Holding the longsword with my right hand, I dodged several simulated opponents. 

"Watch your footwork!" Reinhard shouted as I parried a downward strike and cut off its head before using the body as a shield and beating the last opponent that was just behind me. 

"Good, take a breather and you're doing another round!" Shit! Reinhardt was a slave driver, not gonna lie. 

"Having fun?" Lumine, my friend, and housemate asked with a smile as she wiped the sweat off her head with a towel. 

"Not as much as you," Lumine just smile before throwing another towel at me. She was dressed in her training clothes and... "Is it just me or did you get taller?" 

"Well, I grew another 2 centimeters," The blonde replied as she held out a bottle of water. 

"Neat," Taking a sip, I held the handle of the longsword with my prosthetics and hummed. Maybe...

"What are you doing, Rex?" Lumine asked as she peeked over my shoulder from behind just as I held the sword with my left hand before taking out another sword. 

"Rein!" 

"Very well," As if sensing what I wanted, my brother activated the simulations and soon, seven armored personnel, four close combat fighters, and three ranged ones. 

"Ooh~ Good luck, Rexxie~~" That voice?! Big sis Ely?! No time to think. Focusing as much as I could, I twirled the swords to warm up my prosthetics, and wasting no time, I charged. The two blades on my hand managed to quickly take care of the first attackers. 

Trusting in the Crozzo-honed instincts, I managed to win, not with scratches though. By the time I won, I was bleeding and was healing slowly. 

"That was reckless!" Ow! 

Lumine shouted at me as she pressed some disinfectants on my wounds, making it not a painful as possible. 

"I know, hey!" 

"Shut up! I know you have an insane healing factor but you can't rely on it all the time!" She angrily said, gesturing to my prosthetics. 

"Whipped," I heard that, Aether!

"And you!" Hah! Get fucked! "Don't think that I didn't see you do something stupid!" 

"Not bad, the inherited memories of hundreds of generations of crozzo fighting styles are serving you well," Reinhardt said as Elysia smiled while she was being carried in Reinhardt's arms. 

"Hey, Rexxie~ Reinnie wanted me to teach you archery," The pink elf of House Apocalypse said with a blissful smile, enjoying the fact that she was being carried by my older brother. "But~ Since you're hurt. Reinnie and I are going on a date!" 

Fucking finally! Now, Reinhardt will finally get over big sis Kal. 

"We're shopping for groceries, Elysia." A dark glare from Elysia made my eldest brother raise his brow. "Ely," 

Women are terrifying. I just hope Lumine won't be as terrifying...

"Think of what?" The golden-eyed blonde beauty suddenly aid, spooking me. Shit! I forgot she was cleaning some of my wounds. 

"Nothing," 

"Speaking of which, Kiana and the others invited us to have dinner with them, Hey!" Reinhardt said only to yelp when Elysia pinched his side with a pout. 

He really is whipped. 

"Well, I don't see why we shouldn't go," I could feel big sis Elysia's disappointed look. It hurts.

"No, not me. I have several stacks of paperwork needed to be done," Now that's a surprise. Reinhardt would usually try to do anything he could to try and flirt with big sis Kal. "I'm working on restoring the order of the Virtuous blood with Reve as the knight commander." 

"The paperwork must be a headache," Lumine said as she gently finished disinfecting my wound and watched as they healed. 

"Yes, and I won't be sleeping for tonight," 

"Well~ I'll be staying here then," Elysia said with a smile as she got off Reinhardt and hopped away.

Dressed in a simple dark red button-up and slacks, I walked beside Lumine who was dressed in a white dress. Aether was talking with Reve about something. Must be about handling his harem or something. Imagine having a harem. Must be stressful. 

"It's you," The annoyed voice of Kiana Kasla said as she looked at me while dressed in a white dress. 

"..." Saying nothing, I just raised my brow before she humphed and opened the door. 

"Kiana, that's not nice." Aunt Cecilia said, scolding Kiana lightly before turning to me. "Hello, Rex," 

"Auntie Celia," I said while handing the present I prepared for her. Why are you pouting, Kiana? 

"You're taller now," She said with a smile and I remembered how I used to be shorter than Kiana when we were kids. 

"Oh! Hi, Rex!" Kallen Kaslana, dressed in casual clothes with a hoodie on, said with a smile. Now, I don't dislike her, after all, she used to babysit me but I don't like how she unknowingly lead Rein on. 

"Big sis Kal," 

"Hello, Lumine, Aether, Reve," Kallen greeted us all with a smile. Rin was already here as she arrived with Sakura. Kallen looked around and seemed sad. "w- Where's Rein?" 

"Rein's busy with work," Reve replied as he came inside and said nothing as his harem of Rita and Bianka took him. 

"O-oh..." Big sis Kal looked super disappointed. "Rein has been busy this past month,"

Well, he was training me, 

"Mei-senpai!" Kiana called out to her classmate but I ignored her. I walked towards the couch and greeted uncle Ziggy with the secret Crozzo-Kaslana handshake before...

"Big bro Rex!" A mop of black and blue hair suddenly flashed in my vision and before I knew it, Seele Vollerei, a member of Cocolia's orphanage, who in turn is a member of the Russian branch of House Crozzo, held onto me with a bright smile.
