Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Three and an half hours later

Three hours had seem like an eternity for Cassie, Alexis, Matt and everyone who had made it to the hospital in a effort to get an update on Cassie's husband Trevion who was still in surgery after being shot twice in the chest and once in the thigh area. People such as Allen, Doc, Rebecca and Ashley had come to support Cassie as she was arguably going through the roughest time in her life. Hell even her superiors in Vince, Stephanie and Paul had shown up to express their prayers in hopes Tre would make a full recovery. They had also told her Ron would be fired and charged with attempted murder as they had zero-tolerance for gun violence around the work environment. But filing charges was the least of Cassie's worries as something else had been occupying her mind as her best friends in Rebecca, Jessica, Ashley and her sister Lauren began to take notice. All four beautiful ladies approached the equally easy-on-the-eyes Cassie.

Lauren: Walk with us sis.

Cassie: Sure Lauren.

After walking for half and an hour in the hospital the quartet of ladies stopped right in front of Cassie.

Lauren: Ok spill Cassie, what's going on with you?

Cassie looks at her older sibling bewildered

Cassie: Oh nothing in particular, except my husband just got SHOT!!! And now he's currently fighting for his life!!!

Lauren and everyone is taken aback at Cassie shouting at them given she didn't yell from the top of her lungs often.

Cassie: I'm sorry ladies but as you can imagine I'm going through an array of emotions.

Jessica: As you should Cass but how do you think we feel; we all care for Trevion in our own way.

Cassie just begins to tear up...

Ashley: Cassie what's wrong?

Cassie: I don't know how to say this but ladies, I'm pregnant.

Everyone is shocked by this new revelation but none more than Cassie's sister Lauren; Everyone just swarmed on Cassie hugging the life out of her

Lauren: My God this is, this is huge baby sister; I mean a new life is growing inside your stomach Cassie!!!

Cassie: I'm excited too but it'll be all for naught if Trevion doesn't pull through; I mean I can't do this alone.

Rebecca: How long have you known lass?

Cassie: Well while I was fighting Ronda earlier tonight, I felt as if I had to vomit all match long and low and behold the minute I make it to Tre and I's locker room I made a beeline for the bathroom and spewed the contents of my stomach.

Ashley: Oh my god TMI Cassie!!

Jessica: Exactly my sentiments, that's gross you're getting off topic.

Cassie: Sorry, anyway I then realized I packed a Clearblue Pregnancy test pack so I grabbed one and did the whole process and several minutes the test revealed I'm now an expectant mother.

Lauren: Well now Trevion has reason to wake up now I mean he's gonna be a dad.

Cassie: I know and if know that husband of mine, he'll pull through; the last words he said before he passed out were I'm your warrior I'm going to be as resilient for your sake. But guys I don't want this getting out yet, I want to tell him in my own way.

Ashley: But have you told Shane, what does this mean for your title reign?

Cassie: We've already talked it over and he's allowing me to relinquish the title and he's also granting me maternity leave.

Rebecca: I guess we have a lot of slack to pick up with the champ out for the next nine months?

Cassie: Don't worry ladies, I have faith you women can carry the division to new heights while I'm gone; but just know when I'm back to full strength and my baby is happy/healthy, I'm coming back for my crown.

Jessica: We wouldn't have it any other way.

Just then Mercedes and Alexis popped their heads across the corridor.

Alexis: Hey guys the surgeon's out and she's got an update.

Cassie: Let's go.

As the ladies headed back, a raven-haired surgeon who looked to be in her late twenties to early thirties came through the doors of the surgery suite as she approached Cassie and Tre's family.

Surgeon: Are you the family of Trevion Alexander Butler?

Cassie: I'm his wife... just tell me straightforward is Trevion going to make it.

Surgeon: It didn't seem like it at first in fact he actually died twice on the table.. but we were able to resuscitate him without any problem and the bullets were removed; I can now tell all of you here tonight that Trevion will make a full recovery and is resting comfortably in Room 254 across the way. I only ask that two people visit at a time as anymore could overwhelm Trevion and we don't want that.

Everyone then looks at Cassie and surprisingly Trevion's younger sister Tracey.

Tracey: I can understand Cassie, but why me?

Martha: You're his sister, I think seeing his wife and his sister would best for now.

Tracey: Fine but I'll go second it looks like my sister-in-law has something to say to him.

Cassie: Thanks Tracey, I swear it won't take long.

Trevion's hospital room.

Cassie entered the room with the intention of telling her husband that she was expecting their first child. But she came to the surprise of seeing her husband actually WALKING in front of her. It had been as if Trevion wasn't even affected the bullets that penetrated his body but his body told a different story as he stitches over where he had been shot on his thigh and on his chest. But Cassie absolutely did not give a fuck; she just wanted to comfort her husband. She then bolted towards him and hugged hard but not hard enough to exacerbate his wounds worse than what they're already were.

Cassie: SWEETHEART!!!!

Trevion though hurt from the three gunshot wounds returned the hug with equal passion and then kissed her forehead

Trevion(Voice Raspy): Didn't I tell you I'd make a full recovery?

Cassie: Stop playing you obviously haven't recovered if the surgeons are saying you died twice.

Trevion: Yeah I'm not going to lie; there was actually a part of me that thought I wouldn't survive.

Cassie: But here you are and its a good thing you're still alive because I have something to tell you.

Trevion: Oh no I know that look, come sit on my lap and tell me what's wrong.

Trevion then leads her to the chair near his hospital bed and Cassie breathes in and out before beginning to speak.

Cassie: Ok, well remember that day we moved into that manor in Orlando; and when young Josh and Destiny and how I said I wanted my legacy to go beyond wrestling and I wanted to have a family at some point?

Trevion: Yeah I said the same thing.

Cassie: Well now's as good a time as any... Trevion, I'm pregnant.

Trevion looks at her with a mixture of surprise, happiness, and utter joy on his face.

Trevion: I'm going to be a father....

Cassie: You mean you're not upset?

Trevion just kisses her on the lips repeatedly

Trevion: Why the fuck would I be upset? The love of my life, my wife has new life growing inside of her!!!! I'm happy beyond comprehension!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cassie: Take it easy knucklehead...

Trevion: How far along are you Cassie? Do you want to do a gender reveal? When's the due date?

Cassie: Hey relax ok? The answer is I'm about a week along, I'm not sure yet, and since I found out about an hour ago and its November right now so some time around after Summerslam next year.

Trevion: Well what about your title reign?

Cassie: I've talked it over with Shane and he said I can relinquish the title on the SmackDown Live in Anaheim.

Trevion: Well I'm coming along then.

Cassie: No absolutely not, you're still healing.

Trevion: Doc says I can leave, I just have to fill out some boring paperwork. But once that's done, we get to hit the road again.

Cassie: Ok but you have to take it easy, that's an order soldier.

Trevion: You're one to talk, you have a baby growing inside of you.

Cassie giggles and just rubs her belly.

Cassie: You hear that baby, mommy and daddy can't wait to meet you!

The SmackDown post-Survivor Series..., Anaheim, California.

Cassie and Trevion are in the ring, ready to reveal their big news to the WWE Universe.

Crowd: THUNDER! THUNDER! THUNDER!

Trevion: Thanks guys, I appreciate all the love and support you've all shown to me during my recovery period. But this isn't all about me, Cassie has something to tell you Iconic fans here in Anaheim.

Cassie: That's right sweetheart I have a very huge surprise for all of you.

The fans in the arena intently stare and listen at the 26-year old Australian bombshell.

Cassie: During my match against Ronda Rousey, I felt as if I had to vomit all night long; so after my match I ran to our locker room and I bolted for the bathroom and I vomited. That's when I realized something may've been wrong with me. Which is why I took a test.

Some of the occupants began to ooh and some cheered. Cassie then begins to tear up crying but with joy in those tears as Trevion puts an arm around her waist.

Cassie: This particular test revealed... that I was pregnant.

The crowd went into an absolute frenzy when the news first broke.

Cassie: However WWE Universe, with my being an expectant mother, it means I have to relinquish the SmackDown Women's Championship.

The crowd begins to boo.

Cassie: Now don't you guys fret; I might be gone for nine months and some change but I'll be back and when I'm back whoever is holding this championship, just know I will be back to make this here title once again ICONIC!!! But in the meantime, my amazing husband will hold down the fort.

Cassie's music play throughout the arena as the Iconic couple made their exit.
