Imagine you and Silas being the queen and king of Mystic Falls // Based on Young God by Halsey

"He says, "Oh, baby girl, you know we're gonna be legends
I'm the king and you're the queen and we will stumble through heaven."

You had never seen someone quite as intriguing and beautiful in the darkest, most twisted possible way as Silas. Ever since the villain found his way to Mystic Falls, he had caught your eye, and it was safe to say he considered you equally interesting to a point where he just absolutely had to approach you, with the most dangerous yet irresistible proposal in mind.

"I've been watching you for a couple of nights now", was the first thing he ever spoke to you, when he approached you in Mystic Grill, on the bar, as if it was no big deal. But it was. The way he spoke, it sent chills down your skin, causing goosebumps to rise, and you so craved to make a comment about how he was sounding terrifyingly creepy, but you couldn't - after all, you had been observing him for quite some time, too. "And I was wondering, if you'd like to cause some chaos in this petty little town?", Silas added, turning to look at you, his intense gaze causing you to inhale sharply, which made his pink lips curve up into a mischievous smirk.

"Care to elaborate?", you managed to speak up, utterly and definitely weak in his presence. His smell lingered in the air, the manly scent making your head dizzy while your teeth took your bottom lip in between and your eyes stared into his. There was evident tension between the two of you, it was undeniable and easy to notice, even from afar. The frustration was highly existent, and each breath you took felt like a risk when you were so close to him. A part of you wanted to kiss the life out of him, fuck on any flat surface you could find, while the other, the more sensible one told you that you should have shoved the nearest fork in his chest right about now.

Silas chuckled, and it was the simplest, quietest sound, yet somehow so breathtaking and beautiful. Something about his amusement and happiness was so wicked, that you couldn't help but feel interested, so you leaned closer with a ghost of a smile on your lips. He looked down at his hands, before raising his eyes back up to yours and surprising you with the dark look. He was definitely dangerous, something more than just a bad boy - he was a true villain, and you hated to admit it, but you were attracted as if he was a fucking magnet.

"You look so innocent, but I bet that not a day goes by without you dreaming of making all these people bow down to you. You look like a princess, but inside, hides a queen. And I'm inviting you to be the queen to my king", Silas whispered, his voice husky, low, and in some ways intimidating but only enough to make your thighs tremble while you attempted to stay put on your seat. You looked around Mystic Grill and licked your lips swiftly, chuckling quietly at Silas' description, thoroughly amused by how accurate it was.

Ever since childhood, you had dreamed of your very own kingdom, but you weren't enough a hero, nor a villain to take what you wanted. But, right now it seemed like your prince in his hero hair had arrived, and was willing to take your hand and lead you to the gates of hell, where awaited a throne specifically reserved for you. So, you turned over to Silas, and nodded slowly, causing a wide smirk to creep to his plump, soft lips.

"You and me, my dearest Y/N", Silas cleared his throat, and leaned over to you, his lips pressing against your cheek, "we're going to be legends" - and with that, he was already gone.

"But do you feel like a young God?
You know the two of us are just young gods
And we'll be flying through the streets with the people underneath
And they're running, running, running."

You and Silas took control of Mystic Falls quite quickly. You subdued people to your will, made them work however you liked them to, and got rid of those who disobeyed. Evidently, and expectedly, the hero group of the small town tried to stand against you and Silas, and for a while you weren't even bothered with the doppelgänger and the drooling dogs behind her.

You and Silas lived for the moment, yet every move and decision seemed to build up your future for the better. You had found comfy seats right on the throne, and you didn't plan on giving up the crown any time soon. Together, the two of you slayed through the town, got what you wanted, went and took the right to be their gods, and damn, it felt so good. All the power and the fortune, it was completely worth the casualties that got caught in your feet as you roamed through the streets with nothing but victory in mind.

Achieving your goals, it was no challenge at all. With your wit, intelligence and hunger for dominance, and Silas' powers and shared passion for kingship, you and him were quickly standing on the top of a pile of victims that had stupidly challenged you. If you wanted something, you took it, and nothing or no one was going to stop you. It was your and Silas' time now, and you were going to spend each and every second having fun and doing what you loved - being the best. The greatest. Above everyone else.

You had never pursued this side of you, but Silas caused it to come out of you. The both of you radiated with arrogance and more or less, insanity, and that made you the perfect team. You were the villains Mystic Falls hoped to never see, but you had arrived, and aimed to never leave. Being victorious, being superior, it was like a dream come true, even if it was indeed crazy, but it felt good, and in your opinion, that was enough.

You and Silas were the royals, the gods of Mystic Falls, and you wouldn't have preferred any other way.

"He says "Oh, baby girl, don't get cut on my edges
I'm the king of everything and oh, my tongue is a weapon
There's a light in the crack that's separating your thighs
And if you wanna go to heaven you should fuck me tonight."

Eventually, the inevitable happened, and you grew hungrier. You craved for more power and room to rule, and you knew the only way to do that was by pushing Silas out of the way. You had fallen for him, but you weren't sure which you loved more - him, or the title of a goddess. It was a question you tasted in your mouth each day, waiting to be spat out, but it was a risk, though one you were willing to take. You wanted to be a queen without a king, and you found yourself dreaming about kicking Silas off of the throne just so you could place your feet on it and have more space for yourself.

You had grown selfish, reckless, arrogant. But all of those traits you picked up from Silas, who had gone softer, or at least seemed so. What he had left behind, you claimed as yours, and once he'd be weak enough, you'd shove your sword through his chest and place his unbeating heart above your fireplace, right beneath the self-portrait hung on your wall. You were proud, and for sure it would eventually get you killed, and therefore you had to kill Silas before he'd plan the same for you.

You approached him one day, with a knife in your hand, ready to stab him so you could finish him off. You had your weapon raised, but before you could run it through his flesh, Silas turned around and grabbed your hand tightly, causing you to cry out and drop the knife because of the sharp, sudden pain. His other hand went around your neck, shutting out your breath and leaving you gasping for air while he pinned you against the wall with a stern look in his dark, deep eyes.

"How much of a fool do you take me as?", Silas growled while holding you up against the wall, leaving you breathless and struggling to find a single piece of life within yourself, but the tighter he grasped you, the closer you came to a dark death. Still, even if you were running out of breath and being choked to death, you found a sarcastic comment somewhere in you, and smugly grinned while releasing it with a kick of bravery.

"Enough, apparently", you croaked out with a hoarse voice, flashing a smirk at him which made him narrow his eyes, but eventually he dropped you and you inhaled deeply. Your throat ached, but the burning soon stopped and you could pay more attention to Silas who picked up your knife and twirled it in his hand, observing and judging. You eyed him warily, very aware that the situation could take a dark turn - also now realizing that you had been stupid to think that you could just kill Silas. And why would you? You loved him, in some twisted, strange way, but the thirst for the keys to your own kingdom had taken you over. And you kind of regretted it now.

You took a step towards the door to exit the room, but before you could go any further, Silas had raised the knife and swiftly pressed it against your neck. With one quick movement, he could slice your throat open, and the threat was real so you held your breath and lowered your gaze to him. Silas' eyes observed you, his pink lips parted while a low breath came from between, and as you looked at his flawless features, you felt yourself growing more and more attracted to him, even if he had a knife at your throat.

"I'm the king of everything, baby girl. Don't forget, that I asked you to join me, not the other way around. If you try to deceive me again, I will break every bone in your body", Silas warned with a raspy tone, sending shivers down your spine. You managed to nod when he dropped the knife and the biggest threat was over, but when you took another step to leave, he stopped you yet again. His hand grabbed your arm, and he pulled you towards him until you were face to face, your lips only inches away from each other and your hot breaths meeting in the middle. His muscular chest was against yours, and his hold on you only tightened as he leaned closer, and closer.

Your lips crashed together, and in only a few seconds, it was quite obvious how the rest of the night was going to go.

"But do you feel like a young God?
You know the two of us are just young gods
And we'll be flying through the streets with the people underneath
And they're running, running, running again."

You and Silas, you never stopped ruling Mystic Falls. The town went down its own downhill, towards a havoc and a doom they couldn't escape from. Built from fire and wrath, you and Silas had your own castle in the heart of Mystic Falls, where you never ceased to plot something new for the few residents in the small town. You had ruined the town, your kingdom had been burned to ashes, and the next step was to take over the next one. And sooner or later, you'd be everyone's king and queen.

You'd be the only gods people know about.
