We walk through the village. I look at him. I wonder how he's doing. I wonder if he missed me as much as I missed him. I miss everything about him. His power. How he was always there for me, although he refused to admit it. I like his stern eyes. I don't know why.

"How are Jiang Cheng and Yanli?" I ask.

He stops and looks at me. I let out a breath. I know what I've done. I know why I jumped off the cliff. I should've stayed dead. Why am I still alive? I miss them dearly, but I don't remember them much. I remember how Jieng Cheng looked down on me. How recently he's only hated me. I remember Yanli's look when I turned to the Shadow.

"How have you been?" He asks.

"Confused." I say.

He looks at me. I run my fingers over my face.

"My head is like a whirlpool. I don't know anything." I say.

"What do you know?" He asks.

"I don't know." I say.

I then smile again.

"But mark my words, I'm gonna find out." I say. 

He gives me his look again. I let out a chuckle. I grab his hand.

"I guess we'll find out together." I say.
