Reina: I'm back again! Here's the next chapter!

You stood there in shock. Your breathing slowed as your attacker slowly turned you around.

"You're... Not a Vampire," he said in shock.

"No duh," you replied.

"Why are you here then? Are you a food source?"

"No," you spat. "I'm one of the maids."

He kept his knife up. "I don't believe you."

"If I was a vampire," you countered, "the cross around your neck would have damaged me."

The assailant cursed. "Show me the vampires."

"No," you muttered as you whipped out your knife. "I will not betray my employers."

"They've brainwashed you," he countered.

"I almost ran awa-" You freeze upon realizing what you were saying. You didn't want to give him any wrong ideas.

Unfortunately, you failed at doing so.

"See? I told you..."

You blink and slashed with the dagger, cutting off part of his mask, revealing amber yellow eyes. He attempted to slash you with his dagger, but you ducked down and kicked his legs out from underneath him.

"Ha!" You yell.

The man, however, rolled over and lashed out, causing you to fall down. He then grabbed you and threw you over your shoulder.

"You're coming with me!" He yells.

"Let her go!"

Some vines shot out from beneath the ground and grabbed your assailant. In an attempt to free himself, your were dropped on the ground. The vines disappeared as Corrin and Leo ran forward. Leo held a book open and had his hand pointed at the intruder, surrounded by dark energy. Corrin picked you up and inspected you for injuries.

"Are you hurt, (Y/N)?" Corrin asks?

You shake your head. "Just slightly bruised."

The intruder stared at Corrin. "What the hell?!" He yelled.

"What?" She and Leo replied.

The intruder points at Corrin. "You look my brother."

Corrin frowned. "Uh... I only have two brothers. Xander and Leo."

"No, you don't." He insisted. "They're not your family."

Leo stepped forward menacingly. "Stay away from my sister."

"Why should I?" The assailant countered.

"I will kill you if you don't," Leo spat as he began to summon fire.

The assailant shrugged and put up his dagger. "Fine." He walked over to the window and jumped up. "I won't forget this... Vampire." With a jump, he was gone.

Corrin looked at you. "Did he do anything to you, (Y/N)?"

"He asked if I was a vampire. When I told him no, he tried to kidnap me, as he was convinced that you guys brainwashed me," you whisper hoarsely.

Leo scowled. "Hosh**an."

"Language!" Corrin reprimanded.

"That was a Hoshidian Vampire slayer. How did he get wind of us?"

"Dunno," Corrin replied.

Leo grabbed the edge of his cloak and began to walk away.

"Where are you going?" Corrin asked.

"I'm going to find Xander and ask him to do something for me."

"Why?" You ask. "You have to tell him about the invader, but what favor are you going to ask of him?"

Leo turned to you. "I'm going to ask Xander to declare war on Hoshido. I'm done with this petty fight."

Reina: Good job Leo. You're going to declare war without any other evidence.

Leo: But they were constantly invading us!

Reina: Go prove it to Xander.

Takumi: *ignoring Reina and Leo* This ought to change the pace of the story.

Reina: Yep!

Takumi: But you didn't tell them who the invader was.

Reina: ....

Leo: *coughs* Anyhow, to continue with the next chapter, we need seven votes.

Reina: And more than 8 votes if you want to see Leo in drag or Takumi with braided hair!

Leo and Takumi: Don't you dare!!!!!

Reina: Haha, too late!
