The newcomer stared at Corrin. "You-"

"- look like me," Corrin finished. They stared at each other dumbfounded, as did the Nohrian royals. However, as you scan the Hoshidian's faces, you notice that they seemed... Happy, with the exception of Takumi, who had realized that he had makeup on him.

The boy turned to Ryoma. "Why do I have a doppelgänger?"

"She's not your doppelgänger, Cori," Ryoma replied. "She's your twin Cora."

"MY WHAT?!?" Cori and Cora exclaimed in shock.

Ryoma sighed. "The two of you are the second prince and princess of Hoshido. Unfortunately, you were separated at a young age by Nohr when Cora got kidnapped."

"We didn't kidnap her!" Xander protested. "I was told that she lost her family!"

"By the hand of your father," Ryoma sneered.

Cori and Cora stared at each other. "So we're twins." Cora managed.

You stood there awkwardly, unsure of what to do. Ryoma and Xander continued to glare at each other, while Elise and Sakura had suddenly decided to become best friends or something, as they scampered off to some remote part of the castle, ignoring everyone's protest.

"If your sister kills my sister," Ryoma stated quietly. "I will kill you here, Vampire."

"And if your sister beheads my sister because she was told to fulfill her duty as a Vampire Hunter, you will die in that spot," Xander snarled.

Hinoka and Camilla, who had been glaring at each other, noticed the fighting and attempted to do damage control.

"Ryoma, we're just here to get Cora back."

"Xander, Elise will be fine."

Their pleas fell on deaf ears. The two elder princes continued to glare at each other. Leo and Takumi glared at each other as well while Cori and Cora stood there awkwardly. Azura was nowhere to be seen.

As you go to refill Camilla's glass with blood, Ryoma slammed his hand on the table. "Give us back Cora, Nohrian scum."

"Like hell we will!" Xander yelled.

Ryoma picked up his glass and threw it at Xander. He missed his target, as the glass nearly hit you in the head.

Everybody froze and stared at you. You nervously gulp and go to pick up the glass.

"You nearly hit (Y/N)!" Xander yelled and slammed his fist on the table, causing his glass to fall over and break.

"It's not my fault that she was behind your chair!" Ryoma snapped.

Leo scowled. "If a drop of (Y/N)'s blood fell onto the ground, it would be a declaration of war. She is a Nohrian citizen!"

Not really, you think to yourself as you carefully sweep up Xander's glass. I'm not from Hoshido either.

You look at Xander and Ryoma. "I'll get you new glasses, milords." You curtsy and leave the room, happy to no longer see the high princes fighting.

You enter the kitchen and dispose of the glass. As you go to get new glasses, a voice resonates through the halls.

"Who's that?" You ask as you leave the kitchen.

🎵"Yet the waters ever change..."🎶

You get closer to the singer.

🎵"Flowing like time...."🎵

You find Azura singing in the music room.

🎶"The path is yours to climb."🎶

You start to clap. Azura whips and stares at you in shock.

"You have a lovely voice," you state quietly.

Azura smiles. "Thank you."

You stand there and shift your feet. "Are you... Princess Azura?"

She nods. "Yes. I am Princess Azura of Nohr."

You frown. "You're from Nohr?"

"I was. But when Cora was captured... I was taken away by Hoshidian ninjas and have spent most of my life in Hoshido. While I was a prisoner... I never felt like one."

You stand there. "You were captured by ninjas?"

Azura laughs. "Yes, I was." After a few minutes, she asks, "Who are you?"

"I'm (Y/N). I was traveling through these woods when the path home was blocked, so I got hired as a maid."

"That is the strangest way to get hired," Azura laughs.

"Yeah..."

Cora dashed into the room suddenly. "I live with lunatics..." She muttered angrily.

"What?" You and Azura ask at the same time.

Cori walked into the room after Cora. "Ryoma and Xander are now throwing furniture at each other. Hinoka and Camilla found out that they have a lot in common, so they're currently chatting, and Leo and Takumi are glaring at each other...."

"Ryoma is throwing stuff at Xander?" You ask.

"Yep," the twins replied.

"Ay ya ya..." You mutter. "My life is getting difficult."

"They need to stop fighting..." Azura mutters. "They'll kill each other at this rate."

"Yeah..." You mutter. You place your hand on your hip and felt something hit your leg. You frown and reach into your pocket, pulling out the sleeping drought that you put in your pocket.

"What's that?" Azura asks.

"Just a sleeping potion I made... I must have accidentally placed it in my pocket..."

Cora's eyes lit up and she grabbed the potion. "We can put this in Ryoma and Xander's drinks!"

You snatched it from Cora. "I refuse to get executed for knocking out Ryoma and Xander. They'll know it's me."

"That's true," Azura added. "What are the odds that you hand them a drink and they happen to fall after drinking it? You'll get in trouble."

"Do it!" Cora pleads. "I want them to stop fighting!"

"I-" You struggle for words. You wanted to help Cora, but you knew that it could spell trouble for you later.

"(Y/N)."

Cori pulls your chin up and smiles. "Please do it. If anyone asks, tell them that I ordered you to." He then winks at you.

"... Okay," you cave in. You then walk to the kitchen to prepare Ryoma and Xander's drinks, with Azura, Cori, and Cora following behind you. You enter the kitchen and start to get the drinks ready.

"Where's Jakob?" You ask as you pour the pomegranate juice into Ryoma's cup.

"I sent him with the other retainers to prevent them from killing each other."

"Then why am I here?" You sigh as you get Xander's goblet and add in the blood.

"Um... I really don't know," Cora admits.

You then pull out the sleeping drought and pour three drops into each cup. "There. Now they'll fall asleep." You place both glasses onto a tray and exit the kitchen, followed by Azura and the twins. When you enter the dining hall, Cori steps in before you do, blocking a chair that was thrown at the door.

"Hey!" He yells. "You almost hit me, Ryoma!"

Ryoma and Xander stop throwing objects at each other and stare at you. "Ah, apologies...." They both mutter.

You sigh and hand both noblemen their glasses. They nod to you and drink it. When Camilla and Hinoka entered the room a few seconds later, both Ryoma and Xander passed out and fell on the ground.

"Xander?!?" Camilla gasps.

"Ryoma?!?!" Hinoka gaps.

"It works!" Cori yelled.

Leo and Takumi enter the room. "What works?" They ask.

Cori slings an arm around your shoulders, earning a glare from Leo. "I asked (Y/N) to knock out Ryoma and Xander. I was tired of them fighting."

No one said anything. You gulp nervously.

"... Maybe we all need to take some time to cool down," Leo confesses. "We're getting too worked up over nothing."

Camilla grabs Xander and hauls him up. "Let's just rest for now... But if you harm my Cora..." She glares at Takumi and Hinoka, and then takes Xander to his bed, with Hinoka walking in the opposite direction.

As soon as they left, you collapse to your knees and let out a huge breath. "That was scary."

"You got lucky..." Cora muttered.

Cori offers you a hand and helps you up. "Good job, (Y/N)! You temporarily postponed a fight for a few hours!"

"Yay..." You cheer weakly.

Leo walks up to you. "That was your work?"

You nod.

Leo grabs your hand. "I will like to see your lab..." He then drags you out of the room, leaving behind a somewhat angry Takumi and Cori, and a confused Azura and Cora.

Reina: I didn't like part of this chapter's transitions...

Leo: Well, you wrote it in a day...

Takumi: And you had to find a way to knock out our older brothers.

Reina: ... Yeah.

Leo: Hey Takumi, you still have makeup on you!

Takumi: *dashes out of the room*

Leo: *cackles*

Reina: That was mean!

Leo: *sticks out tongue*

Reina: Anyway, I decided to have male Corrin vie for your attention as well. At some point, there may be a branch of fate where you can choose between Leo and Cori, and Cori will get his own book. Don't worry, I'll work on this book as well.

Leo: And you added in Azura's song.

Reina: I couldn't resist!

Leo: Ten votes for more!

Reina: And twelve for Leo to trip!

Leo: *face palm*
