you do not deserve it," Dad stated.

"Take care of yourself. That's enough for me." I smiled, holding each of their hands.

Meanwhile, the door opened unexpectedly. Harley showed from outside. He was rushing and running out of breath as he looked at me.

"Levi is awake. He wants to see you," he uttered.

I quickly stood up and let go of my parents. "I'll be back."

I and Harley rushed ourselves to go back to the isolation room. My heart was pounding rapidly as I ran towards the room. I stopped when I reached the door. I held my breath first and closed my eyes for a moment. Harley gave the hospital a dress and mask.

I walked inside the room after I wore the mask. His eyes roamed as I entered inside. I went beside him.

"Levi! What are you feeling right now? Are you alright?!" I asked as I held his hand again. He was breathing heavily with the oxygen tube in his mouth.

"A...Ali. My s-strong woman. My V-Vigilante partner."

"Shhh. Don't talk if you can't. Get well, okay?" I demanded as we stared at each other.

"T-Take care of yourself, Ali. This w-would be the last time t-that I-I could protect you." Tears from his eyes fell down.

"What are you saying?! No. You will be alright, okay? Fight for yourself, Levi." I held his hand tightly as I closed my lips deeper. 

"I'm h-happy that I met y-you. I'm happy that you b-became part of my l-life."

Tears streamed down on my face. I couldn't take it. The pain was kept on burying in my heart. It felt like in just a moment I might lose him. I'm scared that I might lose someone again in my life. Not this time, please!

"I can say that I can l-leave you peacefully now. I can say that I have already done my m-mission in life."

"Don't say that, Levi! Don't! Please!" I looked down for a moment and let my tears fall down. It felt like it was more painful than before that made my heart buried in hell.

"But there's one thing I want to say aside from good bye. The thing that I kept for months."

I only answered my cries on him. I felt his hand that was placed on my chin. He lifted it up and let my eyes face him.

He smiled a bit. "I wanted to say that you're not just an important p-person in my life. You're not just my Vigilante p-partner…"

He took a deep breath from the oxygen tube. "You're my everything, Ali. I love you."

The time that he said it, his hand suddenly moved away from my face. His hands started to tremble continuously as his breath was heavily pounding.

"Levi!" I tapped his face the time he closed his eyes. "Levi!"

"Call the doctor!" I screamed as I remained my hands on him. I looked at the machine and his heart was slowly beating.

The hell! No! Please!

It took a minute when the doctor came with the nurses. I stood up and the doctor quickly checked his pulse. The heartbeats on the machine's screen kept on slowing down.

I was walking back and forth while my teeth were biting my nails. Sh*t! Not him, please!

"Levi!" I called from where I was standing. My tears were still streaming down as I witnessed him suffering.

The doctor placed a two flat iron look like on his chest after they opened his hospital dress.

"One! Two! Three! Clear!" His body lifted up for a moment and it turned back again on the bed.

They made it for how many times but in just a moment the heartbeats from the screen were slowly creating a straight line until it reached the end.

"LEVI!!!" I burst out all my tears as I went on his side and hugged his body. I cried over and over again with his side.

"LEVI!!!" I screamed in pain again.

The doctor announced his time of death. I looked at the wall clock above us and stared at it.

It's 10:01 in the evening when my Vigilante partner left me again.
