Fallacy's P.O.V

I woke from my slumber with a giant yawn before sitting up to see that I was in Encre's bed. Next to me laid Encre herself who was still sleeping peacefully with a soft smile on her face. Quietly I got out of the bed and made my way out of the room, closing the door behind me. Sauve met me down the hallway, he must have been waiting for me. "Ah! My Lord. Are you aware that the Ball is tonight?" He asked politely as I walked down the hallways by his side. "Of course Sauve. Also have the maids got a dress for Encre? I had asked quite some time ago..." Sauve nodded before leading me to a room where all the maids where working on something. When they saw me enter they immediately bowed before showing me something that had been neatly laid out onto a table. When I saw it I gasped in amazement, on the table laid a beautiful white dress which had beautiful floral patterns on it. Next to the dress was also a pair of white lace gloves which also had the patterns of plants and flowers. "Did the maids make this?" I asked as I looked at the maids who nodded in response with proud smiles on their faces. "Its... Beautiful! Thank you so much!" Gazelle went over to me. "Lord Fallacy. What do you think Encre will look like when she wears it?" An image suddenly appeared in my mind when Gazelle asked that. It was a made up image of Encre in the dress, my face heated up. To the maids I was just staring into space with a random blush on my face. Bunny poked me in the shoulder with a slightly worried look. "Um... My Lord, are you alright?" I sudden fell back into reality with a jump. "W-what? Oh yes, I-I'm fine!"

After an awkward silence I was able to 'escape' the room and headed to the giant kitchen in my castle. I quickly made a meal for Encre with mortal food ,obviously and after I finished it I teleported in front of Encre's door. Without a knock I barged in and Encre immediately sat up in bed from the sudden noise with a shocked look which made me chuckle. "O-Oh... Its just you Fallacy... Phew, I thought it was someone else!" Encre said as she laughed with happiness. I sat down next to before handing her the meal which she soon started to eat with delight. "Mmmm! This is delicious! Thank you so much!" She hugged me tightly which made me blush a slight tint of yellow.

"Heh... N-no problem. Oh by the way, the castle is holding a ball tonight so... there will be quite a few vampires around but you'll be safe I promise!" Encre looked into my eyes nervously. "Hey, you could maybe play the piano for everyone? Then you'll be able to maybe make some new friends?" Encre thought for a moment before looking back at me and nodding. "Of course! I'll happily play the piano to the guests!" I gave Encre a warm smile before getting up but before I left the room I looked back. "I might even get the orchestra to play along with you." I smiled which revealed my fangs before leaving the room.

Encre's P.O.V

I watched Fallacy leave my room before getting changed into some clothes. Then I left the room, heading for my art room to paint something. After entering the room I grabbed a blank canvas along with other tools and after little time I was painting happily. Concentrating on every stroke of my brushes I was completely unaware that my hands where starting to glow a strange rainbow. I only just realized that it was glowing when I got paint on my hands, my reaction was a shriek of shock but also amazement. A thought soon hit me making me immediately run out of the room and run towards the library. As soon as I entered I it I grabbed the book about my family and turned to a page, about our magic. I read the page and a particular fact that I read stood out for the reason of my strange magic. 'Every ten years at least one member of the Spark family earn magic which comes from particular gifts that they have...' I slammed the book shut before staring down at my hands which where still glowing with vibrant colors. Instead of being annoyed I smiled with happiness and soon left the room.

"Finally... I have magic... But, what does it do?" As I walked down the hallways and thought to myself I ended up walking into someone. When I looked up I saw that it was Fallacy and I immediately hid my hands behind my back. He noticed my sudden actions and glared at me with a serious look. "Encre? What is behind you back? What are you hiding?"I slightly gulped with nervousness. "U-Um... Nothing?" Fallacy looked at me, not amused. Suddenly strings flew from his hands, grabbing my wrists and lifting me off the ground with my hands above myself letting him see the strange glow. "E-Encre? What is this... Are your hands alright!?" I could hear the worry in his voice and I didn't want to alarm him or make him worried. "Its alright! There fine, just... I think its magic... I didn't cast a spell though and I'm not sure what it does... So... Its nothing." Fallacy sighed. "If your so sure its nothing then. I don't want you injured before the ball OK? Besides I want you to make a good impression of yourself." Fallacy had a very serious tone so I nodded before running of back to my art room. I picked up my painting and paintbrush before sitting next to a window. I stared out of it, seeing a lovely view of the Forbidden Forest and the village... When I saw the village the feeling of guilt hit me of leaving those who cared about me... I missed Azure... Sure I never talked to her but she was so caring. The Forest trees where covered in the early layers of the Winter snow, I had forgotten that it was around the end of November and soon it would be December. Shrugging I continued with the painting whilst I hummed a tune.

3 Hours Later...

I handed it over to him so that he could see it closer with his own eyes."You can have it Fallacy. I don't mind! Besides you deserve it my love." I said happily as I walked off to my room with Fallacy following me. "Thank you so much Encre. Its so beautiful. I'll wait outside for you ok?" Before going to my room I nodded. As I closed the door I noticed a beautiful dress placed on my bed along with a pair of delicately created white lace gloves which had the patterns of flowers.

"This is so... wonderful! How did he get this? Hmm... Oh well." After sometime I had put on the dress and was delicately sliding on the gloves which fit perfectly. When I looked into a mirror I blushed a slight rainbow on how I looked. After some minutes of trying to get rid of my blush I opened the door of my room and headed out to meet Fallacy. He had been waiting there and was still staring at the painting that I had given to him. When he saw me he immediately blushed which made me do the same as well. "E-Encre... You look s-so lovely... and... beautiful." I ended up blushing more and he walked down the hallways with me, I only just noticed that he was wearing different clothes which made him look so... Smart and Royal. When we arrived at the hall I realized that all of the guests where already there and speaking to each other as they drank a strange red liquid in glasses. Soon a thought that it was blood made me completely terrified and worried about my safety. Fallacy bent over to me and whispered. "I promise, you'll be fine." Nodding he pulled me into the main hall and all the guests turned their looks to us, mostly Fallacy of course since he was the King.

Fallacy walked off to talk to some guests as I looked around, suddenly I felt someone poke me in the shoulder and I turned to see the smiling and warm faces of Macabre and Cruzar. "Hey Encre! How are you?" Cruzar asked in his usual happy tone. "Why hello there Cruzar and Macabre! I'm fine and how are you yourselves?" Macabre smiled. "I have to say you look wonderful in that dress." I slightly blushed and we where interrupted by the sudden playing of an orchestra. Something tied its self around my waist and I was pulled into the middle of the hall where I was pulled into a twirl and caught by two arms. When I opened my eyes I saw that it was Fallacy who had used his strings to do the elegant motions. He smiled as he looked into my eyes before turning me into another spin. Then we elegantly moved around the hall as we danced along with the music of the orchestra, I hadn't danced in a long while however I was able to do everything perfectly as I stared into Fallacy's unequal but magnificent eyes. Before I knew it, it was over and as we finished Fallacy pulled me into kiss which left me completely dizzy.

Moment's Later...

Me and Fallacy where sat down at a giant table as we watched others dance in the middle of the hall. I looked at my right to see Jasper also in a chair but he looked like he was dying of boredom which made me smile with amusement. As I watched the dancers I couldn't help but notice that lots of vampires where glaring at me, some with disgusted looks others looked starving even though they held drinks in their hands. The music stopped and Fallacy turned to me, he led me to the piano which had been cleaned for the special occasion. "Ready to play the piano?" I gulped before nodding and I sat down on the stool. Quickly I thought about what to play and I rested my hands on the piano keys in position. I felt like millions of pairs of eyes where watching me but I tried to keep calm. Without thinking I pressed down and started to play as well as I possibly could.

I also realized that the orchestra had started to play along with me which was been composed by Mouse. My fingers played the piano graciously as I smiled in happiness, I enjoyed this so much...

Soon I was on the last few notes and I finished playing the challenging piece of music. When I looked up I was slightly alarmed of all the shocked and amazed looks that filled the room. 'Oh no... Did I do something wrong!?' Suddenly the whole room was filled with the echoes of clapping. I stood up and bowed before walking over to Fallacy who was sitting in his chair still staring at me and the piano. "My hands... hurt like hell..." Silently I complained as Fallacy chuckled before I sat down next to him. Fallacy raised a glass cup which made everyone silent and do the same as they looked at the Vampire King. "For the well being of my piano player, Royal artist... and my love. Let her be safe and loved by all!" Fallacy shouted loudly so that everyone could hear him, some guests cheered as they drank their drinks whilst others looked away in disgust. Fallacy's short speech had left me with a rainbow blush spread across my face as I looked away with embarrassment.

Everyone soon left their seats and walked around to talk to each other guests. When I stood up a group of guests was immediately formed around me, they all had excited looks however I was quite worried from the fact that they where vampires and I was a mortal. They mostly where congratulating me for the piano playing which made me very happy and they where amazed that I was Fallacy's Royal artist, mostly because I didn't even know that I was myself. One of the guests was wearing strange clothes which made him strangely stand out of the crowd. He gave me a handshake while he smiled. "Greetings. My name is Marvul, I'm a member of the vampire council but... well... I'm not actually a vampire so, you can trust me ok?" He said happily and I nodded with the delight of making a new friend.

Before I knew it, the ball was over and all the guests left to go home. I watched as the vampires jumped out of windows and transformed to their bat forms in mid air, before flying off into the forest in the deep black night. Macabre, Cruzar and Marvul all left together as they talked about their pasts to each other on their horses. The maids all cleaned up the hall and Sauve took Jasper to his room, I only stayed in the main hall staring at the piano which I had been playing. Fallacy teleported next to be, wrapping his arms around me as he rested his chin on my shoulder. I put my hand on his his cheek and he held it. "How are you my love?" He asked. "I'm fine Fallacy... Just...I'm so tired..." I yawned and dug my face into Fallacy's shirt. He picked me up and I cuddled up against him, as we walked down the hallways of the he led me to the garden. Gently he let go of me and stood in front of me. I stared at him in confusion as he sighed, I could see blush on his face and that he was slightly sweating. "Fallacy? Are you alright?" He suddenly ducked down and sat on the stone path on one of his knees, I still looked down at him this time with slight worry.

Fallacy had taken something from under his cape, it was a small leather and black box, he opened it before facing it upwards to me. What I saw made me gasp in amazement and shock, there in the box was a beautiful ring, decorated with wonderful pure white and red jewels. "Encre... Every day I say to myself, no I'll do it tomorrow... but... I cant take I anymore!? I want to seal our love once and for all. " He gave a sigh as he held the box higher. "E-Encre... Will you... m-marry me? " He asked in a shaky voice. I put a hand over my mouth in shock and tears formed in my eyes, as well as a blush. I had started to cry and Fallacy suddenly stood up with a worried look. "Oh, I'm sorry Encre. Was I too fast? You don't have t-" I wrapped my arms around him making him fall onto the grass and kissed him as tears fell from my eyes. "O-oh. I guess thats a-" He was interrupted by my delighted voice. "Yes! A million times... Yes..." Fallacy smiled before pulling me into a kiss as he placed the ring onto one of my fingers. Just then all the maids, Sauve and Jasper jumped out of a gigantic bush and started to scream like fan-girls. "About Time!!!!" They all shouted with happiness and Jasper jumped up and down in excitement before randomly hugging Sauve who blushed in response. He soon let go and ran up to me and Fallacy, hugging us in a tight grip. "I'm so happy! I have a mum!!" He immediately jerked and looked up at his father who was slightly snarling but he soon smiled and put his arms around his son.

After all the drama Fallacy picked me up and led me to his room, placing me onto his bed and lying next to him. I cuddled up next to him as tears of joy fell from my eyes. "I love you so much Encre..." I smiled and looked up at him. "Oh Fallacy. You have no idea how much you make me happy..." Fallacy smiled softly as he stroked the back of my head gently. We talked for a little while about the ball before we both fell asleep in each other's grasp.
