"Yourself? That's who has been burning villages?" Clan Leader Xichen asks.

"It's me from the future." I sigh.

Lan Zhan had brought me to Cloud Recess. I told his brother everything. Apparently, him and the others have been hunting the one who's been burning villages, me from the futSure. He looks completely shocked as I still am. He sips another cup of tea.

"He says he wants to save me." I say.

He looks at me.

"Save you from what?" Clan Leader Xichen asks.

I point to my siblings. 

"Oh, and he wants to conquer death itself." I say.

"Immortality?" He asks.

Clan Leader Nie slams his hand to the ground. I look at him. We were in a meeting with the clan leaders. Clan Leader Nie looks at me angrily.

"I know, I know this is my fault." I sigh.

"This is not your fault." Clan Leader Xichen says. 

"He's me. How can it not be?" I sigh. 

"Even if it is you from the future, it makes no difference." Clan Leader Nie says.

He stands up. He picks up his sword.

"Do you have any idea where he is?" Clan Leader Nie asks.

"He's already here." Kai Long slams into the room.

He smiles. All weapons point forward at him. Then there is a sound of screaming. Then a smell of fire and ash.

"You should probably check it out." Kai Long says.

I run out the building. Lan Zhan follows me.

"Holy shit." I breathe.
