"Are you okay now?" Yanlis asked as she gave wiped Wen Qing's mouth, and fed her a glass of water.

While Kexing sat with Zhishu's head on his lap, and Yibo sat beside him with his eyes focused on the black cloud which had engulfed Zhan.

"I am fine," Wen Qing replied," You must be shocked right?" she asked Yanli.

Yanli only smiled lightly, it's okay, I knew that you all are not really normal, I had a hunch."

Wen Qing gave her a slight nod, "Thanks for helping all of us."

"It's nothing, I am happy to help," she replied with her same smile, and glanced at the black cloud in the middle of the living room,

After all this matter has been dragged too long it should now.'

 Meanwhile, Kexing glanced at Yibo, who was sitting there quietly, "So you are his...lover?" he asked even though he knew the answer.

Yibo glanced at him, observed his featured curious eyes and a familiar face.

"You must be his brother," Yibo replied.

Kexing flinched slightly when he heard the word brother from Yibo's mouth he also felt a little weird when he saw Yibo, unable to believe that this was the same kid from the neighborhood with whom he played once, someone whom he once considered his friend.

Kexing sighed and patted Zhishu's head gently, "Brother huh?"

"Just so you know," Yibo said as he leaned back, "Zhan didn't have his memories that's why he didn't recognize you."

Kexing nodded, "Zhan had told me that you killed his parents, which were not actually his parent well good job...I should thank you for killing those fiends I wish I was there as well."

Yibo smiled very slowly almost invisible if someone didn't look carefully they wouldn't see it, "I was very satisfied while killing them, I truly enjoyed torturing them"

"Did you make them beg?" Kexing asked with curiosity.

"Hell yeah," Yibo asked,

"Fuck I should have been there." Kexing said, well you grew up to be a nice man kid, back then you were so skinny."

"You grew up to be a good kid as well, back then you were so clingy."

Both of them looked at each other and smiled,

This brat has not changed 

Both of the thoughts, "By the way, did you know from the start that Zhan was not their son?"

Yibo shook his head, "At first I thought he was their child so I hated him, my original plan was to kill him with his parents, but unexpectedly I fell in love."

Kexing scoffed, "How cliche"

"I cringed too, like come on I thought it only happened in novels I didn't expect to fall in love."

"Then."

"Then I thought that I would not kill him just lock him up, the deeper our relationship became the more I found out about him, I figured that his parents, no scratch that those killers were mages,

But Zhan had no idea about it, not just that he had absolutely no idea about supernatural creatures, he assumed that he was a normal human."

That was when I started looking into his family he gave me complete access to his life's confidential information everything so it wasn't tough I had also done a DNA test to know the truth.

And the results were just what I had expected."

Kexing's expression had become serious as well, "So those people erased his memories and raised him as his son after brutally killing his parents?"

Yibo nodded,"He loved him very much, I thunk he still does and he will always love them, at that time I had no idea that there was a seal on him."

"I had no idea that he was the neighborhood kid I had once played with I thought that both of you had died, but when I was torturing those people they confessed who he was," Yibo said.

Kexing clenched his fist, "Did they tell you why they had spared Zhan?"

Yibo nodded, "They told,e that they had a kid too, but their child had dies they reached Zhan's parents, to bring their child back but Zhan's parents refused.

While my parents exorcised their child's spirit when they saw Zhan they were reminded of their child so they took him and raised him as his own.

I had thought that you two die, so how did you two got separated?" Yibo asked.

Kexing sighed, "My brother wanted to save you, so after he bought me out he went back to get you but he never came back, so I assumed that he was dead."

"Oh," Yibo said slowly, "He loved you though he thought he has no memory of you he still came running once he heard about your accident and yelled at me because he thought that I would hurt you."

Kexing smiled, "Nagging older brother he is, he loves you too though that day when he collapsed in front of my house, I took him inside and tended to him and while he was sleeping he was calling out your name."

Yibo scoffed, "I am sure he must be having a nightmare about me."

"Well I saw his wounds and you should be a little gentle don't you think?"

"It was his fault, he provoked me."

"What did he do, for you to go all beast on him Just by looking at his body I could tell how passionate the night would have been."

"He kissed another girl and was about to sleep with her, he cheated on me," Yibo said with slight anger

"Oh, but didn't you guys broke up? he told me that this was after he found out that you killed those killers."

"So what we never brought break up, so he cheated on me."

This time it was Wen Qing who spoke, "Well didn't you lie to him and then killed the people he assumed to be his parents? and then again lied to him and then took his shares and then did all those things?"

Kexing who was sitting in the middle could sense Wen Qing's hostility.

"Oh Wen Qing," Yibo said feeling quite embarrassed to face her after all this time,  "sorry for getting you fired."

Wen Qing fumed with anger While Kexing looked shockingly at Yibo, "Hey man that's  how can you bring that up so suddenly?"

"Um..also sorry for making Zhan yell at you, and insulting you and umm...." before Yibo could complete Wen Qing got up on her trembling legs fuming with anger and liked Yibo in the abdomen, which made him double.

"You fucking son of a bitch." Wen Qing as she kicked him twice more, "I hope you choke on air and die."

she said and sat beside Yanli again who gently caressed her forearm trying to calm her down.

"That would be a very embarrassing death," Kexing said.

Wen Qing then placed her hand on Kexing's shoulder before saying, "Listen here Kexing you are a good kid, and you are Zhan's brother so I am warning you to stay away from this fiend."

Yibo smiled, "How can he do that, I am going to be his brother-in-law soon, you idiot."

Wen Qing again fumed with anger, "Bold of you to assume that he will marry you."

"Why not, I am tall, handsome, have a good job,  I am smart, intelligent, and I am also good in bed."

Wen Qing, "You are a narcissist."

"I am stating those facts how does that make me a narcissist?"

Yanli and Kexing just looked back and forth while suppressing their smiles.

"You two can be good friends," Yanli said

"WHAT!!"

"EWW"

"YUK"

The two of them said together 

"The only reason I tolerate her is because of Zhan"

"The only reason I tolerate him is because of Zhan"

Both of them said together 

Suddenly Zhishu opened his eyes startling everyone he sat down and glared at everyone.

"Can you all just fucking shut up and let me sleep?" he said before laying down on Kexing's lap again.

Author's note: Wohoo this chapter was really fun to right Kexing and Yibo's friendship and Wen Qing and Yibo's rivalry.

FYI wen Qing is not in love with Zhan this scenario is similar to when your Best friend hates your lover.
