After finishing eating Rice Omelet, you wore your VR Headset and logged back into World Fantasy Online.

You then wore your usual game avatar which is a decent kind of appearance like any other player would do.

However, you weren't logged back into World Fantasy Online yet. Around you was a void of gray space with blue squared platforms on your feet.

Butler: Welcome back, Master (Y/N). It appears that you have received a present from the administrators today.

(Y/N): A gift from the administrators? What for?

Butler: Well, it is a special gift for users who played World Fantasy Online for a certain amount of time. To put it simply, playing the game for a year can give you a special gift. So please, pick one.

Behind the Butler, there were a lot of treasures chest around the area.

(Y/N): Holy shit, this is a lot. Looks like I gotta choose. Hmm...

You took a few seconds to think of which treasure chest you pick until you pointed at a random chest which is the far west.

(Y/N): That chest at the far northwest.

You said out loud until all of the chests had disappeared around the area except for that one chest you chose.

The chest itself starts floating towards you and opens itself, revealing a gray wolf jacket, black pants with white stripes, and a pair of red and black shoes.

(A/N: I forgot to add shoes in the last chapter, but I used up 20 images there.)

You looked down at the name that says "Wolf's Casual Day~!"

(Y/N): Huh "A Wolf's Casual Day"? Is this some sort of a joke?

Your questioned belief until you start looking at the kit of your outfit.

The outfit itself grants the user high strength, speed, agility, durability, hyper-awareness, and absolute HP and MP recovery.

(Y/N): Goodness me...is this outfit OP or something? Why did the administrators gave me a silly outfit with OP stats?

Butler: Before you head off, you're going to answer our survey.

(Y/N): Survey, huh? Oh well, might as well do it then.

The Butler disappears in thin air as he begins to ask you questions.

Butler: Then, "Is World Fantasy Online more fun than real life?"

(Y/N): (I should be honest with these questions.) Real life can be a pain often, but releasing some stress just by playing World Fantasy Online or anything would be fun.

Butler: "Is there anyone you treasure in real life?"

(Y/N): Just my Auntie...and a girl whom I knew throughout elementary and middle school before we got separated.

Butler: "Is there something you treasure in real life?"

(Y/N): (Something, huh...?) Well...I guess my own life and...maybe the people whom I care about.

Butler: "Do you believe in god?"

(Y/N): I do believe in God ...as long as I pray and give my faith to the right God.

Butler: Last question "Do you think the gray wolf jacket is cute?"

(Y/N): (It's a childish question, but whatever.) Yes, but I find it cool.

Butler: Thank you very much. Now, please enjoy the new world.

And just like that, a bright light flashes in your eyes as you were now teleported to World Fantasy Online.

-At a Forest-

The bright light fades away until you start to look around to see that you were in a forest.

(Y/N): A forest, huh? I don't recall being here before. I'll just have to check out the map.

As you were about to swipe down in thin air to pull out the menu, you noticed a grey sleeve on your right arm.

(Y/N): Wait.

You then looked at your arms and then slowly down to your feet.

(Y/N): Wait a second. Am I wearing the "Wolf's Casual Day" outfit?

You questioned as you start patting your whole body and see that you were now wearing the new outfit rather than your usual gaming outfit.

(Y/N): Shit...I'm definitely wearing it, but where the heck did my game avatar go? Gonna have to change it.

You attempt to pull out the menu by swiping down in thin air using your index and middle fingers from your right hand.

To your confusion, the menu didn't appear. You keep trying and trying, but it didn't work.

(Y/N): The hell? Why can't I pull out the menu?

You questioned until you see your own character stats and to your shock...

(Y/N): What the fuck?! I'm back at level one!? That's impossible! I was literally at level 80! How did this happen?

You questioned in a calm, yet angry tone in your voice. That is when you hear a jingle that comes from the administrators.

You try finding the message just by touching around in thin air until it came from a sender known as "God". And it reads...

God: Greetings, young (Y/N). I'm sure you're wondering what is going on around you. To put it simply, I used my power to make you live in another world just like any other Isekai anime stuff! The outfit "A Wolf's Casual Day" is a present from me. Good luck surviving out here, boy!

(Y/N): Wait, is God telling me that I transferred inside a fantasy video game that I used to play? That's not possible...

You then let out a sigh and said...

(Y/N): Good grief...Might as well find an NPC or a Player around in the forest...

And speaking of the devil...

???: Is it a bug?! I should log out! The icon isn't there!

It was a voice of a young female teenager yelling out which is nearby where you are.

(Y/N): (Huh? Is that another player who is in the same situation as I am? I need to go find her.)

You thought to yourself as you went over to the source of the voice was until you see a girl wearing a bear costume, and black and white bear gloves in her hands. Plus, she also has dark-green hair and red-colored eyes.

(Y/N): Hi there!

You greeted her in a friendly manner.

???: Sheesh, don't scare me like that. I thought a monster would pop out.

(Y/N): I heard you were yelling about not logging out.

???: Eh? Wait, are you a player from World Fantasy Online, too?

(Y/N): Yup. I can tell that you are one as well.

The girl let out a sigh of relief and said...

???: Thank goodness! I thought I was the only player out here!

(Y/N): Same here to you, young lady.

You replied back in a nonchalant tone.

(Y/N): (This girl...why do I sense a familiarity just by looking at her?)

You questioned in your thoughts while the girl starts looking up and down at your appearance.

???: (Hmm...why do I know this guy? Did I meet him before?)

Both of you looked at each other in silence before you and the bear girl started to realize something upon seeing each other's faces.

(Y/N): Yuna?!

Yuna: (Y/N)?!

(Y/N) & Yuna: *Points at each other* What the heck are you doing here?!

Both of you asked in shock before regaining your composure.

Yuna: I can't believe it's you!

(Y/N): I could say the same! Besides, it's been a couple of months since we parted ways!

Yuna: Yeah....And I won't lie though, I'm quite happy to see you again...

Yuna says with sincerity in her voice while you replied back with a smile on your face.

Yuna: Aside from seeing each other again, is your fake wolf jacket, black pants, and shoes your whole outfit? I mean, it's like you're wearing a normal outfit when you go outside.

(Y/N): Yeah, but this outfit of mine has OP stats.

Yuna: Wha?! Really?! You have those too?!

(Y/N): "Too"? Wait, is your bear outfit have the same stats as mine?

Yuna: Probably, but I couldn't take a look at yours. Could you show me your stats? I'll show you mine.

(Y/N): *Nods* Mm.

You and Yuna pulled down your menu to check each other's stats.

Yuna: What the? Your outfit has almost the same abilities as mine!

(Y/N): I could say the same as you. You have physical and magical resistance while I got Absolute HP and MP recovery.

Yuna: Sheesh...I feel like you and I are just OP.

(Y/N): Maybe. But anyways, I think it's time we find a city or something. We can't stay out here long.

Yuna: Yeah, that's what I had in mind.

That is when the sound of bushes rustling beside you two. Both of you turned around to see a single wolf approaching you two.

Yuna: A Wolf?! Wait, at a time like this?!

The Wolf growls as if it was ready to pounce at you or Yuna until the wolf charges towards Yuna, but you quickly grabbed her left arm and pulled her towards you while the wolf misses its target.

(Y/N): You good?

Yuna: Y-Yeah, you can let go now...

Yuna says with a light blush on her face.

You quickly let her go until the two of you turned back to the wolf who is still targeting you both.

Yuna: The wolf is a monster for beginners, but we're only level 1 and have no equipment.

The wolf then goes to charge again towards you two, but you quickly got in front of the girl as you reeled back your left fist and punched down the wolf's head, sending it down to the ground, leaving a small crate beneath it.

(Y/N): Whoa, that worked.

Yuna: You punched that thing in one hit?

(Y/N): Yeah. I definitely did. I guess this is the benefit of what my outfit does.

Yuna: So that's the power of your outfit...I wonder if my Bear set does the same as yours.

(Y/N): We'll find another creature to test out your bear suit later.

Yuna: Yeah.

Yuna then notices something odd about the wolf as she goes to poke it and said...

Yuna: It's not disappearing?

(Y/N): Not disappearing? What do you mean?

Yuna: Well, in most games are that you have to kill monsters and they disappear to get loot from them. But this one does not.

(Y/N): Oh yeah. It's really odd to not have monsters disappear, but there can be some games where you have to leave dead bodies of it.

Yuna: That's a fair point.

That is when the two of you hear...

???: Save me!

(Y/N): Is that little girl's voice?!

Yuna: We gotta help her! Let's go!

Yuna said as the two of you start to follow where the little girl's screaming voice is.

However, it didn't take long before you and Yuna found the little girl who is surrounded by three wolves.

Yuna: There she is! An NPC? Or not?

Yuna questions until the two of you see one of the wolves goes to pounce on the little girl while she screamed "Mom!"

Yuna then looks at the ground and sees a pebble. She starts picking it up and throws it at the wolf.

The pebble was heading towards the wolf like a bullet due to how Yuna's strength in throwing it.

(Y/N): Nice shot!

Yuna: Thanks, but I just kinda randomly threw it in that direction...

(Y/N): *Smiles* I guess that bear outfit of yours is the same as mine!

The other two wolves saw what had just happened to one of the members and ran off.

Once they left, you and Yunal start approaching the little girl.

(Y/N): You okay, little lady?

Little Girl: Th-thank you very...much?

The little girl finish saying thank you but in a confused tone because she sees a girl wearing a bear suit while a guy is also wearing a gray wolf jacket with fake ears and a fake tail.

Yuna: *Deadpanned face* That sounded like a question.

(Y/N): More like in confusion.

The little girl was speechless upon seeing your outfits and asked...

Little girl: Are you two going to eat me?

You and Yuna looked at each other in confusion before speaking up to the little girl.

Yuna: We're not.

Little girl: Are you a bear? *Turns to (Y/N)* And are you a wolf?

The little girl asked you two. Both you and Yuna took off your hoodies, showing your real faces.

Yuna: How's this?

The little girl was fascinated upon seeing your faces behind the hoodie.

(Y/N): Is this good, kid?

Little girl: Oh. Yes...

Yuna: I'm Yuna.

(Y/N): I'm (Y/N) (L/N), and I'm a friend of Yuna. What is your name?

Fina: I-I'm Fina! Thank you very much for saving me!

A few minutes later, the three of you went back to the dead wolf that you punched in just one hit.

Yuna: So, you left town to gather herbs?

Yun asks Fina while she was busy poking the dead wolf.

Fina: Y-Yes. My mother is sick. And...we don't have enough money to buy medicine.

(Y/N): Damn...I feel sorry for you.

Fina: That's okay. I have to work my hardest.

Fina says with a determined look on her face while you nodded back in reply.

Yuna: Say, can you me and my friend to town? We're actually lost.

Fina: Y-Yes...

(Y/N): (By heading to the city, we can find players there to see if they also ended up like me and Yuna.)

Fina: U-Um, what are you two going to do the wolf?

You and Yuna looked at each other before one of you spoke up to Fina.

Yuna: Nothing, really?

(Y/N): Yeah, we've got nothing on the wolf.

Fina: But that's such a waste!

(Y/N): Huh? What do you mean?

Fina: If you dismantle it, you could sell the hide, meat, and even the mana gem!

Yuna: Huh? Dismantle it?

Fina then pulls out a sharp knife from her pocket and smiles cutely.

(Y/N): (A child pulling out a knife is quite terrifying...)

You thought to yourself with a sweatdrop as you and Yuna begin to watch Fina cutting up the dead wolf.

Yuna: You're good at it.

Fina: Yes. I do this kind of work sometimes.

(Y/N): (Huh, the system itself doesn't drop loot until you dismantle the creature? That's a shame. How the fuck did the developers of this game did it so badly on this update? But anyways, I'm gonna ask Fina to teach me how to dismantle later.)

You thought to yourself until you hear Yuna speak up to you.

Yuna: (Y/N), take a look a this.

(Y/N): What is it?

You looked over to see and see that she opened up her status and her level went up to 3.

(Y/N): You leveled up?

Yuna: Yeah. I think it's because I threw a pebble at a wolf that was about to eat Fina and I killed it. Let's take a look at my skills..."Dimensional Bear Box"? The skill here says that there is a timeless dimensional space inside the white bear's mouth.

(Y/N): I think that skill is worth it.

Yuna: Huh? Really?

(Y/N): Yeah. You just basically have to store anything inside that left glove of yours, no matter how the size and its weight.

Yuna: I see. What about you, (Y/N)? You leveled up earlier ago by punching the wolf to death in one hit.

(Y/N): Oh yeah. Let me check.

You then opened up your stats and see that you were now level 3.

(Y/N): Oh crap, I did level up earlier ago.

Yuna: Let me see your skills.

You showed Yuna your skill stats.

Yuna: You have the same Language and Literature of Another World skill as mine which is common, but that new skill you have is..."Super Rapid Strikes".

(Y/N): Super Rapid Strikes? So basically I just have to pummel down my opponent at high speeds.

Yuna: Yeah. That seems about right.

Fina: Miss Yuna, Mister (Y/N), I've finished dismantling it.

You and Yuna walked up to Fina's work and see that wolf leathers, two mana gems, and a couple of wolf meat.

Yuna: Whoa.

(Y/N): That's amazing!

Fina: Hehe, thanks~!

Yuna: Then, I'll store it now

That is when Yuna opens her left white bear glove as the wolf leather gets sucked into left white bear glove.

Fina: That was an item bag?!

Yuna: Well, something like that.

(Y/N): Oh, wait for just a second you two.

You then run off somewhere leaving Yuna and Fina confused as they wait for a few seconds until they see you dragging another dead wolf.

(Y/N): Think you can dismantle another wolf, Fina?

Fina: Y-Yes, I'll do it right away!

(Y/N): Thank you very much.

-Mini Time Skip-

Later, Fina eventually led you and Yuna to the city known as Crimonia where you and Yuna were not familiar with the place in World Fantasy Online.

Guard: Hey kids, what kind of get-up are those?

The guard asks you and Yuna because of your outfits.

(Y/N): Don't worry about it, good sir.

Guard: Yeah...Well, the two of you need to pay one silver if you don't have identification.

Yuna: One silver, huh?

(Y/N): (Aw shit...we don't have those in our pockets...)

That is when Yuna hears the sound of a notification coming from God herself.

God: The money that you love love love from your own world has been transferred over here for your use! ♥

Yuna: (What an annoying way to say it...But oh well, since God herself transferred the money to me from my account. I might as well cover for (Y/N) since he doesn't have any money.)

Yuna thought to herself as she used her Dimensional Bear Box to take out two silver coins from her left white bear glove.

(Y/N): You have those?

Yuna: *Nods* Mm *Turns back to the Guard* Here you go. It's for me and (Y/N).

Yuna says as she hands the two silver coins to the Guard.

Guard: *Takes the two silver coins* Alright, you two may now pass.

After walking for a few minutes in the two of Crimonia, Yuna, Fina, and you arrived at the adventurer's guild.

(Y/N): Is this the adventurer's guild?

Fina: Yes.

...

Upon entering the guild, there were a lot of people inside. There were employees and adventurers.

Fina then leads you and Yuna to a counter where you meet a man that looked like in his 30s'.

Receptionist Man: Oh, Fina...A bear?! And a wolf?!

(Y/N): Calm down, Sir.

Fina: Hello Uncle Gentz. This bear here is Miss Yuna and that wolf is Mister (Y/N).

Yuna: Hi.

(Y/N): Greetings.

Getz: I-I see. Sorry, Fina. I don't have any dismantling work for you today.

Fina: No, we're selling items today.

Yuna: This is the stuff.

Yuna then walks up and summoned out the wolf leathers, the mana gems, and the couple of wolf meat in front of Gentz's table which he was shocked upon seeing them.

Gentz: *Slams the table* Did you dismantle all of this, Fina?

Fina: Yeah! I was attacked by wolves when I went to the forest to gather herbs. But Miss Yuna saved...*Covers her mouth* Oops!

Gentz: You went into the forest alone again?! I told you I'd gather the herbs for you! What if something happened to you?!

Fina: Yeah...I'm sorry...

Fina says with guilt until Gentz turned his attention to Yuna.

Gentz: Bear Lady.

Yuna: Hm?

Gentz: Thanks for saving Fina.

Yuna: She helped me since my friend and I are lost, so we're even.

Yuna says in a reassuring voice until Gentz put something on the table which is six gold coins.

(A/N: Just imagine them as six gold coins. Not four.)

Gentz: Here, the payment for the wolf materials.

Yuna: Thanks. We'll split these.

(Y/N): Split the coins?

Yuna: Yeah. Two for you, (Y/N).

Yuna hands you two gold coins which you took them.

Yuna: Two for me...and two for you, Fina.

However, Fina quickly shakes her hands and said...

Fina: No. I can't accept it! You were the one who defeated the monster, Miss Yuna!

Yuna: But you were the one who dismantled it. So I thought I could repay you back. Also, you need to take care of your sick mother, don't you?

Fina: Well...But, this is too much!

Yuna: If that's the case, why don't you show us around in town, then? Won't the amount be about right if you included guide fees?

Fina: W-Well...

(Y/N): Wait, that's actually a good idea. We don't know every bit of the town since Yuna and I just came here on our first day.

Fina: Mister (Y/N)...

Gentz: Fina, you should respect these youngsters' wishes for today.

Fina felt a bit hesitant to accept the coins from Yuna until she eventually made her decision.

Fina: I understand! I will work hard as a guide!

Time passes later, Fina toured you and Yuna around the city in Crimonia so you two would be familiar with the locations and where to go.

However, during the tour, everyone in the city was looking at you and Yuna because of your outfits.

Right now, it was sunset as the three of you arrived at a fancy restaurant to eat. Both you and Yuna were eating together except for Yuna.

(Y/N): You're not eating, Fina. Is there something wrong?

You asked as Fina shakes her head and said...

Fina: I've never eaten food like this before. *Takes one bread* U-Um...

Yuna & (Y/N): Huh?

Fina: May I take some of this at home?! I'd like to have my mother and sister try it as well.

You and Yuna looked at each other as if to decide whether one of you should let Fina take some food.

However, you nodded in response towards Yuna as if to not mind Fina taking some food.

Yuna: We don't mind, but you should eat all of that, Fina. We'll order another set for you to take home as a gift.

Yuna: *Shakes her hands* Th-that's too much...

(Y/N): You don't worry, kiddo. You oughta gave the delicious food for your sister and your sick mother. They'd be happy to have something to eat.

-Mini Time Skip-

After eating dinner at sunset, You used one gold coin to pay for the food gift for Yuna and her family.

Fina: Thank you for the meal!

Fina waved goodbye while you and Yuna did the same as well before parting ways until you and Yuna went off to the Inn to get a night's sleep.

Upon entering the Inn, you and Yuna met a female Inn Keeper behind the desk.

Female Inn Keeper: Good afternoon. Can I help you two?

(Y/N): Hi, are there any available rooms in this inn?

Female Inn Keeper: Of course, what would you two like?

Yuna: We'd like to have a room with two beds.

Female Inn Keeper: That can be arranged~!

Later, you and Yuna rented a room that has two beds for each of you to sleep in.

Yuna: *Yawns* Ahhh~...what a day...I need some sleep...

Yuna says as she plopped onto the bed on the right.

(Y/N): Go ahead, then.

You said to Yuna as you got on the bed. You begin to cross your legs, closed your eyes, and positioned your hands. To put it simply, you were doing meditation on your bed.

Yuna: Are you meditating?

(Y/N): Yes. It's still late at 4 in the afternoon so I have to meditate to pass the time until I feel sleepy at night.

Yuna: Alright. Good luck with that, (Y/N).

(Y/N): *Nods* Mm. Gets some sleep, Yuna.

Yuna: Thanks.

-Time Skip to Next Day-

The next day comes, you and Yuna had a small discussion with each other about the situation you two were in. Both of you came to accept that you two were transported into another world which was the game World Fantasy Online that you two used to play was no longer here anymore.

Yuna was happy that she gets to live in another world. However, you were a lot more worried because your body was only wearing the VR Headset on the outside while and your Aunt (Aunt/Name) would be back for a while after her work vacation.

Right now, you and Yuna decided to test out your skills together as the two of you were heading to the forest by yourselves.

Yuna: No humans or monsters detected. Bear Map with auto-mapping and the Bear Search skill, huh? I got more skills when I woke up. What about you, (Y/N)? Did you obtain skills during your meditation?

(Y/N): Yeah, I did. My first skill is called "Hyper-Awareness". The skill itself is where I can easily dodge every physical attack and magical spell without even thinking.

Yuna: Now that's rad. What else?

(Y/N): My second skill is Mana manipulation.

Yuna: How do you do that?

(Y/N): I haven't tried it out yet, but I'll test it out just by aiming at that big rock over there.

Yuna: Go ahead then.

You raised your right palm into the air as you begin to concentrate on your Mana until Yuna sees a blue energy ball appear from your right palm.

You then fired out a single blue energy blast as it hits the big rock and it explodes upon contact.

(Y/N): Whoa, now that is good.

Yuna: Alright then. I have a feeling that you have more skills you could use, (Y/N). We'll start by heading off somewhere to use them.

(Y/N): You took that idea out of my head.

Yuna: *Smug face* Of course I am~!

(Y/N): Oh shut up. We'll meet back in the city once we finished testing out our skills.

Yuna: You got it. Let's begin!

And just like that, you and Yuna begin to speed off at high speeds to find yourselves a different location to test your skills.

Somewhere in the middle of nowhere which is a deserted land and you were the only one there.

You looked at your hands and begin to close and open them as if you were ready to test your skills.

(Y/N): Alright, let's test out these skills after I obtained them through meditation yesterday.

You jumped up high in the air as you raised your right leg and it emits blue flames around it. You then start spinning down with her right leg out and yelled out...

(Y/N): Flaming Wolf Axe Kick!

Your foot lands down onto the ground causing the ground to be destroyed with the remaining rocks bouncing up due to the impact.

...

(Y/N): Energy Flash!

You cast your next skill "Energy Flash" is where you put your right hand out as a ball of blue energy began to form in your right palm before swiping your arm, sending it to the right and it destroys the area, which is an AoE damage type of skill.

(Y/N): Gonna need that when I'm up against a horde or an army.

...

(Y/N): Stardust Rain!

You used your Mana Manipulation skill as you start clasping both of your wrists close together with both of your palms out as you begin rapidly firing a barrage of blue energy blasts in a straight line. However, it can be also used to run around your enemy in circles while firing out your blue energy blasts before delivering a final energy blast to evaporate the enemy.

(Y/N): Wolven Befall!

In the skies, you summoned a huge head of a wolf with flames emitting around its neck. The wolf howls before it crashes on the ground causing an explosion and it also leaves a large crate on the ground.

(Y/N): Okay, that's pretty freakin' good.

You said with a proud grin on your face until you checked more of your skill list to see if something was unlocked until you saw a new skill called "Healing Touch".

(Y/N): Healing Touch? "The user will heal themselves including their allies from any injuries, wounds, broken bones, low vitality, and cures diseases." Now that's something! I'll take it!

...

(Y/N): Super Rapid Strikes! MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDAA!!

You yelled out your battle cry as you start to unleash your barrage of punches and destroy big rocks around the area.

(Y/N): Whew! I think that's about it!

You said with relief until you start thinking about something.

(Y/N): Wait, what would happen if I didn't wear this wolf jacket? Would I not be able to be to use my stats that are buffing me up?

You questioned as you begin taking off the wolf jacket, revealing your well-built body because of going to the gym.

(Y/N): Let's test it out just by lifting that large rock that I destroyed from a big boulder.

You then walked up to the large rock and started lifting it.

To your surprise, it was quite heavy to carry it until you realize that wearing the wolf jacket is the only thing that could buff you up along with your stats.

-Time Skip to Sunset-

Hours passed of testing out the skills you've obtained, you and Yuna coincidentally headed back to the entrance of Crimonia, and the two of start walking back to the Inn until you two see Fina.

Fina: Miss Yuna? Mister (Y/N)?

Yuna: Oh, Fina.

Fina: Thank you for yesterday!

Fina smiles cutely and it made you smile upon seeing it.

Fina: Did you two go outside of town?

(Y/N): Yeah, we did.

Fina: What kind?

Yuna: Just some business we had to take care of. Isn't that right, (Y/N)?

(Y/N): Yeah. No problems there.

Fina: Are you two adventurers?

Yun & (Y/N): Huh?

...

Fina: I'm sorry. You two were so strong that I was sure...But you two wouldn't have paid silver coins to the guard if you two were adventurers.

Yuna: Huh? Adventurers don't have to pay?

(Y/N): Care to elaborate, little lady?

Fina: You get identification you can use in any country if you register as an adventurer.

Yuna: Wow, you know a lot.

The next day came as you and Yuna arrived at Guild.

Upon entering the Guild, you and Yuna can notice that everyone was looking at you two because of your outfits.

Random Adventurer 2: Why is there a bear in the guild?

Random Adventurer 3: The bear is not the only one in the guild. There's a wolf too!

Ignoring what the people say about you and Yuna, the two of you walked up to the Guild's Receptionist who is sitting behind the counter.

Yuna: We heard that you can get an identification card if you come back as an adventurer.

Receptionist: Oh! Yes, yes. You are talking about a guild card. Are you two registering as adventurers?

(Y/N): Yup. Is there any-

???: Hey, hey.

Your sentence was cut off by someone speaking up in a manly voice behind you and Yuna.

Both of you turned around to see a man who looked like in his late 20s' and he had an X-mark scar on the top lef side of his forehead.

Scar Adventurer: Two kids dressed up like this want to be adventurers? Don't do it. You two will be the lower standards of adventurers.

You and Yuna hear the muttering of the adventurers upon seeing the man with a scar.

Random Adventurer 5: Deborane is messing with people again.

Random Adventurer 6: He did that to me when I was a beginner, too.

Random Adventurer 7: He's annoying, but he's strong...

Receptionist: Mr. Deborane, I will report to the guild master if you cause a problem here.

Deborane: I'm just worried that these kids will be gobbled up by monsters. Kids should just stay at home and suck on their mother's tits. Gehahaha!!

Yuna: Should we defeat this goblin to prove our strength?

Deborane: Goblins? No matter how weak they are, you're no match for them.

Yuna: (Is (Y/N) speaking enchantment table language?)

Deborane: Huh? I can't understand what you're trying to say, wolf boy.

You said while pointing at your crotch and the adventurers around the area went "Ooh!"

Deborane: You think that you're that tough with that mouth of yours?!

Deborane yells at you until Yuna's turn to speak up to him.

Yuna: L + Ratio + Skill Issue + Stay Mad + You're a hobgoblin.

Yuna says mockingly with her left glove out which makes Deborane go mad.

Deborane: I'll gonna kill you both!!

Deborane says in anger as she starts smashing the floor using his right fist causing the floor to crack.

Deborane: I'll show you what a real adventurer is like!

Yuna: Bear Punch!

Yuna punched down at Deborane's stomach, causing him to loudly gasp and his face turned into pure shock because of how hard he felt from Yuna's punch.

(Y/N): Wolf Kick!

Yuna then quickly steps to the side until you perform a roundhouse left kick onto Deborane's right rib and send him flying through the exit of the guild.

(Y/N): Don't underestimate low-ranks like us! Know your place, trash!

Yuna: Darn right.

Everyone was shocked at you and Yuna's sudden quick fight due to how strong you both were.

Later, the Receptionist takes you and Yuna to the desk where you two have to apply for your Guild Card to become adventurers.

Receptionist: Th-Then, please fill out this registration form.

(Y/N) & Yuna: Yeah.

The two of you begin to fill out your name and age until both of you reached the "Job Claas" signage.

(Y/N): (Great. I could put "Adventurer" in it, but I just wrote down my info in this paper. I have to think of something...Wait, what if the "Job Class" is basically a role class like any RPG game!)

That is when you make a sulk expression.

(Y/N): (My skills are just based on a warrior who throws does hand-to-hand combat and also fires out magic spells. Would that be "Fighter Mage"? or the other stupid choice would be just simply "Wolf"...Oh wait! I think I'll go for "Wolf Warrior" as my job class.)

You thought to yourself before writing down your job class while Yuna finished hers until you glanced at what Job Class Yuna thought of was...a Bear.

(Y/N): (Bruh, we share the same brain cells...)

Receptionist: Alright. *Looks at Yuna* Your name is Miss Yuna. You are 15 years old. Your job class is...Bear...

The Receptionist was baffled upon seeing Yuna's job class as a bear.

Yuna: Am I okay with it?

Receptionist: Y-Yes! Your registration is complete!

Yuna: (Whoa, this receptionist really accepted "bear" as a job...)

Receptionist: And next up is (Y/N) (L/N). 15 years old. Job Class is...Wolf Warrior? Now that's new.

The receptionist says with a surprised look on her face before continuing.

Receptionist: Okay, you're all good to go!

(Y/N): (That worked...)

A few minutes later, the Receptionist finally forged a Guild Card for you and Yuna as the two of you raised your Guild Cards in the air together as if both of you finally got a rare loot.

Yuna: Um, guild cards hold personal information with magic and stuff...Okay!

Receptionist: Gaining the trust of the people by completing various quests leads to requests of higher importance.

(Y/N): So basically it's just raising one's reputation as an adventurer?

Receptionist: Correct.

Yuna: Are there quests for beginners?

Receptionist: *Flips under the quest papers* Let's see. That would be wolf and goblin hunting, I suppose.

Yuna: Alright, thanks. Let's go, (Y/N)!

(Y/N): Comin', Comin'.

-Mini Time Skip

A couple of minutes passed after accepting the wolf and goblin hunting quests, but you and Yuna only found forty wolves around the forest.

Yuna: There was a pack of wolves, so (Y/N) and I took care of them. 40 in total.

Receptionist: A-A pack?!

(Y/N): That's right. They were weak so Yuna and I handled them with ease.

???: Excuse me!

Everyone turned to the voice and see Gentz coming in to see the pile of dead 40 wolves.

Gentz: Hey, you two. That's amazing...But you two didn't dismantle them at all.

(Y/N): Yeah, but there's a problem...

Yuna: We don't know how to dismantle it ourselves.

Gentz: Seriously? You two can bring monsters that haven't been dismantled to the trade shop. Also, I have a personal request for you two.

You and Yuna looked at each other and nodded before speaking back to Gentz.

(Y/N): Sure. Wouldn't hurt to listen.

Gentz: I'm an old friend of Fina's mom, Tiermina, and her dad who passed away.

Yuna: That's why you give Fina dismantling jobs?

Gentz: She's taking care of her sick mother and little sister. I thought it wouldn't hurt at least...

Yuna: Are you aiming for Fina?!

Yuna asked with a disgusted look on her face.

Gentz: D-Don't say such stupid things! Fina is like my own daughter! Tiermina is the only one in my heart...What're you making me say?!

(Y/N): (So this guy is just hitting his own dead friend's wife?)

Gentz: But I haven't been able to give her much work because of the guild rules. So! Bear Lady. Wolf Boy. If you two can't dismantle monsters, how about hiring Fina personally?

Gentz: She's a hard worker that doesn't know how to be spoiled, but she seemed a little more like a normal kid in front of you two.

Yuna: And so, are there any quests around that we can do?

Receptionist: "And so"? Didn't you two just get back?

Receptionist: Uh...There is one emergency quest...*Pulls out a quest paper from the drawer* A monster that normally isn't found in the nearby forest, tiger wolf, was sighted.

(Y/N): Tiger Wolf?

Receptionist: It's a higher-ranking wolf monster. Maybe Mister (Y/N) and Miss Yuna, who defeated 40 wolves alone might be able to do it.

Yuna: We'll take it.

Receptionist: Really? Thank you very much.

Yuna: Say (Y/N)...

(Y/N): Hm?

Yuna: Does this "Tiger Wolf" a wolf or a tiger?

(Y/N): Are you asking me for a specific answer to the quest? The Tiger Wolf could be a combination of both.

Yuna: Water Bear!

Yuna casts a bubble that is shaped look like a bear as she traps both two Tiger Wolves in the bubble until they were knocked out.

Yuna: The materials haven't been damaged this way, and I don't have to see blood.

(Y/N): I could've dealt with it myself, but this is fine.

Yuna: Sure sure. So this is the Tiger Wolf, huh...?

(Y/N): It has a fur of a tiger and a face of a wolf with tiger's fangs. Yeah, definitely a combination of both.

That is when the two of you noticed one of the Tiger Wolf is walking away until Yuna said...

Yuna: What the?!

(Y/N): What? What is it?

Yuna: My detecting skill went off! There's someone in the forest!

(Y/N): Shit! We gotta help them!

Yuna goes running up first while you follow her from behind.

It didn't take long as the two of you found the Tiger Wolf and its target was none other than Fina.

Yuna: Fina?!

(Y/N): No time to talk! Save her!

You then quickly rushed towards the Tiger Wolf and grabbed its lower left foot.

(Y/N): You leave her alone!

You start throwing the Tiger Wolf into the sky before it starts falling down to the ground. You reeled back your fists as you begin to use your "Super Rapid Strikes" skill.

(Y/N): ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA...!!

After a few seconds of pummeling the Tiger Wolf before you pulled back your right fist and yelled out...

(Y/N): ORAAA!!

With one final punch, you send the Tiger Wolf flying away from you with its badly beaten body.

(Y/N): Whew...

Yuna: (Y/N), you just damaged one of the goods!

(Y/N): Aw crap...I put too much power in my fists.

You said with an "Oh shit" expression until you turned back to Fina who had a scared look on her face.

Fina: I'm sorry. Again, I...I want to earn as much money as I can for my mom and sister.

(Y/N): Sheesh, kid. You oughta' be careful where you're out in the environment. If something happened to you, your life would be gone.

You tell her in a stern tone in your voice and this causes Fina to have tears slide down from her eyelids.

Yuna: *Comes up to join you* Sorry to ask, but how about you start making a contract with us?

Fina: Huh?

(Y/N): *Nods* Yeah. Yuna and I can hunt monsters, but we can't dismantle them. But for you? You can dismantle monsters, but can't hunt them on your own.

Yuna: Therefore, let's help each other, as a group.

Yuna then held out her right hand while you held out your left hand.

Fina: Why are you two so kind to someone you've just met?

You and Yuna glanced at each other before speaking back to Fina.

(Y/N): Well, for all we know is that you're a hard-working kid and that's what Yuna and I like about it. Isn't it?

Yuna: *Nods* That's right. If you form a contract with me and (Y/N), we'll help you and you'll help us. Got it?

Fina: Mister (Y/N)...Miss Yuna...

Fina said your names in shock at your responses until Yuna continues to speak up.

Yuna: Oh, a group can't speak so formally with each other.

Fina: Oh, okay! *Shakes her head and smiles* Take care of me, Yuna Sis! Big Bro (Y/N)!

Both you and Yuna were shocked upon hearing Fina call Yuna a sister and you as a big brother.

You and Yuna looked at each other and gave a nervous smile before speaking back to Fina.

(Y/N): *Nods and Smiles* Alright. Take care of us too, Fina.

Fina: I will, hehe~!

Fina says with a cute smile on her face.
