Imagine (2)

Damon Salvatore

I walked up to their doorstep. I was reluctant to knock on the door. But I did. Damon answered the door.

"Can I come in?"

"Yes," He gestured for me to come inside.

I followed his gesture. I came inside and no one else was there but me and Damon. He went to his scotch and opened it. He pored two glasses. One for me and one for him. He gave one to me and I took it. I drank it in a heartbeat.

"Listen, Stefan went through the same thing you did a while back. I could get him to help you,"

"No." I said. "First, Stefan couldn't get control without Lexi. And she's dead. Second, I'm an original. Practically impossible to stop me without killing me. Good luck doing that with only one white oak stake that Klaus has in his hands."

"I'm not going to kill you." He sat down next to me on the couch.

I heard his heart. Beating at a steady pace. My eyes began to turn and my fangs poked out.

"No," I said. I got up and tried to walk away, but the blood circulating around his body made me hungrier.

"Y/n?"

Damon got up and began to walk towards me. I sped to him and pinned him against the wall. I fought as hard as I could to not bite him. I slowly and trembly inched closer to his neck. He tried so hard to push me away, but I was too strong. I suck my fangs into his major artery. He finally worked up enough strength to grab a needle with vervain inside. He stabbed it in my back. I released him and fell to the ground.

Damon's P.O.V.

I stabbed the vervain in her back. As she fell to the ground, I carried her to the cell door.

"This is for your own good," I said.

I shut the door and locked it, then grabbed my phone. I dialed Klaus' number.

"Ah, Damon Salvatore,"

"Yeah, yeah. We are having trouble."

"We?"

"Your sister is worse than we thought."

"How so?"

"She's a ripper, but not only for human blood. She feeds on vampires, too."

"The only way to stop her is to kill her at this point. She needs Elijah, but he's in the box right now,"

"Well undagger him or whatever! We have a bigger problem than your vengeance."

"Alright fine. But if he goes off the rails on me and tries to kill me, he's going back down and he's not coming back for awhile."

"Deal."

"I know."

Niklaus Mikaelson

"What do you mean you saved me, love?" Klaus said, grabbing both my arms.

"I didn't do it for you, I did it for Elijah. Your mom had a plan and we were going to go with it, but Elijah doesn't deserve what you four did. You all deserve a punishment besides Elijah." I responded.

"There are things about Elijah you don't know, dearie. I wouldn't jump to conclusions."

"I'm not jumping to conclusions. I am making assumptions. Now, let me go,"

He held me tighter, "Or what?"

I just stared at him with blunt fear. He then released me and looked at me.

"Please, forgive me. Don't be afraid of me."

"Too late."

I walked as fast as I could out the front door. I sat in my car and took multiple deep breaths. I put my head on the steering wheel in hoping that it would help me clear my head. Suddenly the door opened. It could only be one person.

"You can't take a hint?" I said with my head still on the steering the wheel. I heard him get in, sit down then shut the car door.

"I was out of hand tonight, love." Klaus said.

"Yes you were," My head still laid on the wheel. "Why are you trying so hard?"

"I adore you and I want you in my life."

"Klaus Mikaelson? A complete and utter, mustn't leave out evil, badass, wants me? A stupid, oblivious human? I don't understand. But it is to my understanding that you are incapable of love."

"It's not about that, love. I need someone to balance out the darkness in my life. I am not incapable of love."

"Oh so like a yin and yang thing?" I teased.

"Exactly,"

I lifted my head from the wheel, but still stared off through the windshield. After a while, I looked at him, which was looking at me.

"I need to show you something," I said.

I started the car and drove to my house. On the way there, I was going over the speed limit. My house is in the countryside part of Mystic Falls.

"You're going a little fast, love."

"Trust me," I whispered.

When we got there, I went inside my house.

"I'll be outside here in a sec." I said.

"Can I come inside?" Klaus was trying to come inside my house. Funny!

"Haha, very funny. I may have brought you here, but you still have to earn my trust."

"Right,"

I changed into jeans and a tank top. I put my hair up in a ponytail and took a quick shot of vervain before I put my white converse on.

I came back outside and saw him waiting on the porch.

"Ouch. You still look stunning, love." He smiled.

"Thanks."

I shut the door with keys in my hand.

"Follow me,"

Without question, he followed me to the garage. I opened the door and it revealed a shape under tarp.

"What's under the tarp, love?"

"Just wait,"

I threw the tarp off of a black 1969 Dodge Charger Custom two door Coupe. There was also the engine poking out of the hood.

"This is amazing, love. Why are you keeping it under the tarp?"

"Because I save it for special occasions." I opened the door. "Well are you going to get in or not?"

He smiled and happily jumped inside the car.

"This is a beautiful piece of art, sweetheart."

"I know,"

Elijah Mikaelson

I woke up on a bed. It wasn't a familiar bed. It all made sense when Elijah walked into the room.

"Where am I?"

"You're being protected, love."

"Protected? From who,"

"From people like your-"

"Oh my god. My father! Is he ok?"

"He's fine. It's not him I'm worried about."

"What do you mean,"

"You're in hiding from Klaus. He won't find you as long as you participate."

I slammed myself back on the bed. He came and sat down on the edge of it.

"I'm sorry about what your father did to you," He said.

"He's been doing it for a long time," A few tears escaped my eyes. "I learned to ignore it, when the pain became the same every time."

I sat up and Elijah came and sat next to me. He wiped the tears.

"No need to fear anymore. I won't let anything happen to you," His touch and his voice made me feel so safe. The most safety I've felt in years.

"Thank you, Elijah. This means a lot to me,"

"It's no problem, love."

He gently leaned in for a kiss. It was long and intimate. Until Rebekah walked in.

"Ew, gross! Mind taking that elsewhere, brother?" She said.

"Any news on Kol?" He said.

"I found him in New Orleans. We could take your little girlfriend if you want,"

"Yeah I want to go," I said.

"It's too dangerous for you there. Klaus could be lurking around waiting for you."

"Fine, I'll stay here and get picked off by one of his hybrids instead."

Elijah looked at Rebekah and then back at me.

"Fine, you can go. But you don't leave my side. Do you got it?"

"Yes, sire." I smiled and he did the same.
