Alisa-

"What do you think?" I asked, holding up my painting I just completed. I smiled, admiring my work.

"It looks pretty great" Georgia said as she worked on her own.

Everyone nodded

Chase smiled at me. "It looks fucking great" He said. I chuckled, and went back to work.

"You know, my favorite episode  of The Office is the fire drill" I said almost randomly.

"Oh yeah! That episode is great" Kali said. She reached for her phone and pulled up the part on Netflix.

The reason I love this class so much is we do whatever we want, I enjoy art, and I suppose so do my friends except Chase. He only took this class because he had too.

I burst out laughing when Angela threw her cat up the ceiling. I snorted, which basically only made me laugh harder.

"Woah" I said, but before it really mattered my stol slide out from under me and was on the ground. Everyone started laughing , including me. But the only laugh that really stood out to me was Chase's.

Chase-

For the rest of the day that moment replayed over and over agin in my head. Even when I was waking with Skylar ( who I was unofficially back together with)

"Maybe you could come back to my house after school?" Skylar asked. I knew what that would ultimately lead too since her parents weren't home then, but I nodded anyways.

"Maybe" I said. In that moment I saw Alisa's Curly hair, you couldn't miss it. My mind was instantly distracted as I watched her, and then we made eye contact. She looked at me, then Skylar, and almost just as quickly she turned away and walked off. My heart ached. My heart felt sick. I kept on walking with Skylar anyways.
