250 » main characters ++ THANK YOU
OH MY GOD I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS
basically i can't write a thank you note separately because this book has so many parts i can't add a new one, but THANK YOU, to everyone who has ever voted or commented or simply read any of these books because they've gotten me so far !! i can't explain how proud i am, which maybe sounds a bit selfish, but i remember freaking out over 300 reads and now all of these books have went over one freaking million and i am so, so, so grateful ((:
it sounds like the most cliche thing ever, but these books have really changed me, especially as a writer and i've evolved so so much and my teacher actually offered to give some of my work to a publisher so yes, these books mean the world to me. which is why i'm incredibly sad to end it, but everything has to end at some point, so does this book.
i worked on this last imagine for weeks ngl, and it took me plenty of planning and frustrated tears and laughing and tbh i enjoyed this sO MUCH and ahhh this imagine has been requested many many times, but every time i said no, but now that i've finally gotten into this shit (and i can't leave, heLP) i thought, woah, this is the perfect imagine to end these books. just a heads up, THIS IS ALMOST 6000 WORDS OOPS BUT IT'S WORTH IT I SWEAR
(i also like gifs and decided to finally use some in this chapter whoops)
so, i give you, my last tvd (and something else eHEHEH) imagine !! please enjoy, and thank you so much for everything xx

Imagine being a vampire in Mystic Falls, and being good friends with everyone so you work together when two professional hunters come in town and aim to kill every supernatural being
It was a sunny day in April, when the week of your life kicked off. You had no high expectations for the upcoming weekend, just hanging out with some friends or seeing some new movie - nothing much, considering Mystic Falls was for the first time in forever at some kind of peace. You knew it wouldn't last for long, so whilst the Mikaelsons stayed on a leash, you decided to take all the fun out of it and enjoy the days, free of worries and the lovely possibility of dying on someone's arms. It was warm and wonderful, so it was easy for you to smile while walking towards Mystic Grill, with your leather jacket on and a pair of sunglasses hanging against the bridge of your nose.
You had nearly reached the hangout, where you hadn't invited anyone yet, when you saw one hell of a nice car stopping by the street. You took your sunglasses off and whistled to yourself while looking at the vehicle in admiration, because even if you weren't an expert, it was impossible to not enjoy the sight. You stopped walking, and hid your eyes behind the sunglasses again while looking at the car, but what really caught your eye, was the two men stepping out only moments later.
Your eyes widened, and a bunch of mixed feelings kicked into your heart as you observed the both of them - one was taller with long hair, the other came with a charming smirk, but they were both wearing suits and looked equally handsome. Which was a bad sign, really, because since when do hot guys come into Mystic Falls with completely pure, natural intentions? Never. Either these guys were supernatural beings, or worse - looking for such, so you immediately took your phone out to text your friends.
THE GANG
Y/N: guys, we might have a problem
Suit & Tie: care to explain?
Y/N: well
Y/N: two incredibly good looking guys just arrived in a fab car and i doubt they're here just for a beer
Care Bear: good looking gUYS ??? WHERE
Bon-Bon: sign me tf up
Damon Sassvatore: smh
Y/N: they look like they have something bad in mind
Kol: oh is that so ;))
Stefan the Hero: smh
Y/N: come to the grill
Y/N: all of you
Klausy: on my way, love
You put your phone away, and gave one more glance at the two guys who were whispering to each other, before you turned your back on them and strided in Mystic Grill. You found a seat in one of the booths, where you impatiently bounced your leg up and down, your eyes roaming the place in a rather nervous manner and your hands twirling your phone in your hand. The wait felt like an eternity, but eventually the bunch of people you expected to see, flooded in the Grill and you broke into a smile, only to be washed away by the sight of the two attractive strangers coming in after your friends.
"Is that them? Because hot damn", Caroline whispered, not so quietly, as she sat down next to you and looked over the men by the entrance. They walked down to the bar, and you nodded while your eyes followed, but while you seemed to not enjoy the situation, Caroline was the complete opposite. Of course, they were like candy to your eyes, but you knew that they'd get killed sooner or later, or they'd kill all of you and neither of those thoughts appealed to you. But, you did agree with Caroline, hot damn.
"Ladies, please, your eyes look like they are about to drop out of their sockets", Elijah scoffed and sat opposite you and Caroline, straightening his jacket before looking over to the two men. "And they don't even look so wonderful in those poorly made suits of theirs", he added bitterly, earning snickers from you, Caroline, and Bonnie who joined the two of you on your side of the booth. You eyed the two strangers, and shook your head at Elijah in utter disagreement, but the bickering was left for later as Kol joined the conversation.
"They look familiar", the Mikaelson pointed out, and earned a confused look from Elijah, but before he could ask for his brother to elaborate, Damon butted in with his usual smirk dancing on his pink lips.
"Yeah, well, they look like they came through a television screen. You know, the kind of dream guys with just enough of their own issues to make every woman in the world to drop their panties with inhuman speed", Damon rolled his eyes, sarcasm lacing his tone perfectly and earning a swat on the shoulder from Caroline. You stuck out your tongue at the Salvatore, who did the same, which only annoyed you more, so you continued the argument even if you knew one of your friends would cut it off sooner or later.
"One of those guys seems actually a lot like you, Damon. Drives a killer car, grins just as much and the other one keeps rolling his eyes which probably means stupid jokes and sarcasm", you said, crossing your arms, while the people around you looked at you in shock, surprised that you argued so well against Damon, but he had a few tricks up his sleeve too.
"Yeah but at least he doesn't have to deal with an annoying little--", Damon stood up, rolling his sleeves, ready to fight you but Stefan stopped you.
"Enough. They're coming here, so behave", the younger Salvatore told Damon, and you grinned but then Stefan turned over to you, "You too."
You rolled your eyes, but tried to act cool when the two men walked over to you and your friends with stern looks on their faces. The taller one cleared his throat, and smiled carefully as he spoke up, "Hi. Agents Plant and Page of FBI, we're here because of the mysterious murders all over town. You wouldn't happen to know anything?", causing you, and the rest of you, to tense up at the mention of deaths in Mystic Falls, which meant a lot of inspecting for the two of them.
"Murders?", Klaus chuckled, "I thought they were animal attacks." You held back a chuckle - you were a vampire, and so were most of your friends so you were all very aware it was anything but animal attacks. You had been drinking from the hospital blood stashes mostly, but it was good to have some fresh blood on the street once in a while - you just didn't expect it to spark the interest of feds.
"And more importantly, Plant and Page? From Zeppelin, huh?", you asked and leaned back in your seat, lifting an eyebrow. You knew your music, and it caused your suspicion of them being anything but FBI agents to become stronger. You could see the other guy raising his eyebrows and offering you an impressed look, and nudged his partner, who then proceeded to explain the possibility of the murders being something more, and how their boss had enough humor to pair them up for the task.
You tried to move on from the stories that seemed rather fake to you, and gave them a shot, although you made sure to not believe too much. You had seen a lot in your long life, enough to know that they weren't 100% legit, but you could have listened to their breathtaking, attractive voices for weeks so you let them talk.
"Very well. Badges?", Damon spoke then, and the two men rolled their eyes but it seemed like they were used to doing this, so they easily took their badges from their jackets and showed them to all of you. You nodded, and the men put them away before asking you a bunch of questions, and you were all used to lying a bit so you did it this time too.
After you had answered most of their questions, with something like, "I'm not sure", "I don't remember", or the simple, "I don't know" - the agents left you and your friends alone. You immediately started to go through the possibilities, but one thing was for sure, they weren't working for the FBI, or if they were, then they had something else in mind than just solving the mysterious so called animal attacks. It was obvious that something had to be done, you just didn't know what, but Damon did.
"Let's kill them."
"No, Damon, we are not going to kill them--", you started to explain, but Kol intervened.
"I said they looked familiar. Well they do, because I've seen them before. They're hunters. Not just vampire hunters, but hunters of all supernatural beings", Kol explained, his eyes showing off the slightest bit of fear and his lips pulled into a straight, serious line. Even he seemed scared, and that meant something, because after all he was an Original vampire. But if these guys really were professionals, that meant they could own even white oak, and that mean the death of you all. Not just vampires, but if they hunted all kinds of beings, that meant saying goodbye to Bonnie and Tyler too - and so many more. You were royally fucked for sure.
"Aaand, so the maybe we should kill them turns into yup, we're definitely killing them", Damon grinned, and finished the drink he had ordered before standing up and taking the first step towards the door, but at last minute you grabbed him from his sleeve and yanked him back. The Salvatore stumbled, and shot you a glare before opening his mouth but he couldn't get a single word out, when you had already spoken.
"I have a better idea. To get more info, you know", you said, and turned to your friends, winking at them which made Bonnie shake her head and cover her face with one of her palms.
"You're crazy", she sighed, and made you laugh.
"Crazy equals genius, my friend", you said, before walking past Damon and strutting out of the Grill. You walked over to the car, where the agents were still leaning against the hood, as if waiting for something while they chatted, but soon stopped as they saw you approaching them. The taller one nudged his companion, and they both looked up to see you taking confident steps until you were right in front of the two attractive men.
"Hey, agent", you said and smiled, "you wouldn't happen to be free tonight, would you?"
///
Perhaps your plan was absolutely mad, but you went out with agent Plant, whose first name turned out to be Dean. You were right - he did have a lot in common with Damon, for instance, his charming ways with women, and that was something you could tell right away so he was the one you asked out. The two of you ended up in a fancy restaurant, him sporting the fancy suit and you in a short dress that flattered each inch of your body in the most flawless way. You aimed to get facts out of him, and you knew that a sexy dress, a lovely smile and some foot play underneath the table worked on any guy.
"So, Dean, tell me. Why is the FBI interested in some random animal attacks?", you asked, and played with your earring while locking your eyes with his green ones. He chuckled lowly, and glanced at his fingers before drawing a sip from his wine, but then returned his gaze to you and flashed a breathtaking smirk that almost swept you off your feet, but somehow you managed to play it cool and remain on your seat.
"Didn't look like animal attacks to me. Could be something more, you know? There's all kinds of creepy people in the world", Dean said, and leaned his jaw against the back of his hand while looking at you. "What about you? What's keeping you here, after so many deaths? A job? A boyfriend, maybe?", he asked several questions, which gave you your turn to chuckle. You shook your head, and lifted your high heel slightly against his leg, smirking seductively which made him take a sharp inhale.
"No boyfriends for me, that's for sure. No job, either. I guess it's my friends. Or maybe I like the danger", you winked, and finished your wine. You kept on flirting with him shamelessly, hoping your sweet talk would soften him, and he did end up revealing some facts that he tried to poorly hide but from what you could gather, it seemed like he was indeed a hunter. You tried to ask about his relationship with his partner, but that one he tried to close behind locked doors so you dropped the matter and just enjoyed his company while he still breathed.
By the end of the night, Dean dropped you off, and you even got a kiss which made you smile as you entered your house. The night had been more or less of a success, you just weren't sure if that meant for the plan, and for you. He was charming indeed, and you started to understand Rebekah who fell for a hunter, and your heart tingled with excitement as you thought about what the other agent could be like.
Shame that you'd have to say goodbye to them eventually.

"So, what was he like?"
Caroline leaned over your table with a wide grin on her face, her eyes sparkling and her heart racing like a car in her chest. She had developed a massive crush on the two hunters, and you both knew it was bad, but you didn't bother to do anything about it. If you had to kill them at some point, you definitely had the right to gush over their beautiful faces before the blood would began flooding. You knew this story wouldn't end well, but if you couldn't have a happy ending, might as well have some happiness somewhere.
"Funny. Charming. A lot like Damon, but he had those gentleman manners - you know, like Elijah - that make you swoon. It was the best date of my life, even if it wasn't a real one", you explained, and Caroline squealed while waving her hands in the air. She had completely forgotten about the coffee you had offered her, and it was on the edge of the table where it could very potentially drop and crash against the floor, but you didn't have time to care. The conversation was way too great for you to draw your attention elsewhere.
"It so was! And what do you think the other guy is like? And just imagine what they'd be like in the bedroom, Y/N, oh my god!", Caroline giggled and pushed you with her elbow, causing you to laugh with her. The two of you dreamed about the hunters for a while, which you understood wasn't good at all, but you had your fun, until you both received a message, meaning someone had started a conversation in that little groupchat of yours.

You and Caroline made your way to the motel where the two were staying, and you noted how they didn't let you in - just cracked the door to hear you, but obviously tried to hide something. You and Caroline exchanged looks, but when Sam who had opened the door - kind of - greeted you, she turned over to him and greeted him back with her usual cheery tone. Caroline handed him the envelope you had made together, with their names written on it, and Sam seemed surprised but took it nonetheless.
"Stefan and Damon are having a party, and we wanted to invite you. Oh, and we don't take no as an answer, so see you then!", Caroline said, and flashed an adorable smile at the hunter before she turned on her heel and linked arms with you. Sam stood there with a surprised look on his flawless features, but you knew they'd come, because it was a chance for them to kill you all if necessary. And as he closed the door, and you started to walk away, you could have sworn you heard the two of them loading their guns.
In the evening, you were all dressed up in a stunning red dress, with your hair slightly curled and your arm hooked with Katherine's. The two of you had gotten ready together, and you were entering the party side by side, turning many heads - including the Winchesters - as you walked in confidently, smirks pulling up your painted lips. Music was blasting through the house, and as soon as you had walked through the doorway, Damon appeared to your side, while Stefan took Katherine, and you went further in the house.
"So, what's all this talk about you changing spit with one of the hunters?", Damon teased while you walked towards the drinks, trying to have a subtle conversation before plotting the deaths of tonight. You laughed, and turned over to the Salvatore who grinned at you while his blue eyes stared into yours rather intently.
"Why? Jealous?", you teased back, and glanced over his shoulder, only to see the two Winchesters glaring in your and Damon's direction. "And it looks like someone else is too", you added and nodded towards the brothers, causing Damon to turn his head over to them and grin when he saw the two looking around. They seemed uncomfortable, not knowing who was a vampire here and who wasn't - but surprise surprise, you were all something supernatural. Most of you were vampires, but then there was Tyler, and Bonnie who had dragged Kai along, and of course Klaus who was something more.
Speak of the devil and the devil shall appear - Klaus walked towards Sam and Dean, and it caused you to grow worried. Knowing Klaus, he could have slaughtered the both of them right there and then, so you excused yourself from Damon's company and started to push through the crowd of people to get to the hybrid and the hunters.
"Evening, gentlemen. How's the investigation going?", Klaus asked, smirking at the two while they glanced at each other warily. You noticed Dean letting his hand travel to the knife he had hidden in his pocket, so you tried to get to them faster before any blood could be shed, knowing it was only seconds away from happening.
"Well enough. I think we're closer to the killers than they know", Sam spoke through gritted teeth, evidently sick of Klaus' presence, so you rushed to the hybrid's side. As soon as you approached the odd bunch, you leaned against Klaus and laughed nervously to get their attention away from the murderous thoughts. You gave the Mikaelson a stern look to warn him and to stop him for slashing out their throats, and he gave you a disappointed nod, promising to stay cool and calm, for now.
"Y/N", Dean spoke, sounding more delighted than you knew to expect. "Wanna dance?", he asked as a slow rock song started to play from the speakers placed around the house, and you nodded, offering him your hand. Klaus showed signs of jealousy, and was about to walk after you, but luckily Elijah showed up and placed a hand on his brother's chest to stop him from committing impulsive acts. Elijah flashed a smile at Sam, and you sighed in relief, knowing that he, if anyone, could take care of the tension and keep the situation free from violence.
"So... Those guys, huh?", Dean chuckled once you had settled onto the dance floor, your hands over his shoulders and his on your waist. You moved along the beat of the Metallica song, and your eyes travelled down to avoid eye contact while a soft chuckle left your mouth, imitating the same sound he made.
"Yeah, those guys. They're not so bad. Just protective, that's all. I guess you and your brother seem a bit intimidating", you shrugged, and Dean's hold on your hips tightened, and his expression hardened. You looked up at him, suddenly realizing what you had said, and hoped that he would just ignore it, but it was far too late for that.
"Brother?", Dean asked, lifting an eyebrow, seeming just as nervous as you did, but you had more reason to be so. This only confirmed his suspicions of you - you weren't just innocent little Y/N with a bunch of weird friends. You were something more, and you knew who they were, which meant that they probably knew who you were too.
"Sorry, didn't mean to shock you or anything", you laughed, masking your awkwardness poorly. "It's just, you and him have some special kind of chemistry, so I assumed. If not brothers by blood, then...", you continued, shrugging slightly and trying to give him your cutest possible smile, which seemed to work on him. He broke into a smile as well, and you let out a slight sigh of relief, which he noticed even if you tried to avoid making it too obvious.
In the middle of the long song, the music stopped and you heard a sound you couldn't identify, but when you ended the dancing and turned out, you saw one hell of a handsome man in a damn trench coat. The lights flickered, and you swore you saw a pair of wings as a shadow on the wall, so in confusion, you swallowed thickly and turned over to Dean. "One of yours?", you stuttered out awkwardly, but instead of saying anything, Dean rushed over to the stranger with Sam by his side. Definitely one of his.
Stefan appeared by your side, draping his arm around your waist and pulling you closer in a protective manner. You appreciated the help, because even if you were a vampire as well, you had never before met a freaking angel, which was something you were pretty sure you were staring at. The three of them - the hunters and the new guy - talked, and you stood behind Stefan in some kind of fear, and at the same time, some kind of odd attraction. Why did they have to be so hot?
"Which one of you is Bonnie?", Sam spoke up eventually, turning to face the crowd on the other side of the room. Your eyes started to frantically search for Bonnie, but she was nowhere to be seen, until the brave Bennett witch walked to the center of the room, facing the Winchesters and their friend who nodded to confirm that was indeed the girl they were speaking of. Bonnie gave you a nod, promising it was alright, but you weren't so sure. You saw one of the brothers pull out a knife, while the other raised a gun and aimed it at Bonnie, but luckily the young woman had lots of friends.
Caroline and Elena stood by Bonnie's side suddenly, hissing at the Winchesters, their fangs sticking out and their eyes in a dark shade of red. You told Stefan you wouldn't blow your cover just yet, which meant staying out of the fight, and the Salvatore nodded in agreement before storming to the girls' side, protecting the witch while the Winchesters looked at each other hesitantly. They weren't prepared to see this many vampires, especially protecting a witch, and their friend seemed just as surprised.
Before the situation got bloody, the man whose name you didn't know, grabbed Sam and Dean, and in a blink of an eye, the three of them were long gone and all that was left, was music quietly playing on the background as the lot of you looked around in confusion.
"What the hell was that?"
///
Later in the evening, you drove to the motel, expecting to find the brothers there and you weren't wrong. You knocked on their door, and you were instantly pulled inside, and a bunch of guns were pointed at you which caught you by surprise and made you instinctively raise your hands up. You tried to look innocent, and forced yourself to cry out some fake tears to make your story believable - it was cruel towards them, indeed, but they tried to kill your friend and you needed to know more. You didn't want to kill them, but it seemed like you'd have to, sooner or later.
"I didn't know anything, I swear. I came here so you could tell what the hell is going on", you cried, giving Dean a heartbreaking look, and he instantly lowered the gun. Sam didn't do the same, but Dean told him to calm down, so the brothers let you breathe, and you dropped your hands while sighing out heavily. You knew you were walking on thin ice, but nonetheless you walked further in the room, and with their permission, sat on the edge of one of the beds.
"How many are there?", Sam asked, and you shrugged instantly.
"I don't know. A lot, I guess", you sighed, and then changed the topic, "who was your friend?", which made them look at each other. They opened their mouth, but the same sound you had heard at the party interrupted them, and you turned to the door where the same man stood, a stern look on his face, sending shivers down your spine as he stared at you.
"Castiel", he spoke. "My name is Castiel."
"Y/N", you introduced yourself, and offered him your hand, but he didn't take it, just lowered his gaze and shuffled uncomfortably on his spot. Dean rolled his eyes, but then turned over to you, offering you a smile which you returned easily.
"We need your help, Y/N. We need to know everything you can tell us. Anything", he pleaded, and although you knew you were digging yourself one hell of a hole, you couldn't say no - so you nodded in agreement. Oh boy.

THE GANG
Care Bear: y/n, u ok?
Y/N: yeah i stayed with the winchesters at the motel
Y/N: lying my ass off tbfh
Kol: that's my girl
Damon Sassvatore: not your girl
Klausy: why are you always so sour
Damon Sourvatore: i am not
Jer: yes, you are
Suit & Tie: y/n, where are you now?
Y/N: we're on our way to mystic grill
Y/N: they want to kill you all
Y/N: so be careful
Y/N: i also met an angel how was your day
Care Bear: WTF I WANT ONE
At the Grill, you met Katherine, who caused Sam and Dean to pull out their knives. The doppelgänger grinned, and you knew things would take an unpleasant turn some time soon, but you tried to remain under control and keep your cover instead of blowing it to bits and pieces.
"Ooh. Don't you sweethearts look just delicious", Katherine teased, and approached the Winchesters, causing jealousy and anger to bubble up in your chest. You didn't think you'd grow so fond and protective over the brothers, but you ended up growling at Katherine, unable to hold back your fangs, and just like that, you had revealed your true nature. You feared it had been Katherine's plan all along, concluding from the look on her face it was, and it made you glare at her as Sam and Dean stared at you.
You had been lying to them all along, lured them into a trap, and all this time they could have killed you, but instead you went on a date with Dean, danced with him, became friends with them, and had a damn angel develop an actual crush on you. You had done stupidly, you knew this, and you shouldn't have cared but somehow your heart broke when you saw the disappointed looks on their faces.
"I believe she is also a vampire", Castiel whispered to Dean and Sam who gave their friend a No way - kind of look.
"I'm sorry", was all you said, before Castiel snapped his fingers and caused Katherine's neck to twist until she died momentarily and slumped to the floor of Mystic Grill. Behind you, Damon closed the doors of the Grill and locked them, closing all of you in the hangout, and vampires started to come out of their hiding places, ready to tear the hunters apart.
"It was going too far, Y/N", Elijah whispered in your ear, before sprinting away with his inhuman speed, taking you on the other side of the bar. You looked at the scene in fear, and once you saw Kol creeping up on the hunters, you shot him a warning look but all he returned was a cocky smile. Obviously your relationship with the three had gotten out of hand, and you had always, since you first saw them, known that either they die or you die, and it seemed like the latter one wasn't even going to be considered. Of course, they liked to believe that they could win you and your friends, but they were evidently outmatched.
You hated the thought of saying goodbye, but you knew it could never work out, so you nodded at Elijah and promised to keep yourself on the right side - with your friends, not the hunters.
Kol and Damon attacked the three, but it was easy for them to put up some kind of a fight, considering they were professionals and came with tons of experience. Damon was smacked down in no time, but the Original didn't give up so easily, especially when he was accompanied by Niklaus. You feared they'd rip the Winchesters apart, so in the momentary weakness, you sneaked over to Caroline, knowing she - if anyone - could listen to your plan, which would leave everyone very much alive.
You approached Caroline, and hid behind the bar to plot with her, whether she liked it or not. "I have a plan", you stated seriously, and glanced over the counter to see how the situation at hand was evolving. "Okay, I have a part of a plan", you added with a sigh, but offered Caroline a convincing smile, which made her nod her head, willing to hear you out.
"We'll talk to them. They can't kill everyone in this town, but if they really want to get rid of all supernatural beings, they would have to. And then poor Matt would be all alone. So, I say, we talk them into turning their back and forgetting this ever happened. This is our town, and if they just get in their Impala and drive the fuck out, we won't kill them. Sounds rather fair to me", you shrugged, and Caroline gave you a look as if to ponder whether you were sane or not, but eventually she broke into a nod of agreement.
"It does. Let's do it", Caroline said, and squeezed your hand in hers before jumping up from behind the counter and yelling a loud, "Hey!", which got everyone's attention instantly.
"Let's make a deal."
///
You didn't think it would work so well, but only in a moment, the Winchesters were packing their car, ready to go. Compulsion didn't work on them, but talking things through did, and somehow you managed to make a deal - they would leave Mystic Falls, and act as if these past days never happened, whilst the vampires in the town would cut off the unnecessary killing and stay on track. It was a fair deal, and one that everyone could agree with just to keep the body count as low as only possible.
"This has been a very interesting weekend", Castiel spoke, and looked at you and your friends with nothing but the utmost interest. He wanted to find out more, perhaps, and over these few days he had grown rather fond of your face. He opened his mouth, as if to say something more, but instead of speaking another word, he vanished in thin air, and the Winchesters rolled their eyes.
"He does that", Dean said shortly, and gave you a glance, unable to let go everything that happened between you. You had lied and been a deceiving bitch, but he did have fun with you. Nonetheless, he only gave you a faint smile, before going inside his car and shutting the door. Obviously he just wanted to drive away and end this chapter of their lives, and you couldn't really blame him. You felt the same way, but still, you had felt something else too. You had enjoyed their company, even if it was dangerous, and it was a shame things had to go this way.
"Well, keep your fangs under control", Sam chuckled, and shut the trunk of the car before offering you one last look. "Bye, Y/N", he added, and nodded at your friends, maybe to acknowledge their existence, and then joined Dean in the car.
Soon enough, they had already driven away, and you could all sigh in deep relief. It had been interesting indeed, but whilst you were sad to say goodbye to them, it felt good to know that things were slowly, but certainly becoming normal again. You didn't need hunters to mix up your life any more - you preferred it this way, with just you and your friends in Mystic Falls.
"I liked them", Caroline pouted, and you chuckled while throwing your arm over her shoulder. The silence lasted for a while, but Jeremy broke it, only to receive multiple groans all over the group.
"I want to become a hunter!"
