Stefan- He's really happy about it, he can't wait to be a father.

Damon- He's skeptical about it at first but with some talking and convincing he was happy about it.

Klaus- He thought you cheated at first but you went to a witch and she confirmed it was his. And he was ecstatic about it.

Elijah- He was unsure about it but then became excited and already started to get the nursery together.

Kol- He leaves you. He thinks you've been with someone else behind his back and throws accusations at you. But with the help of Elijah and Rebekah got him to see sense and apologize and buy you a big load of chocolate  And roses and things to make it up to you.

Tyler- He picks you up and spins you around among like an idiot saying I love you, over and over again.

Enzo- He was  calm about it.
