Reina: Here is Leora's story. Basically her life flashes before her eyes as you stab her.

Also, I switched Lamia's birth name with her mother's. The mother is now Sandra, and Lamia is now Leila.

Italics represent memories and non italicized words represent the character's thoughts about the memories.

Leora

"Do you want to see your newest sister?" My father asked me.

"No."

"That's rude, Leora."

" I don't like her," I bit back.

When my sister Lucy was born.....

I hated her.

I hated her existence.

She took my spot as the youngest child....

The baby.....

"What's got my favorite niece so down?" Aunt Lavender asked me.

"I hate Lucy."

Aunt Lavender sighed. "Don't worry Leora..... She won't last long....."

The day after talking to Aunt Lavender, Lucy disappeared. She was six months old. It destroyed mother, father, and Leila, my older sister.

While I acted sad.....

I was truly happy......

My aunt cared for me.

She loved me more than my parents did.

But then.....

"Get out," mother hissed.

"But Sandra-" Aunt Lavender began before getting cut off.

"Harm my children once more and you shall die."

It was the first time I saw mother angry.

It would also be a few years before I would see my aunt again.

"Snotty meanie."

Eventually our parents felt ill, and Leila had to take over.

"I am your older sister," she muttered icily. "And I know better."

Eventually, Aunt Lavender snuck in with the help of her two servants - Chaol and Dia.

Chaol could open up dimensions and create force fields.

Dia could make any potion in the world.

Fine skills if you ask me.

"Welcome back Lady Lavender," I smiled.

"You may call me Aunt Lavender." She smiled.

After reuniting with my aunt.....

Leila got engaged.

It wasn't fair.....

I wanted to get married first!

"Look at the pretty bride," I taunted as I entered the chapel.

Leila turned from the altar. "Leora!"

Aunt Lavender walked in with her servants Chaol and Dia. "Lavender?" Leila asked

"That's Lady Lavender to you," she snapped. She summoned daggers to throw at my sister.

I was hoping that they would hit Leila in the head.

But Aunt Lavender missed.

In a flash, Leila was standing over Aunt Lavender, stabbing her several times.

"You killed Aunt Lavender!" I wailed.

"She was going to kill me!" She shouted back as she stepped away from her corpse.

Anger boiled in my blood. Pulling out my blade, I dashed at my sister.

That was a bad idea.

I...

Regret not taking up sword fighting.

Leila slashed my face open, scarring me.

In that moment....

Chaol saved my life.

I looked at my new appearance. Blue eyes.... Platinum blonde hair.... No scars......

"It's perfect."

Ruling the Lyric province was boring.
