Inside the helicarrier Nick Fury is inside a dark room talking to four holograms on the screen. this is none as the Council, the council consists of three men and one women and there names are Alexander Pierce, Yen Gideon, Malick Hawley and Nagendra Singh Rockwell.

Peirce: This is out of line, director. You're dealing with forces you can't control.

Fury: You ever been in a war Councilman? In a firefight? Did you feel an overabundance of control?

Peirce: You're saying that this Asgard is declaring war on our planet?

Fury is getting tired of the Council making stupid assumptions and shakes his head.

Fury: Not Asgard. Loki.

Hawley: He can't be working alone. What about the other one? His brother.

Fury: Our intelligence says Thor is not a hostile but he's worlds away. We can't depend on him to help, either. It's up to us.

Peirce: Which is why you should be focusing on phase 2. It was designed for exactly this...

Fury interrupted the Councilmen.

Fury: Phase 2 isn't ready. Our enemy is. We need a response team.

Peirce: The Avengers Initiative was shut down.

He said with an attitude.

Fury: This isn't about the Avengers.

He responded calmly.

Rockwell: We've seen the list.

Peirce: You're running the world's greatest covert security network and you're going to leave the fate of the human race to a handful of freaks.

Fury: I'm not leaving anything to anyone.

Fury responded back with... Fury... (Sorry)

Fury: We need a response team. These people may be isolated, unbalanced even but I believe with the right push they can be exactly what we need.

Hawley: You believe?

Peirce: War isn't won by sentiment, Director.

Fury: No, it's won by soldiers.

He said in a very badass moment.

Inside a old dusty gym and tall well built man can be seen punching a bag with just his hands wrapped in protective tape, He had short dirty blonde hair and his name... Steve Rogers or Captain America.

As he was punching the bag he was getting flashbacks from the war, gun fire is going through his mind and in the flashback he is running through a forest with some allies, he was dodging explosions and using his shield to block shot, whilst the other fired their weapons at the enemy.

Another was of him fighting hand to hand with Hydra soldiers, then the voices started.

Past Cap: There's not enough time, I gotta put her in the water!

The next flash back is of him flying an huge bomber into the ice down bellow.

As the flashbacks were happening he was hitting the bag hareed and harder the more flashbacks he was having.

Peggy: You won't be alone.

Howard Stark: Oh, my God. This guys still alive!

Steve then hit the bag with everything he has sending it flying across the room, he stand there for a minute breathing heavily, then brushes his hair out of his face and picks up enough punching bag, he hangs it up the bag and starts punching again.

Fury: Trouble sleeping?

Steve looks at who it is and sighs then goes back to punching the bag.

Steve: I slept for 70 years, sir. I think I've had my fill.

Fury then starts to approach Captain America.

Fury: Then you should be out, celebrating, seeing the world.

Steve stops punching the bag and looks at Fury for a second then starts to make his way to his gym bag while unwrapping his wrists.

Steve: When I went under, the world was at war. I wake up, they say we won. They didn't say what we lost.

Fury walks up to Steve.

Fury: We've made some mistakes along the way. Some, very recently.

Steve still unwrapping his wrists.

Steve: Are you here with a mission, sir?

Fury: I am.

Steve: Trying to get me back in the world?

Fury: Trying to save it.

Fury then holds out a file with information of the Tesseract inside, Steve finishes unwrapping his wrist and takes the folder and sites on the nearby bench.

Steve: HYDRA's secret weapon.

Steve turned the page and started to read.

Fury: Howard stark fished that out of the ocean when he was looking for you. He thought what we think. The Tesseract could be the key to unlimited sustainable energy. That's something the world sorely needs.

Steve closes the file and hands it back to Fury.

Steve: Who took it from you?

Fury takes the file.

Fury: He's called Loki. He's not from around here. There's a lot we'll have to bring you up to speed on if you're in. The world has gotten even stranger than you already know.

Steve gets up from the bench and gets his stuff together.

Steve: At this point, I doubt anything would surprise me.

Fury: Ten bucks says you're wrong. 

Steve picks up his bag and walks over to the pile of punching bags that he put aside for his little training session and he picks on up and put it on his shoulder.

 Fury: There's a debriefing packet waiting for you back at your apartment.

Steve then picks up his gym bag and starts to walk out the room.

Fury: Is there anything you can tell us about the Tesseract that we ought to know now?

Steve: You should have left it in the ocean.

Steve then left Fury to think about what Steve just said.

Underwater is where Iron Man or Tony Stark is cutting open a iron pipe with his blaster, the piece of metal floats away and Iron Man pulls out a piece of tech and puts it were the piece of metal used to be and the price of tech fills in the gap left behind and it powers on telling Iron Man that is is on and working Iron Man then blast out of the water into the skies of New York, he then talks on his comms.

Iron Man: good to go on this end. The rest is up to you.

The person on the other end of the call is none other than Pepper Potts.

Pepper: You disconnected the transmission lines? Are we off the grid?

Iron Man: Stark Tower is about to become a beacon of self-sustaining clean energy.

Pepper: Well, assuming the arc reactor takes over and it actually works.

Iron Man: I assume.

He then zooms around the corner and says.

Iron Man: Light her up.

At the other end of the street a buildings lights go on and at the top of the building the word Stark is in a bright blue light.

Pepper: How does it look?

Iron Man: Like Christmas, but with more me.

Pepper then goes straight back to business.

Pepper: We've got to go wider on the public awareness campaign. You need to do some press. I'm in DC tomorrow, I'm working on the zoning for the nest three buildings.

Tony cuts her off.

Iron Man: Pepper, You're killing me. The moment, remember? Enjoy the moment.

He says as he lands on his personal landing pad

Pepper: Get in her and I will.

Tony slowly starts to have his suit taking of him.

Jarvis: Sir, Agent Coulson of S.H.I.E.L.D is on the line.

Iron Man: I'm not in.

His helmet get taking off.

Tony: I'm actually out.

Tony walks further in to Stark Tower as his machines takes his armour off him.

Jarvis: Sir, I'm afraid he's insisting.

Tony: Grow a spine, Jarvis. I got a date.

He walks into the Tower and sees Pepper looking at a computer.

Pepper: Levels are holding steady, I think.

Tony: Of course the are. I was directly involved. Which brings me to my next question. How does it feel to be a genius?

Pepper: Well, I really wouldn't know, now would I?

Tony turns off the monitor theat Pepper was previously staring at, as Pepper leans on the table and faces Tony.

Tony: What do you mean? All this came from you.

Pepper: No, all this came from that.

She said point at the tiny arc reactor in Tony's chest.

Tony: Give yourself some credit. Please. Stark Tower is your baby. Give yourself 12% of the credit.

Pepper looked at him with a look that would stop a train dead in its tracks.

Pepper: 12%? 

Tony: An argument can be made for 15.

He says as Pepper walks away from him.

Pepper: 12%? My baby?

Tony follows her.

Tony: Well, I did do all the heavy lifting. Literally, I lifted the heavy things. And, sorry, but the security snafu?

Pepper is now at the center of the room pouring the champagne.

Tony: That was on you. My private elevator...

Pepper: You mean our elevator?

Tony: ... It was teeming with sweaty workmen.

Pepper looks up at him as Tony sits down and joins her at the small table in the center of the room.

Tony: I'm going to pay for that comment about percentages in some subtle way later, aren't I?

Pepper hands him a class.

Pepper: Not gonna be that subtle. 

Tony: I'll tell you what. The nxt building is gonna say 'Potts' on the tower.

Pepper: On the lease.

As she goes to clink the glasses Tony pulls his back.

Tony: Call your mom. Can you bunk over?

Pepper laughs at him and Jarvis interrupted.

Jarvis: Sir, the telephone. I'm afraid my protocols are being overridden.

As he says that Tony reaches for his phone (I think its a phone) and COulson starts to talk.

Coulson: Mr Stark, we need to talk.

Tony hold the phone in front of his face.

Tony: You have reached the life model decoy of Tony Stark. Please leave a message.

Pepper laughs at Tonys antics.

Coulson: This is urgent.

Tony: The leave it urgently. 

As he says that the elevator opens and Agent Coulson is standing in the lift with his phone to his ear.

Tony: Security breach. It's on you.

Coulson: Mr. Stark.

Pepper on the other hand is very welcoming to the Agent in question.

Pepper: Phil! Come in.

Tony: 'Phil'? 

Coulson walks in to the room and says.

Coulson: I can't stay.

Tony still a little jealous.

Tony: His first name is 'Agent'.

Pepper: Come on in, We're celebrating.

Pepper and Tony walk up to Coulson.

Tony: Which is why he can't stay.

Coulson pushes Tony's words aside and holds a high tech file out for him to take.

Coulson: We need you to look this over as soon as possible. 

Tony looks at the high tech file.

Tony: I don't like being handed things.

Pepper: That's fine, because I love to be handed things. So let's trade.

And that is what they do, Pepper takes the file from Coulson and gives him her champagne glass, then takes Tony's champagne glass and hands him the high tech file.

Pepper: Thank you.

Pepper then drinks Tony's drink.

Tony: Official consulting hours are between 8 and 5 every other Thursday.

Coulson is getting a little bite fed up with Tony at this point.

Coulson: This isn't a consultation.

Pepper: Is this about the Avengers?

Tony's attitude seems to turn serious as Pepper back peddles out of what she just asked.

Pepper: Which I know nothing about.

Tony scoffs and turns on the high tech file and says.

Tony: The Avengers Initiative was scrapped, I thought. And I didn't even qualify.

Pepper: I didn't know that either.

She says whilst trying to seem innocent in front of one of the senior Agents in S.H.I.E.L.D.

Tony: Apparently I'm volatile, self-obsessed, don't play well with others.

He says whilst back up towards his computer at a desk towards the landing pad he entered the building on.

Pepper: That I did know.

Coulson: This isn't about personality profiles any more.

He says trying to seem serious with a glass of champagne in his hand.

Tony: Whatever. Ms Potts, got a second?

She turns to Coulson.

Pepper: Half a mo.

And then makes her way towards Tony on the opposite side of the room, when she reaches him he is tapping away at the file and says.

Tony: You know, I thought we were having a moment.

Pepper: I was having 12% of a moment.

Tony looks at her and she smiles at her own comeback.

Pepper: This seems serious. Phil's pretty shaken.

She say looking over at Coulson who is still standing by the door.

Tony: How would you know if it's... Why is he 'Phil'?

Pepper: What is all this?

She didn't answer his question.

Tony: This is. This

He puts his hands on the screen and pushes everything out so now all the information is surrounding them, when Tony does she couldn't help but notice one of the files marked (Y/N) Anthony (L/N) 'Venom'... She looked at the young 24 year old and noticed something.

Pepper: You know he looks a little bit like you...

She said twisting her head trying to get a better look at him, Tony looked at the same file and thought.

Tony *Thoughts*: I always wanted to call my first Son, (Y/N)...

Tony also couldn't help but recognise some features of a women from his past, that he hasn't seen in a very long time, he then read a little bit of you file when Pepper snapped him out of his thoughts.

Pepper: I'm going to take the jet to DC tonight.

Tony: Tomorrow.

He said still fixated on the file of (Y/N) Anthong (L/N).

Pepper: You have homework. You have a lot of homework.

Tony finally managed to pull his eyes away from (Y/N)'s file and look at Pepper.

Tony: Well, what is I didn't?

Pepper: If you didn't?

Tony: Yeah.

Pepper: You mean when you've finished?

Tony nods and Pepper grows a grin.

Pepper: Well, then... 

she then whispered something in his ear and Tony grow a smirk and shocked face as Coulson, still holding the glass looks at the ground.

Tony: Square deal. Fly safe.

The then share a kiss and Pepper starts to make her way to the elevator.

Pepper: Work hard.

As she leaves she looked at (Y/N)'s file once more and get a strange feeling from how alike Tony and this boy look... She then looks away and makes her way towards Coulson, as Tony now goes back to staring and reading (Y/N)'s file intently, he to had a feeling form the young man.

Pepper: So, any chance you're driving be LaGuardia?

Coulson: I can drop you.

Pepper: Fantastic. I want to hear about the cellist. Is that still a thing?

Tony is still staring at (Y/N)'s file and his eyes grow wide when he reads your Mother's name.

Tony: ...It can't be...
