The very thing that made him, him.. was gone. The thing that let him be special was gone..

"Ben?"(Mom)

"Mom!"(Ben)

"Ben what's wrong? Your acting weird."(Mom)

"What do you mean?! I haven't seen you in so long-"(Ben)

The woman smiled lightly and hugged her son

"It's only been a day sweety, but it's nice of you to feel like that."(Mom)

"A day..?"(Ben)

He raised his eyebrow, that's when he noticed his room was different. It was filled with nostalgia... He noticed his jacket hanging up, not his new one. It was the jacket. The green one with the 10.. he wasn't back home. He was in the past. Once his mom walked out of the room he ran into the closet, throwing clothing aside until.. he found it. The deactivated Omnitrix. He pulled it out and checked his calendar. It was the day.. Grandpa got kidnapped- he was at his soccer match- he could- he could fix it! He slipped the watch on his wrist and it closed around, glowing a blue light at the dial. Ben grabbed his jacket and raced out of his room

"Bye mom!"(Ben)

"You forgot your uniform! It's in your backpack sweetie!"(Mom)

"I'm gonna get the extra one from Grandpa on my way there! I want to say hi!"(Ben)

It was kind of true, he wanted to say hi.. but he wasn't getting a uniform. He grabbed his bike, forgoing his helmet and raced as fast as he could, but he was stopped, someone grabbed the back of his jacket, sending his bike flying forwards and him stuck

"Hey!"(Ben)

He said as he watched his bike leave him.

"Benjamin, I'm sure that's fine."(Paradox)

"Professor?"(Ben)

"Yes, I'm afraid I've sent you.. too far back"(Paradox)

"What do you mean?"(Ben)

"I meant to simply reverse your condition, rewind you to a former state of being, I reminded you in time by mistake."(Paradox)

"Oh.."(Ben)

"Would you like to return to the.. other world? Or perhaps you'd like to stay here. Correct every mistake you've ever made? What is your choice Benjamin?"(Paradox)

"What? Wait why are you giving me a choice?"(Ben)

"Well it's something you deserve, is it not? You've been through years of this. You deserve a second chance."(Paradox)

"But-"(Ben)

"What is your choice Benjamin?"(Paradox)

"It's easy! I choose..."(Ben)
