Hi there! My name is Skylar Alexander Rich, I'm 16 and I live in the third strongest werewolf pack. I wish I lived in the second or first though, I heard they're really nice. I don't think my pack likes me very much, They always hit me and yell at me even though I'm the alpha's son. My parents let them do it, they even do it too sometimes. My job is to cook and clean for my pack, Today I have to gather food for them. I hope everything goes well, if it does maybe they'll let me eat something good tonight! Oh, by the way. My wolf's name is Cloud.

Skylar smiled to himself as he walked through the woods, gathering food. "I-It's such a pretty day!" He said to himself as he picked berries, mushrooms, and different plants. He gathered everything he needed and walked back to the pack grounds, as he walked he heard a rustling in the bushes making him turn around "H-Hello?" He said as slowly walked towards the bush with caution, right as he got in front of it a baby bunny popped out. "A-Aww!" He yelled, picking it up as he did the Alpha walked up behind him "Is that our dinner?" Skyler tensed "N-No sir." "Why not?" "W-What?" "Did I stutter faggot?" "N-No sir, I-Its just that the bunny is way too small for the whole pack to eat." "Then how about you eat it then?" The Alpha smirked at Sky. in return, the small teenage boy teared up at the thought. "B-But it's only a baby" "Then you two have something in common, I order you to cook that thing and eat it tonight. You'll be sitting with the whole pack tonight." The alpha said before walking away, Skyler sniffled and waited till he was out of sight before hiding the baby bunny. "I-I don't care what happens to me, I won't let him make me eat you." He kissed the baby bunnies head before walking away.

*Time skip to dinnertime at the pack grounds*

Skylar just finished setting the huge pack table as everyone started coming in, as they did he looked up to see the Alpha grinning at him. This made him start shaking and look at the floor. "H-Hello sir" "Wheres your dinner you worthless mutt?" "I-It ran away and I couldn't catch it" After Sky said that the whole pack started laughing as the Alpha slapped him. "I knew you were weak but I didn't know you were that weak! I don't want someone as weak and as worthless as you in my sight, go before I show you how we deal with weaklings in this pack!" Skyler nodded and teared up, as he ran away he could hear the whole pack yelling "WEAKLING! WORTHLESS MUTT! YOU COULDN'T EVEN CATCH A BABY BUNNY!" Skyler ran down the basement stairs with tears streaming down his face. As he got down half the stairs his foot caught on something and he ended up falling down the rest of the stairs then onto the cold, hard floor. Instead of getting up, he curled into a ball and cried himself to sleep.

*The next morning*

Skylar woke up in a soft bed. As he opened his eyes he realized that he was snuggled up to a hard, warm chest. He tensed up but immediately relaxed when he realized that it was the only person in the pack who loved him and took care of him, his older brother Hurricane. Hurricane looked at Skylar and smiled "Hey Sky Sky, I found you freezing in the basement so I convinced dad to let you sleep with me." Skylar smiled at Hurricane and snuggled into him more. "I-I love you Hurricane." "I love you more Sky, I would never let anything happen to you." "T-Thank you Cane" Sky said with a yawn. Hurricane chuckled "Go back to sleep Sky, I'll make breakfast for the pack" Skylar nodded and went back to sleep but little did he know that soon everything would change.

I put alot of time and effort into this first chapter, If you guys like this book I'll make more chapters. On a side note, I may be discontinuing 'Her Guardian Angel' since I have no inspiration to continue on with it, but I may try to redo it if you guys want me to! I also wanted to say that this is going to have alot about Sky in it, Alot will also be about Sky and John's relationship but for the first few chapters, it will be mainly about Skylar.
