Poem(Don't read if you haven't finished Naruto s1 and have seem a Time skip in Shippuuden

A single note and two words. That's what he left me with. My fingers skimmed over the now fading paper. It was all he really left to me personally. He had probably said "Thank You" to Naruto as well. But, not in the way he said it to me. He had left we there to chase him and Naruto's back. I was always looking at them from behind in the bleachers and it agitated me slightly. But it has been three years now and Naruto has been training, he should be back soon. My training with Tsunade wasn't for nothing, The 100 healing jutsu.... I had mastered it and had become a chunin with Choji and Ino as team. But, not the team 7 kinda team. It was off slightly, no not slightly.... It was way more then that and this note was proof.

Reading the paper once more brought me back to when I first picked it up.

Time goes on
With or without you
Flowers die
Weed grow in their steed

But, this time it was different.
Three flowers
Not dying
Instead,
Flourishing in a different way.

Sasuke had a way with words. He could make even the dumbest of the dumb understand. He had chosen a different path. But, I knew this wasn't the right path for him. Even now, I regret hiding behind those two but not anymore.

I, Sakura Haruno, will catch up to them.
