Rex crozzo is in a pickle. He had found himself in a rather tricky situation. He was all alone in his new big sister's house. Not alone, but.

Rex looked to the side at the slumping Kiana Kaslana, groaning in hunger. 

What happened, you ask?

Well, it happened earlier this day. 

---FLASHBACK---

"Rex, Kiana, I will be bringing both Mei and Bronya with me," Himeko said with the trio dressed in their casual clothes. 

Rex, dressed in a black hoodie and jogger pants, nodded at them as he munched on a piece of bread that made both Kiana and Mei think he was related to Bronya. "stay... safe." He whispered before tearing a chunk off the bread with his teeth and chewing the delicious bread with a blank face. 

"We will be fine! I'll take care of him if he tries to do anything." Kiana said with a smile. The white-haired, blue-eyed young woman dressed in a simple shirt that showed off her midriff and a pair of shorts. She looked very beautiful while Rex just took another bread and munched on it. 

"I'm heading out. I'll be back in an hour." Rex announced as he suddenly was beside the trio, shocking the four. Especially Kiana looked back and forth from the table and where he was now. 

"When did you?!"

"Flour... yeast." The young man cut off as he walked away before anyone could stop them. 

"Well... there he goes." Himeko sighed while Bronya looked at Rex with an emotionless expression.

It took an hour, and he finally got back only to see Kiana munching on some chips while watching a show. 

"Hey..." Rex greeted as he entered the living room and looked at the young woman. 

"Oh, hey!" She greeted as she watched the meal while Rex cleaned the kitchen. "What's that?" 

"Pizza and bread. I'm making one." Answered the young man, rubbing his eyepatched eye. 

"Pizza!" Kiana shot up, peeking her head from the couch's backrest, blue eyes glowing with anticipation as the one-eyed male nodded at her.  

"It will take a while. I'll prepare the bread first." Rex shot back with a small yet rare smile at her. Removing his jacket and putting an apron on, the young man started to mix the ingredients together with Kiana, unable to look away.

Halfway to the session and with the dough formed, Kiana approached him. 

"Can I help?" She asked with bright blue eyes. 

Hearing her request, Rex felt that he should not let her but... What could go wrong?

Rex only turned his back on her for a minute, and when he looked back, the dough he handed her was now on her face, covering her eyes, and it seemed like she tried to play with it. 

Blinking, the young man gently removed the dough from her eyes and chuckled at how some part covered her face.

"Here." He said softly, wiping her face with a wet cloth and removing the sticky dough off her face. For her part, Kiana let the eyepatched male clean her face trying her best not to lean in his warm hands. 

"Thanks..." She whispered shyly once Rex let her go. 

"Do this," Rex said, showing her how to knead the dough with Kiana, following his instructions. 

"I'm getting the hang of-" 

*splat*

Kiana pressed too hard, making the dough pop all the air in one go causing it to deflate and send flour all over the table and into her hands and his apron. 

Seeing this, the young man masked a chuckle by smacking the dough. 

"I heard that!" Kiana shouted with a glare aimed at him. 

"Heard what?" he asked with a blank face. 

"I heard you laugh!" Kiana shouted with a pout before going back to kneading her dough. 

"I was not." He defended himself as he nodded at his dough.

"I'm hungry," whispered the blue-eyed girl slumped on the counter as Rex cleaned the utensils they used.

"Just wait for a bit," Rex told her calmly as he looked at the oven with the pizza and at the container containing the melon bread she had just pulled out from the oven. 

"But I'm hungry." Kiana groaned out with a pout. Blue eyes focused on the golden melon bread in front of her. Hearing this, the young one-eyed male reached into his pocket and pulled out a ration bar. 

"Here." Poking the young Kaslana's cheek with the energy bar, Rex watched as the girl sat up straight. 

"Thanks!" Kiana said with a smile. Opening the bar, the young lady quickly opened her mouth and bit into the bar. "Yuck! It tastes bland!" She shouted with a glare aimed at him. 

"Those are rations. What do you expect?" He answered calmly, wiping his hands dry with a towel. 

"At least give me something good to eat! like Mei-Senpai!" She shouted while the young man just shrugged. 

"I can bake, not cook that much. I can only cook instant and ready-to-eat food." He told her as he checked the pieces of bread.

"Then learn to cook too!" 

"... You're one to talk." He said, causing the girl to flinch and step back. 

"I helped make the bread!" Kiana shot at him. 

"You crushed the dough several times." Rex shot back, causing an arrow to pierce her body. 

"I... I..." 

"Here." While her mouth was open, the young man pressed a melon bread into her mouth, making her stop and munch on the bread with her hands finding their way on its sides. It reminded Rex of a cat, especially how one of her hands trapped his fingers. 

"Delicious!" The white-haired girl called out with a smile as she looked at him. 

"Told you, you would like it," he said with a smile. "Pizza's done. Save some for the others."

"We're back!" Himeko called out as she and the girls entered with Theresa in front of them. 

"Kiana? Rex?" Theresa called out before stopping in front of the living room's door. 

"Principal, is Kiana alright?" 

"Has Kiana Idiotka done something perverted to the mysterious subject Rex?" Bronya asked as she paused, holding her Homu doll close. 

"That's cute," Himeko said with a smirk as she took a photo of them 

The Kaslana and the Crozzo were on the couch, and both passed out. 

Rex, dressed in an earth-colored hoodie, had his arms crossed, sitting on the couch, his head leaning on top of Kiana's for support. On the other hand, Kiana had her head on Rex's shoulder, drooling as she held a half-eaten melon bread in her hand. 

"Zzz... Mei-Senpai..." Drooled the white-haired girl as she leaned into his side.

A little girl around 12 years old dressed as a nun fell to her knees as she read the report. Tears fell from her eyes. 

"no..." She sobbed out loud as she looked at the report.
