So as Kasie and I walk to the bench under the oak tree I couldn't help but look at my surroundings, something doesn't seem right I told my self as we took our seat.

"You okay?" Kasie asks looking a little concerned.

"Not really" I tell her truthfully rather than lying to her.

"Whats wrong?" She asks looking around.

"Something just doesn't feel right out here." I reply as I look towards the woods that were to the right of where we sat across from the oval.

"Really? Because it seems fine to me" she says smiling and thats when I knew she could sense it to.

"Come on" I say rising from my seat and tugging Kasie along as we grab our stuff and head into the office to sign out.

"Just write your names and reason for leaving" the office lady said with out looking up from her computer.

I wrote:

Lindsay Harper:         Family emergency               
Kasie Goodwin:          Family emergency

The office lady seemed satisfied and gave us our sign out sheets, we left with our school bags and headed towards my car which was parked in the parking lot.

"Where are we going?" Kasie asked looking anxious as she walked to the passengers side of the car.

"We are going for a drive to the edge of the woods and have a look around I think something is calling to me in there and I think I am drawn to it." I blurt out as we leave the parking lot.

"Do you know how crazy that sounds!?"  Kasie squeaks.

"Kasie I know you can feel it too the look on your face, your posture, your inability to stop looking around you as we ate, you cant honestly say you don't feel it to." I tell her as I turn left down Qual road.

"Okay Lindsay I do feel it but that doesn't mean I want to go and explore the woods where we could get lost." She says as she gestures towards the woods.

"I know what I am doing and where I am going" I reply as I turn the car off and hope out once we are at the edge of the woods. I turn towards the boot of my car and grab two torches and a pack with snacks and a first aid kit.

"Wow your prepared" Kasie states as she takes her torch that I hand her and slides it onto her belt.

We don't say anything else as we both start walking into the woods with even steps not really knowing what to expect but we just let our selves be guided into the woods toward what was calling to us mentally.
