I stand there glancing back and forth between Davien and Trevor. An expression of shock and anger is spread across Davien's face which is a contrast from Trevor's face which has a rather calm yet unfriendly look.

Trevor breaks away from the glance first. "See you later,Veah." He puts up a smile and waves at me while walking back in the direction he appeared from.

As i turn to Davien,his smug expression is long gone and yet again he holds a lifeless blank face.  He walks off towards his locker.I sigh, clueless of their awkward encounter and head towards my locker.

Is there any chance that Davien and Trevor know each other?  Davien was coming out of his shell slowly,why did seeing Trevor bring that blank face back? Hundreds of questions rushed through my mind as i opened my locker.

My eyes dart to a bag placed inside my locker.Did i open someone else's locker? 'You can only unlock your own locker'My subconscious mocked me.I rolled my eyes at her and grabbed the bag, a small blue note attached to it.

"I am sorry {even though you were the one who wasn't looking}.I hope you like this one,Eve ;) " It read. I unzipped the bag and pulled out a HP Spectre x360 laptop. This was exactly the one i planned to buy,how could this guy possibly know this? 

"You got this now? I thought you saw this before lunch." I feel Davien's warm breath fanning near my ear. I turn around,a shiver runs through my whole body at his closeness.His face still holds the guarded look but his green eyes are soft staring right into mine. He waves a hand in front of my hands and my cheeks heat up at the realization that i have been staring at him. 

"This is exactly what i wanted but you didn't have to-"I blurted as i stared at the laptop in admiration. "I had to" He cut me off and silenced me by placing a finger to my lips. "Thank you.This is really nice of you." I say and he smiles at me.That adorable smile which he hides behind his mask.

"I didn't drive this far to find you sleeping in the backseat jerk."I yelled at El and he jumped up.

I had driven up to the departmental store with El to pick essentials for us while mom and dad were away. As i stopped the car and turned around i saw El sleeping in the backseat peacefully hugging to his Macbook to himself.And being the good sister i am i decided to wake him up.

El sits up and rubs his eyes groggily.The moment i step out of the car,he shoves the list in my face.As i scan through the list my eyes dart to a specific part."Sandpaper,A rope,a rigging knife! Are you planning a murder El?" I gaped. He looked over my shoulder to where i pointed on the paper.

"Yeah.Don't tell anyone.Also i need a large bag and a spade to bury the body."He whispered evilly humor visible in his tone.I rolled my eyes at him."No really why do you need these?i am not bailing you out if you do something illegal." I state.

"You are the one driving a car without a license." He simply stated."I have a learner's permit." I argued back.He shakes his head at me and pushed me inside the store.

We walked around the store grabbing the items and shoving them in the cart.We turned a corner to enter the confectionery aisle.I glanced towards El to find the same mysterious grin on his face that was plastered to mine.

I jumped in the cart though i could barely fit in it.El pushed the cart forward.We both  whooped  shoving whatever candy catches our eyes.After my lap was full of all kind of candies,pop tarts,cookies and chocolates,El pushed the cart to another aisle.Suddenly El sped up, i looked behind us and saw a store employee chasing behind us. 

"Hold tight!"El yelled at me as we sped off from aisle to aisle."Get away! Out of the way people.Stay away!"I yelled at the people who appeared in front of our cart waving my hands like a lunatic.

After around five minutes of wandering from aisle to aisle they kicked us out.Atleast they let us buy the stuff we needed otherwise i would have had to drive 30 minutes to get to another one.

We walked silently to our car.As we closed the car doors,We burst out laughing."Holy shit.That was crazy!"He said between laughs.

After dropping El off to a cyber cafe near our home,i drove myself to the library,it was peaceful here and i could concentrate better.I pulled out my earphones and books and started studying.I like staying ahead in my classes so i come to this old but calm place to deafen the chaos outside.

When i was finished i didn't have rack of time. As i was putting my books in my bags,my favorite song plays in my earphones. I sit there enjoying the music,a cup of iced coffee in my hand.

One side of  my earphones falls down reminding me the way a green eyed hoodie obsessed someone pulls my earphone putting one side in his ear casually in classes and at lunch.As i get up to leave,a pile of books stumbles towards me.A pile of books with legs walking straight to me! 

Books cannot walk you idiot! My subconsious mocked me.

"Whoa..I CANNOT SEE AHEAD"The mount of books screamed.Before i could move aside the books landed all over me taking me with them to the ground,the coffee all over my clothes.

Under the pile of book lied a tall,muscular guy around my age.His luscious black hair fell to his face.He wore a muscle shirt showing off his arms and lean torso."Hey"He grins at me like a child  who was caught sneaking a candy.His deep brown eyes full of mischief.

He stood up and helped me get up.The librarian,an old lady,her hair touching her shoulders ran towards us."Theodore Daniel Auberon! What did i tell you about disturbing the silence of the library?"She wacked him with a rolled up newspaper."Ow ow,sorry Lauren."He whispered.The people around were watching them and Lauren gave them an apologetic smile.

She noticed me standing there between the pile of books."I am sorry for Daniel's behaviour."She told me and glared at Daniel."That's okay"I gave her a reassuring smile."Daniel you better pick these books up and help this sweet girl here."She says and swats him one more time before walking away.

Daniel and i pick up all the books keeping them in their respective shelves. "Hey! I ruined your clothes,i am sorry"He says."It's fine.I got to witness a walking pile of books."I laugh.I look over my phone to see it was already late,the sun was setting leaving the sky with a hue of orange."Bye.I really need to go."I say and turn around.

"Wait i could at least buy you a chocolate milkshake since i spilled your coffee."He yelled from behind and Lauren glared at him ready to swat him.He caught me by my shoulders and pushed me out of the library."Sorry"He yelled back at Lauren.

I took up on his offer because who can say no to chocolate milkshake.We sat down at one of the benches out of the shop and he turned to face me."So I am Theodore and that crazy woman there happens to be my aunt."He says biting into his donut.

"She is nice."I say,i knew her because i visited the library frequently. "Mhmm. I bet she is as nice as a butcher is to a animal"He speaks,his mouth full.I laugh along with him as his phone rings.

He excuses himself and picks it up."Yeah? Will be there in a minute.Yeah i am on the way.Driving.Yup."He speaks and hangs up."Gotta go.You can go home on your own right?"He asks me."Yeah i have my car."I said to him."Kay.See ya later Amica." He waves at me and gets in his car.

I drive back home and enter inside. Silence. El must be in the basement playing video games.Why was the door unlocked then? I wandered around the house and run downstairs to the basement.

I see Lou and El propped on the  ground leaning against the couch.On the couch sat Vani her back facing me.Lou and El had put up a serious face.

I moved closer to them.As i sat down,Vani turned towards me,that's when i noticed her look. Her hands were clenched in fists,her knuckles worn out.Her face was sore,tear stains all over her face letting me know she cried.Her black hair sticking out.Her grey eyes glossy. What the hell happened to her?

"What happened?Are you okay?"I asked frantically.My voice full of concern.

"I-I- am fine"Her voice barely a whisper as if she had screamed her lungs out.
